Steven is the most reliable, responsive and capable service professional we have had in our home in years. He diagnosed our oven issue quickly where others spent days, etc. He quoted us a fair price, ordered the part on the spot and scheduled a time for the day after the part was set to arrive. He showed up on time and even texted morning of (7:15am) to remind and again 15 minutes prior to arrival. Nice guy and a true joy to work with. We will definitely use him again.

Steven fixed my dryer today. I had a fuel blown, which caused my dryer to not start. He worked Very quickly, but got the job done and double checked before he left. He also offered me a 90 day guarantee warranty! From the time I spoke with him, he’s been very responsive via text. Very professional, and arrived in a Timely manner within his window period. He has affordable prices and most of all, he never ask for any money or fees prior to coming. He just came! Took a look and gave me a fair price. Also, as soon as he walked through the door my lights cut off, ( I forgot to pay bill 🥴, but I got them cut right back on of course) he didn’t say anything, he pulled out his flashlight and got to working. I am in a condo with a common duct. He patiently diagnosed why my dryer was not working determining the common duct had been clogged and had backed up my individual unit's duct. He took apart my dryer and removed all of the internal lint build up and now it is drying like a charm!

Very fast response time after submitting a request and I love that it's Steven who responds which makes communication easy instead of going through a dispatcher. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done (I think it took him 10 minutes total).
