If I could give more stars I would! I called on Obsidian after having continous issues with no heat after having a full system replacement with another company and several call outs for repairs. Dylan came out the same day, spent several hours troubleshooting the many, many issues caused by the dishonesty and unprofessional practices of the installing company and he got my heat working for me again. I cant say enough about his honesty, care, and concern for me as a customer and a person. This guy knows that integrity is everything in business and that is something seriously rare in our current economy.

Excellent job, replace two furnaces, one humidifier, and one A/C in a day. Dylan and Josiah were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Comes with 12 months of maintenance / labor and parts coverage, very reasonably priced. Very happy with the outcome. Also got water heater replaced due to old age of the equipment. Recommend!

The water heater at our rental house went out on a Saturday night. We called that night and somebody immediately answered, gave us a quote and got us an install window for Monday morning all in the same phone call. We tried calling two other local places before we called Obsidian and they didn't pick up. Great service all around. Will likely use their services again in the future.

During the coldest month of this winter season, my furnace decided to not ignite. I called Obsidian Heating and Cooling late at night as it was the first HVAC company I found on a Google search. I failed to get the male employees name but he went above and beyond to get heat in my apartment at a very affordable price last minute. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, high quality services at an affordable price.

I called Obsidian to come out and take a look at our whole house humidifier. They got me in right away and did a service call / diagnostic check at no charge. It was a pretty simple fix that they discovered right away and were quick to correct the problem and took the time to explain what it was and what they needed to do to get it running properly again. I would recommend Obsidian for your HVAC needs!

Amazing tek, took him 5 minutes to find the small issue for my furnace and wasn't going to charge for it. Decided to have him do maintenance anyway and was Amazing the whole time. Very easy to work with and didn't try and pull a fast one and replace things that didn't need it. Highly recommend!

Nothing but a great experience from Obsidian! Called Dylan about an issue we were having and he came over within an hour to check out the issue. Talked through the issue thoroughly and was able to get it fixed the next day. Fastest and best service we’ve had!

When a person answered (instead of a recording) I knew I had called a great company.

These guys are courteous, polite, and provide quick service! No diagnostic fees keeps cost down (much appreciated these days) Came out within a half hour of my call to install my thermostat when my usual HVAC couldn't get me scheduled. They've got my business from now on.

My heating system collapsed in the middle of these brutal temperatures. I've called a couple of other companies and told them that my family and I are freezing, so we need urgent assistance. These people were taking their sweet time putting me on hold and did not show up. As soon as I found " Obsidian " online, I gave them a call and Dylan showed up at my door in less than 15 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed my problem almost instantly!

They were quick to come and incredibly thorough in their review and suggestions. They took time to explain each issue and the long-term impact of not fixing, etc. The service men were kind and very professional! I will certainly be a long-term customer going forward!

The furnace stopped running the day after Thanksgiving, and they arrived at our house within 30 minutes. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue — the motor had gone out — found the replacement part, and came back to fix it the same day.

Solomon was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed us prices from low end toilets to high end toilets, and an explanation of each one. He went and picked it up the same day and installed it. We will use your services again and will tell our friends

David was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my furnace and what action's he was going to have to do to get my furnace running. Unfortunately the cost at this moment was a little higher then I had anticipated it will be a few weeks before I can get the money put back to have the work done. I appreciated the time spent to diagnose the issue. Thank you David for your time. Furnace quit working it's pretty old but once again Bell bro comes through thanks again.

Our furnace went out and negative temps are coming. I called for same day service. Tony V. came out and got our heater running properly after a thorough analysis. He was kind and knowledgeable.

Update: I called again after the furnace went well, this time for plumbing estimates. Salomon and Brad came by with a thorough analysis and assessment. Each project was explained well and they offered me multiple options for repairs which I appreciated.

Our heat went out on a Sunday morning, and I was excited that Bell Brothers said they could come out between 5pm and 10pm the same day. Jerron arrived around 4pm (yay for being early!) with plenty of notice given and was able to diagnose the issue in under an hour. Though he didn't have the part on hand, he got us back up to temp for the time being and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful that he was able to help us so quickly!

At first was not thrilled about the price to put a sewage pit in our basement to prepare for French drain work BUT service ended up being Excellent. Andrew Herron was fantastic. Explained to me very clearly what we would do. After improvements and other issues came up he fixed those as well. Clear communication and they did what they said they would do. Great professionalism. If you need to pay a lot to get specialized work done, get someone who can communicate and keep their promises. Bell Brothers did that 100%.

I want to give Alex from Bell Brothers a HUGE thank you for everything he did to make my plumbing issue less stressful. Not only did he fix the problem in a timely manner but he assisted me with the financial situation and gave me suggestions that were so helpful through the entire process! He was extremely responsive and efficient and had a very personable attitude!

Husein Sabic from Bell Brothers was at our house within 8 hours from our call for service on our boiler. we had been without heat in our house for nearly a week (we had called a competitor prior to calling a competitor before we called Bell Brothers). Husein was obviously very knowledgeable about boilers and got right to work. He even reached out to the manufacturer for guidance when he needed it. He walked us through the issues and answered our questions. Turned out our computer board and igniter were both not functioning to specs. i can't say I've had a better repair tech experience. I'm not one to give out a lot of 5 star reviews, but tis one is well deserved. Thank you Husein!
