Steven is terrific. Came in, troubleshooted, fixed it.
I sadly had a bit of a not seen problem, he returned free of charge and fixed an whole different issue.
My fridge is over 20years. And Steve kept it running for longer.

Honestly deserves better than 5 stars. I called Steven about my broken fridge at 11:30, he was here in 15 minutes. He came back with the parts later the same day as soon as my schedule permitted, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He also gave some great advice about how to keep the fridge running properly in the future. Excellent service start to finish.

Steven is my go-to guy for appliance repair! He has helped me out with a refrigerator, washing machine and 2 different dryers. He is great about quickly assessing what the problem is and making a recommendation on how to repair. He has always been honest about whether or not the machine is worth repairing based on how much it will cost. He also is quick to get whatever parts are needed and get back to fix the problem. Usually same day repairs are made. Give him a call!

Called Steven Friday, he was able to come out Monday and was on time. Took a look at my fridge prior to explaining what parts I need, and quoted me a more than fair price. Was in and out in under an hour, and my fridge is in perfect working condition again. Steven will definitely be my go-to for appliance repair in the future, and I'd highly recommend using his services if you need 'em.

If you want an honest guy with great service for your appliances (mine was an issue with the refrigerator), call on Steven Taylor. The fee for coming out was a little steep, $95, but at least the problem seems to be resolved.

Cant figure out how to leave a new review, so I will edit a past one. I was about to start tearing my dishwasher apart looking for the food filter when I reached out to Steven. He quickly informed me that my unit is too old to have such a thing and that he would be happy to come out. He did so, found a faulty solenoid, and replaced same for $250 all in. I am very thankful he is here to help us when we have issues! :

Steven works quickly and knows what he’s doing. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and fixed it in a couple hours.
As happy as I am with the job he did, I was much more impressed by his honesty. He quoted me a price for replacing a part and left to pick it up. When he came back, he told me that the price of the part was less than he thought so he corrected his quote and I got to save some money. He’s the only call I’ll make in the future when I need an appliance fixed.
