Adis did a great job today! He showed up promptly and let us know well in advance that he was coming.

He replaced a solenoid valve on the furnace and got it done right the first time. I liked that he offered us company promotions, but did so in a respectful manner.

You can tell the character of individuals who show up to work on your home - he was a man of good character and honesty.

Several years ago a different company came to fix my furnace and the first thing they did was try and sell me a new one while the old was still under warranty. The warranty is gone now, but it is still younger than the average furnace needing replacement. Husein from Bell Bros let me know the repair cost instead of trying to sell an entirely new system. I appreciated his help and information and went with the repairs hoping to get a little longer out of my HVAC. I will be considering replacing it with them when the time comes.
Edit: I decided to try and replace my HVAC this year before the tax credit expired after all. I was given a discount of the cost of the original repair, and as I asked for water heater/water softener to be added in I was given excellent pricing with the bundle. I am extremely impressed they managed to squeeze me in before the tax rebate ended. Plus they had a 0% APR I qualified for with financing. They did a great job showing me all of the discounts I qualified for in getting me my pricing.

I appreciated the communication with Bell Brothers staff, especially because they needed to follow up on the initial work performed. The technician, Jerron, replaced the furnace motor and explained the likely cause of the failure. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and performed the work in a timely manner.

The crew arrived on time. Austin, the youngest of the technicians was professional, hard working, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Its easy to see that he takes his job seriously and wants to learn and expand his skills.

My furnace gave out in the night and JD was able to see me that same day. He did a full inspection and he was very thorough and honest. I really appreciate the service I was provided in a timely manner, and I would recommend their services to anyone in need!

Had a home re-plumbing job done. The crew did a nice job of explaining the work in advance and afterwards. Everyone involved seem like good people to have working in and on your home.

Tony was very great service technician. He should up at our home. Looked at our heater (furnace). He fixed our no heat problem. As well as explained to my wife and myself what happened when we lost power Sunday afternoon. He showed me the reset button to push if it happens again. He was very helpful for us

Bell Brothers installed a new furnace and air conditioner and once again delivered on all of their promises: communication of time of arrival which was in the window they estimated, great professional service, polite, wore protective covers on their shoes, and placed down tarps to protect our flooring during the installation process. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up the job site and removed the old equipment. They then explained the working of the new thermostat and went over the new equipment (furnace /air conditioner) install process that was done. We are very satisfied with the work David, Ryne and Ricky did. We highly recommend Bell Brothers!

Great job. My tech, David, was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional even tho it was a later evening fix and had problems finding the address due to an AI error.
I will say, if Bell Brothers is going to use AU for answering calls, this needs to be stated upfront so customers know to speak differently. Other than that, no complaints!

Andrew was so fantastic. Very understanding of my busy household, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Gave me options rather than just trying to sell, sell, sell. He was so helpful that I’ve now become a member and will behaving (hopefully) only him out to work on and maintain my units. Top notch customer service!

I was alone when I received a text with pictures of the service tech who was showing up at my house. I as woman alone immediately felt this service was well worth the call! I hope I can assist all the other women out there that the guys that showed up were kind, considerate and very helpful. A job well done! 4 stars because no one believes the 5 star ratings or I would have given that!!

Had Lucas come out and inspect my furnace to make sure it was running up to speed. He was very friendly and professional. Also helped my renters know a safe temperature to put the thermostat at to help save them money and my pipes to not freeze! So appreciate the help and knowledge

I had a clogged sewer pipe. They took care of it the second day. The auger wasn't big enough the first day. I am very happy with the service.
