This is my second time using City Boys R Us, the first for my Electrolux refrigerator and this time for my front load LG washer. Both times Curtis was the repairman sent out and both times he was extremely courteous and professional. He made sure I understood what the issues with my appliance was and talked me through each step of the repair. Both jobs were done efficiently and in the same day!

I have a front loader Bosch dryer that was not blowing hot, just cold. Curtis and Daryl were very courteous and professional. They gave me a call on their way to my home, arrived promptly and got right to work. I was very happy with the service and would recommend City Boys R Us to anyone needing dryer repair.

I called City Boys R Us to repair my Frigidaire dryer. After running fine for four years, it had stopped getting hot. Curtis came the very next day and determined that I needed a new element. He also discovered that the wiring was incorrect.

He vacuumed my dryer, replaced my vent hose, replaced the element and repaired my power cord.

My dryer is working and it's actually a lot more quiet now!

Curtis of City Boys R Us helped repair our noisy Frigidaire dryer. The price was right and the timeliness of the service was efficient. This was our first experience with City Boys and I was really impressed! Several months later, our dryer started making a different noise and Curtis came out and took the time to take our dryer apart to dislodge a clasp that had gotten stuck in the dryer drum. Not only did he want to make that the parts and labor he delivered on the first repair were perfect, he went above and beyond to hunt down the broken clasp that was causing the new noise. City Boys will always be the repair technicians we call for ANY appliance issues in our home. I recommend them with great confidence!

Curtis and his team are fantastic! They are professional, timely, and reasonably priced. They just recently came to my house and repaired my Frigidaire dryer and dishwasher. They fixed the motor on my dryer and the draining pump on my dishwasher. I am single and work full time and the fact that these guys work 24/7 is great! They were able to work around my schedule and meet me after 6pm during the week or on the weekends, so I didn't have to take time off of work. I will call them again in the future if I ever need an appliance repaired. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!! Thank you Curtis and City Boys R Us!!!

Curtis was such a great service tech when we needed repair on our stainless LG refrigerator and our stainless gas Frigidaire oven. He was knowledgeable, efficient with time, professional, and warm. I will definitely contact City Boys R Us again if we need future appliance repair!

My technician was Timothy. My Kenmore dryer that I’ve had for almost 10 years wouldn’t power on. After spending money and getting a false diagnosis from a different company, I decided to give Cityboysrus a call based on the reviews. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me an appointment Monday. The technician arrived within the promised time. The first thing he did was gave me his card to identify himself which was great! He was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional and after discussing price, was able to repair my dryer the same day!! The service was outstanding and I’m glad I had a better experience with them compared to the the first company I called. If you’re thinking about it...give them a call!!

A friend recommend City Boys after I told her my stainless steel Frigidaire fridge part started freezing. This was a fantastic recommendation, I was able to easily make an appointment. Curtis was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the cold control box. He was able to work with my schedule and come the next day to complete the repair. I just had the BEST experience with a City Boys R Us repair on our JennAir refrigerator. I was fit into the schedule the same day of my call, and the tech was communicative about when he would arrive at my house. Further, he showed up with a surgical mask, mask cover and disposable gloves. In the middle of a pandemic, it was the safest and best customer service I could have asked for. The prices were beyond reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. 10/10 will recommend Curtis and City Boys R Us to everyone I know.

They came out right a way and fix my GE stackable washer and dryer for my salon so we can keep the day going.

My right front burner on my electric GE range went out just as family was coming in town. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered and wasn't scheduled to arrive until after my family arrived. City Bros. were kind enough to work around my schedule and made the repair after my family left......all 13 of them. Thanks City Bros.!!!!!!! I didn't give a 5 star review because I didn't receive a magnet.

My Kenmore dryer was just serviced after several years of operation. I received the newsletter with helpful tips for preventive maintenance and appreciated the reminder. I have used City Boys in the past for my refrigerator, based on a good friend’s recommendation. I have not been disappointed . They are on time, professional and very pleasant.

Super impressed! I called City Boys R Us based on list of LG recommended service companies and after JDS Appliance Repair did not return my phone or email message after 48 hours - contacted them first because I had used them before. City Boys R Us answered my phone call! And then, they were able to get a tech, Curtis, to my house that afternoon. He arrived within the time window committed, identified and fixed the problem within about an hour. Very nice, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

This is a great place and customer service was amazing. I initially called another company and was told they only service Midtown and Buckhead area. I then called City Boys and they came with the time frame given. Mr. Curtis service my Roper Topload washer machine. The task was completed and I am pleased.

They came over right away and fixed my Whirlpool dryer. Curtis was great wnd also gave me an estimate on another job. Love this company!

I called City Boyz because they’d done an excellent job serving my appliances in the past. Today Curtis repaired and serviced my LG fridge and Maytag dryer efficiently and the charges are fair. Definitely I will call them again.
