My heat stopped working yesterday morning at some point. I called True Comfort Heating & Cooling around 10am and they were at my house by 2:00pm! Fast and reliable with a super nice crew. My heat is working again! Christian explained a lot of things to me. I feel like I got my furnace working AND knowledge for the future. Thanks guys!

From start to finish, the True Comfort was fantastic to work with! Christian walked us through all of our options prior to purchase and answered every question I had. Colton and Cash were equally as great when it came to the install and once again answered every question I had. It was less than 48 hours between their initial visit and install of our new furnace. I can’t recommend them enough!

Devon Gulich did the work at my property. He was efficient, friendly, and listen to what was important to me. I greatly appreciated the office people for keeping me informed telling me the name of the person who was going to be doing the work and sending me a picture of him so that I was aware of who is coming very impressive

True Comfort did an amazing job at short notice. Great communication. Fixed an issue that was missed by a reputed Heating and Cooling company when they installed Ecobee smart thermostat.

I called around to a few places for service on my furnace. No one was able to get to me in a decent time. True Comfort told me between 4-6 p.m and showed up around 1p.m. The technician Christian was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my issue immediately and serviced my furnace. Thank you I really appreciate it.

Excellent furnace maintenance service! Mr. Abbott, the technician, was professional, and thorough in explaining what I need to monitor in the future. The work was completed efficiently. I think this is the first maintenance service call I’ve had where a technician measured whether the system was producing carbon monoxide. I truly appreciate the quality, honesty, and care they put into their service. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with True Comfort! We were looking for a new HVAC service provider and we found a great one with True Comfort. They were helpful and friendly when scheduling the appt, provided a call to let me know tech (Sam) was on the way (and texted me a link that enabled me to track exactly when Sam would be here), and tech (Sam) was very professional! We have several units that needed annual maintenance and Sam was great!

We have been working with True Comfort for three years now. It has been fun to see how the business has grown and to meet the new folks that have joined the team. Can't say enough about the staff, work ethic and how respectful they are of our home and our time! We've primarily had the 2x/year maintenance done but also had them replace a unit in the shop. The service techs helped us "kick the can down the road" (saw someone use this phrase in an earlier review!) for 2 years on that unit and when we decided to finally do it, the install was smooth as could be. Haven't needed a plumber yet but we know who we will call if the need should arise.

So grateful that True Comfort was able to come out on such short notice and fix the issue with our furnace immediately! They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! I would 100% recommend them to a friend.

The gentlemen that came out was Sam and he is so knowledgeable, professional and really knows what he is talking about. I called and he was at my house very quickly regarding my furnace. He explained everything so well and showed me on the unit what he was talking about. I will never use anyone else.

Logan showed up on time, listened to my issue, put his protective shoe covers on and went to work addressing all my issues, and gave my furnace a tune-up. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced service…my dogs liked him too. Definitely would recommend this company to family and friends.

Avoid. They operate like telemarketers misleading women into services they do not need. Enjoy getting multiple sales texts that won't stop? Then give them a call to get on their list. Enjoy their unsolicited texts and calls. Such great service!

True Comfort installed a minisplit for me about a year ago, and they’ve been fantastic through the entire process, from the quote to routine maintenance (including A/C and furnace maintenance). They’re always prompt, professional, communicative, reasonably priced, and honest. Of the four quotes I received for a mini and a whole home HVAC replacement, True Comfort was more than competitive. When it’s time to update my HVAC, I have no reason to use anyone else.

The service plan is well worth it, since every tech they send has been knowledgeable, takes their time, provides photographic proof, and doesn’t try to sell anything. I cannot say the same for at least two of their competitors. Having talked to the owner, Jonathan, many times, I would guess this is because True Comfort develops and retains employees. Everyone who has come to service my HVAC seems to want to be doing what they’re doing.

These guys are great. (Today I got Sam T) It's easy to schedule a time with them. They show up when they say they will. They're very courteous & respectful. They ask a few questions, listen to you, do their diagnosis, run it all past you, answer any questions you may have, provide a fair an easy to understand quote, and then do the job. I've used them a few times now and I know they'll be the only one I call in the future as well. Thanks guys! You're doing great and I appreciate you!

True Comfort is my “go to” company for heating and cooling. I’ve never worked with a more honest group of people, and my technician is knowledgeable, polite, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Christian did a great job with our furnace repair. He was friendly and efficient with his time and had our furnace up and running properly within the hour. Pricing was good and he was transparent about what was going on and didn't try to up sell us on stuff we didn't need. We recommend using them!

I would HIGHLY recommend True Comfort to anyone looking for heating or cooling problems. I was having issues with my furnace, called them and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon because their schedule was full. Later the same day, they called and said they had an opening in about 20 minutes if I was available! Logan arrived and was the most professional and friendly person ever. While working on the furnace he was explaining everything as he was going through it, showing me what looked good and what needed attention. I have never felt more comfortable with a service tech in my home as I did with Logan. He was like a friend visiting while getting the job done. I was so impressed with Logan and the True Comfort company that I signed up for their maintenance service program. I have NEVER done that with any other company before. They are the BEST and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

I can't thank True Comfort enough, They truly went above and beyond. I had a pipe burst and Devin Gulick did not hesitate to get it fixed, And even went out of his way to explain so many things that we didn't even know, So grateful. Also Colton and Cash put in a brand new thermostat and furnace. They were very fast and efficient. They also went out of their way to explain how everything works & how to properly maintenance and upkeep our new unit!
