Our experience with The Appliance Gals was great! Setting up the initial inspection was a breeze and a technician was able to come out to determine the oven had an igniter issue. After the part was ordered, scheduling the installation was again, simple. The installation took all of 40 minutes. Our oven is working great now! I would defn recommend the appliance gals to others.

I had a wonderful experience working through this company! Communication was amazing, payments were easy, and the service received was excellent. I had an appliance repair tech to see my dishwasher within 4 days, and he was very friendly, respectful, and pleasant to talk with about my appliance. My washer stopped working one morning, so I reached out to The Appliance Gals. They responded quickly and were extremely professional throughout the process. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ultimately chose to purchase a new washer—the cost of the replacement part was nearly the same as buying a new machine. They do charge a diagnostic fee, but it’s applied toward the cost of any repair, which I appreciated.

Women owned and operated business, which I love to see. Paid $110 for a service person to take a look at our washer. Service person was timely, professional, and friendly. We ultimately decided to buy a new washer because there were several issues…. Staff was helpful, patient, friendly, and professional. They are reachable by text which was great, especially since my phone was going straight to voicemail.

They squeezed us in during bad weather we had in our city and showed up as quickly as possible. They also gave us all of the options before any work was started. I've already referred them to other friends ans will use them again.

Wow am I happy I saw a recommendation for Appliance Gals on our neighborhood Facebook page! They were incredibly responsive, communicated well and often, and our tech Reggie was great. Very professional and kind and knew what he was doing. After such a successful experience with our dishwasher we will be sure to call them again for our next appliance repair need.

I found the Appliance Gals via ChatGPT as I inquired about repairing the baffle that fell off of of my 30 year old Maytag dryer. I received excellent customer service when I spoke to Eunice and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Reggie was kind, courteous and thorough in handling the job—he was done in no time. I was pleased to discover I can depend on Appliance Gals for other appliance repairs.

Everyone was so helpful! Our obscure stove brand oven did not work on installation. The company was out of business. Two other companies refused to even attempt repair. The whole crew at Appliance Gals did the research, found the parts needed and repaired the oven that is now working perfectly. Thank you Eunice, Reggie and Sharonda, you are the BEST!!!

I can’t recommend Appliance Gals highly enough. Sharonda was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. She called me right at 8:00 a.m. to say she was on her way, and arrived by 8:30 — no guessing or waiting around.

I highly recommend The Appliance Gals for all your home appliance repairs. The entire team is very professional and the services are affordable and not over priced. We used them on two separate occasions (the washing machine had a leak and our stove stopped working after running self-cleaning mode) and each time they provided a high level of service that isn't typical for home repairs. I felt very comfortable and safe with them in my home as they worked on the repairs. This service is a true gem!!!
