Heat Cool visited our three-unit property last season to fix a steam boiler issue. We had a faulty flame sensor causing a shutdown problem. The technician was friendly, but he refused to replace the sensor, just cleaned and purged the system instead. Given his approach, I'm still expecting the issue to recur this upcoming season. It's been tough finding a reliable steam boiler maintenance service that knows what they're doing. Unfortunately, I won't be using Heat Cool again.
