Home warranty experience was good. Was happy Sears team contacted me to reschedule my appointment to an earlier day and time.
Technician contacted me when he was on his way. Confirmed diagnosis of the issue with the furnace. Replaced the igniter and completed the job in about 30 minutes and restored heat to home. -
Appointment was set for my mom because her computer system went out and the technician was great!!! He was very knowledgeable and also educated her on the brand she had.

Great service. My only concern was that the technician did not have any ID on him and he was driving a rental car nothing to identify that he worked for Sears. I asked if he was an independent contractor and he said no. Very polite and courtesy. I did observe him the entire time. My yearly maintenance went well.

Very friendly, however he pushed the refrigerator too close to the dishwasher and now I can't get the dishwasher door open.
-
Ian was friendly, knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the mechanics behind the functioning and care of my appliance, and answer all me questions thoroughly.

After 4 canceled appointments by the service person, I finally had my A/C looked at. My issue is with the day of cancelation four times in a row! Also, I was supposed to receive the result of the service the day of or following day as stated by the service person but still no report 3 days later!

Sears made it easy to book an appointment online and with only a days notice. I was surprised they had someone working on NYE, but Eli showed up on time and quickly found the problem. I also appreciate that he cleaned up before he left. I’d highly recommend Sears and Eli!

Our technician, Xavier, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and great at communicating. It was simple to make the appointment, with good follow-up messaging. The pricing was clear up front with no surprises. Overall, an easy resolution to our broken dryer.

Shaquon was phenomenal!! He was so personable, knowledgeable, and restored my faith in Sears repair services! He is definitely an asset to your company.

We had a good experience with Ian the technician. He diagnosed our problem and repaired it in a timely manner.
-
Anthony was my technician. He was friendly, cordial and professional. He arrived on time and immediately began diagnosing the problem with my Kitchenaid Microwave. It was found that it needed multiple parts and to determine whether it would be repaired or replaced. The decision to repaired or replaced has not been decided at this time.

Shaquille was VERY Professional and concern! He did A Great job!

Service Technician was great...on time and knowledgeable! However, Sears Home Services procedures, policy, scheduling service, ability to make direct contact is awful and needs review to avoid the numerous inconveniences encountered by customers. I experienced two previous services scheduled with both being no-shows, no-calls, no-texts etc. Ultimately it took 5 Service calls scheduled to somewhat resolve my issue. I was very satisfied with the last service tech, however, I am totally dissatisfied with Sears Home Services business practices.
-
The technician was fast and efficient and thoroughly explained what the issue was that was easy to understand.
-
Technician was very detailed and professional. Well mannered and knows his job.
I highly recommended using a Sears Technician at all times.
I am very pleased with the work that was done on my washer and dryer and the explanation given. -
Eli and Jay were thorough and professional when checking an issue with our dryer.

Kenmore repair (lint jam)....I called every hour until 1 p.m, pushing the time to next hour. Then I received that I need to submit for a "dryer," not a washer [This was not for a washer),,,Totally confused, I "think" I may have an appointment for Wed, 8-noon. SMH

Technician was late. He advised he was 8 minutes away, but he needed to take a lunch break. The job took him 3 hours, and had to take the dryer apart twice to fix. Then to top it off, he advised this job is normally done by two technicians. Left me with the old parts to dispose. Only in America.

Never send this person to my home again!!
Sanbao was very rude and disrespectful to my adult niece and to me. He did not want to hear what I wanted to say about my ice maker. He kept talking over me. I am
so-o disappointed with Sears service. For the last three or four years I’ve paid a monthly premium that’s been automatically deducted from my account for this service and I haven’t used it until recently Not only that, I have paid another fee as a deductible of some kind. Now this person comes in and stays five minutes to tell me my ice maker is clogged. I tried to explain to him that I had done just what he was telling me but it didn’t help. He got smart! Too bad you don’t use numbers to evaluate. I would give him a Negative 10!! I grew up with and as an adult came to expect the Sears name to mean quality. Quality products and quality customer service. I see now that just like everything else things have changed. -
The technician failed to show up to repair my refrigerator, and apparently fraudulently claimed that he came to my home and repaired my appliance. We were home all day, and also available via phone all day.

The Service Tech arrived timely and was personable and courteous. He explained the problem and it's repairs to fix the issue. He did not have the part with him but showed us how we could get the part and fix it ourselves with ease. Thank you for your service and we'll use your services in the future for our appliance repairs.
