Here is a great appliance repair resource in Atlanta. A Plus responded quickly to my call, sent a repairman, Tony, the next day. Tony was quickly able to find the source of the problem with a refrigerator, previously "repaired" by a different service shop which continued to offer the same problems that were "repaired" last year. Tony returned the next day with the new part, quickly installed it, and has the refrigerator working like new. All for a very reasonable price - far less than was charged for the so called "repair" by the other shop last year. I could not be happier having found A Plus for any future problems I may have with major appliances. I'd also recommend requesting Tony if he's available - he's very competent, pleasant, calls to advise he's on the way and shows up when he says he will.

I was very impressed with everything relating to A Plus Appliance Solutions. From the moment I called them, they were extremely helpful, prompt, and immediately available to help fix my dishwasher. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer (hopefully won't need to, but I will gladly reach out to Jonas again!).

Professional, reliable, quick, and affordable!!

Dishwasher decided to quit over the weekend. Called several places based on yelp reviews, building supervisors recommendation, and friends rec's. Everyone else said it would take at least a week to send a tech for a $100 diagnostic fee plus labor and parts. NOT IDEAL!

Called A+ they said they'd have someone there in 2 days and diagnostic fee goes toward cost of repair. Tony came out found the problem in less than an hour and was back in 2 days to complete the quick repair. Total cost was still $150 less than the next closest quote.

Their card goes on the fridge for all future repairs! Thanks A+!!

Great, affordable service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Scheduling and communicate with the staff was top notch. We got a call/text prior to the technician’s arrival. They later called me back and spared no detail explaining what was the problem and how to fix. As a rental property owner I cannot hide my surprise with the great value I received for my money. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

Great experience with A plus appliance solutions. Tony, the technician was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and he made it a point to come back the best day with the spare part. Really helped with the dryer issue and pushed for a timely resolution.

These folks have become our go to for any form off appliance repair. We have used them 4 times in the past 3 years and each time they have been efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We have had the same technician come out the last 2 times for a dryer repair and he is not only super friendly and efficient, but even went into detail as to how we could prevent future issues with our dryer. Had a wonderful experience and A Plus is highly recommended! Was able to get an appointment within 1 day to fix my dryer and the technicians (Tony was one of the techs) were on time, kind and very professional. It's nice to have excellent and fast service. The price was excellent as well.

My fridge/freezer stopped last night. I called A+ around 10am and Tony, the super technician, was at my place 2.5 hours later. He thoroughly inspected the unit and diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. The part that I need should be here tomorrow and I’ll be up and running!

Super responsive, super knowledgeable! Tony had our leaking dishwasher fixed up in the same week as diagnosing the part that needed to be replaced. I will definitely call A Plus again for any appliance repairs that I may need, and will be recommending them to friends too.

This is one Class Organization. We desperately needed our stove repaired before the 4th of July. On Tuesday, before the 4th, Antwon. arrived before 11:00am, listened to our issue and told us we could still use the stove safely, but he had to order a new fan. Antwon was wonderful. He explained everything and did some tests

Five Stars Again, oh heck, how about 10 Stars. We were lucky to have Antwon back in our home to install the fan that was ordered after his visit on July 2nd.
Antwon called us ahead of time on July 8th. Again, like on July 2nd, he was more than curious to us, a true professional in all aspects. Antwon told us again what he was going to do and an estimate of time it would take to complete the repair. He was dead on with his estimate including making sure the stove worked properly as promised. He also explained all about the warranty with respect to the repair in clear understandable two syllable sentences. Not a lot of Legal jargon you sometimes get after repair.
A Plus Contact Info is now posted on our Refrigerator along with Antwon's Name.

Great experience with A Plus! Tony called ahead and arrived right when he said he would. As soon as he came in he was extremely knowledgeable of the ice maker and dishwasher that needed repairing. He was very patient with me as I’d made a mistake and double booked and had another person at the house helping with another issue. Tony was so accommodating to my mistake which I greatly appreciated! I recommend A Plus and Tony for all your appliance needs.

Good price, but could not fix our LG fridge error.

We got a FFE error on our fridge a few months ago. Aplus was very responsive when we called, and they came out 4 separate times over the next couple of months to perform repair. But after multiple diagnosis, the error still persisted. We eventually had to call on LG to come out -- that was very expensive but they replaced the fan and fixed the issue within the hour.

Antwon provided excellent customer service today. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very professional. He fixed my washer and oven. I would recommend A Plus Appliance Solutions and will be calling them again.

I had a great experience with A plus Appliance solutions.They are very responsive and friendly in booking an appointment. Antwon was my repairman, and he was very helpful in explaining the issue with my dishwasher. It can be tough to know if you're paying too much for appliance repair, but A Plus is very reasonable in their pricing and it is well worth it. I would use them again!

Tony came by and diagnosed issues with 2 appliances. He was professional and
knowledgeable. He even informed me of a recall that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. He then returned to fix the appliance and was both efficient and effective. I will be calling him with any future appliance repair needs.

If you are looking an Intown appliance repair service, these guys are great! Our dryer began making a dragging/scraping noise and we emailed Aplus to get an estimate. They responded within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned a couple of days later to complete the repair. Once again, they were punctual, responsive, and professional. The cost of the repair seemed fair and reasonable. We will definitely be using Aplus again for all our appliance repair needs.

First time customer and I had an excellent experience across the board with A Plus. Professional, responsive, & on time. Angela set everything up and Antwon came out and did the work at my house. Can't say how pleased I am with the service from A Plus. Rather than waiting 2 weeks+ for the service company through the appliance manufacturer, I submitted a request on A Plus website at 10PM and within the hour got an email confirming that someone will stop by the next afternoon to check out my dishwasher. The team was extremely professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. Tony was also extremely transparent with the work that was needed which was much appreciated and went above and beyond with cleaning and repairing the appliance. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced for the service that was provided. Definitely found my go-to in-town repair company.

My life drastically changed when my washer flooded my place about a month ago and my dryer was making noise. I had no idea what to do. I didn’t know if I should buy a new set or get it repaired.
