Our dryer made a big sound and then some bad sounds, so I called Steven. He responded quickly, was out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it same day with parts he had on hand. He was very polite and clear with what the issue was and what he needed to repair, and the price was super reasonable. Overall great experience, and honestly makes me less worried about all the other appliances I have knowing I can get an honest opinion from a knowledgeable professional who's not going to just try to sell me some massive repair or new unit.

The first two appliance repair companies I called didn't service my area, then I found Steven on Google and am so glad I did. I prefer to support local small businesses and I had a great experience with him.

Steven repaired an 18 year old broken range for me (replaced the front touch panel and reconnected some wiring that was causing the auto igniter not to work). His communication was great. He came out to assess the repair and returned a few days later after the parts had been ordered to complete the job.

Such a great appliance repair experience with Steven. Communication was clear, he came exactly when he said he would, he quoted a reasonable price and that’s what the job cost despite his going above and beyond. He cleaned up beautifully after the job. I’m grateful to be able to rely on Steven should another repair be needed.

My washer suddenly stopped working (mid wash might I add.) I was frustrated and disappointed at the whole ordeal. However, as we know... sometimes things just happen. I contacted my landlord who contact A Plus Applicance Soultions. They immediately came out to assess the issue. Apparently a part needed to be replaced. A new part was ordered and replaced in a matter of a week. (I almost died during that week.) However, now my washer is up and running again! It's so convenient, especially for a flight attendant like myself who lives at the dry cleaners and washes more frequently than most at home! If you suddenly find yourself in an appliance war... Don't fight it!! Call A Plus Solutions!! They are highly recommended!!!

From scheduling to having the technician come out and look at my washing machine, this company was so efficient. Everyone was very nice, answered all of our questions, worked quickly, and were honest about the issue and costs. Fantastic customer service!

They came out next day. Educated me on my possible issues and recourse with the manufacturer prior to the technician coming out. Technician diagnosed the problem with my fridge right away. He gave me all the information I needed to file a claim for labor and parts which was approved by the manufacturer. A Plus saved me about $1,500. Will call again.

John was quick to respond and fit us in on a Saturday for our asking machine. He gave us a three hour window and Jonathan showed up in the first hour of the window! He was professional and friendly. Got the job done and educated me a bit on the issue. Will definitely call again!

It's hard to find reputable service repair companies in Atlanta you can trust and refer. I took a chance and found A Plus Appliance Solutions using google search. Recently my stove went out all of a sudden and I needed it repaired ASAP. I called A Plus for a service technician to come out. Within two days Anthony came out to troubleshoot, diagnose the issue, obtain the part and repair. A Plus offered outstanding customer service, timely communication and expertise. I'll be calling again the next time something else goes out in my condo. A Plus Appliance Solutions rocks! Thanks guys for ALL you do!

Tony and team were great. Got our dishwasher back up and running while also teaching us what we can do to maintain the unit going forward. Quick, effective, and friendly.

Would recommend. Everyone was kind and helpful. There was a system error with my appointment, but they handled it gracefully and sent someone out to me promptly. The technician was very nice and quick, and he showed me how to do everything myself as well (which is always appreciated).

John and Tony were awesome when my washer broke and flooded my apartment. John explained the problem to me very clearly so I understood the repair needed. They ordered the part and called me as soon as it came in and repaired the washer the same day! Would use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance repair! My washer wasn't draining and I contacted them via their website on Sunday evening and received a phone call at 9 am Monday morning. They had availability that afternoon so I scheduled a sameday appointment. The service tech arrived in the time frame agreed to, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem (a clogged drain pipe) in approximately 30 minutes. It seemed a tad expensive for what they had to do but at the end of the day, I was satisfied and I will definitely consider A Plus in the future.

They were very easy to work with and schedule with. They gave a reasonable window that they showed up during. The technician didn't have the part needed to fix my oven on the first evaluation, but they had a quick turnaround and were able to come back the next day with the part. All the people I spoke with were very nice and personable.

Very professional company all around. They confirm and text appointments - which is a little thing that just made my life a little easier when a technician was on the way. Anton was our tech and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be using them again when something breaks!

Tony came by and immediately diagnosed the problem and implemented the repair. The whole process took approximately 45 minutes.

I could appreciate his professionalism. As a downtown resident who routinely interacts with service providers who come here for one reason or another, working with him was a breath of fresh air. He did not annoy me with phone calls whining or inquiring about where parking is. A grown man, whimpering like a boy, nagging me about where to park is an intolerable and unacceptable annoyance. Fortunately, with A Plus Appliance Solutions, I didn’t have to deal with a childish service provider.

Tony called me about 15 minutes before he was to arrive and indicated he would be parking and would be at my location momentarily. He showed up 15 minutes later.

I contacted A Plus Appliance last Friday to look at my dishwasher which stopped working. My first impression of this company was "wow, they are so professional and nice." Angela scheduled service for the following Monday with Antwon. I received a notification confirming my appointment. Antwon contacted me 15 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know he was otw. He arrived at the beginning of my service window and saw that I had on a mask so he grabbed his mask. Antwon came in and ran some diagnostic tests on the dishwasher and identified the motor as the issue. Antwon provided a lot of helpful information regarding my existing dishwasher and some of the known issues to help me decide on whether I wanted to repair or replace. My ultimate decision ended up being to replace. However Antwon informed me that the service charge I paid could be applied towards installation of the new dishwasher. Someone by the name of John contacted me which I assume was to go over the quote to repair however I missed the call. While my decision is to replace, I would not hesitate contacting this company for any other future appliance issues. This company is top notch in terms of providing excellent customer service. Also, I'm sure the other technicians are great but I'll be asking for Antwon on any future repairs and also providing his name for any future referrals to friends and family.
