Had a great experience. I called around 8:30am and they were able to get a tech out by 11:15am. Our heater was struggling in the negative degree weather. Sam was very informative and gave me some great information and suggetions. He changed our filter, performed a safety inspection, and cleaned the flame sensor. Would recommend.

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday right before a cold snap and busy weekend. True Comfort sent someone out right away. Diego was knowledgeable, understanding and professional! He diagnosed the problem, did what he could to get us the best deal on the repair, picked up parts and had our furnace running again, all within a few hours. Great experience from start to finish!

I had some issues with my AC and I’m glad I called True Comfort. Jake, the technician, came out right away and addressed the issues. He was able to resolve them right away and at a very reasonable cost. While in my home, he was very polite to my daughter and our dogs. He was super knowledgeable too. Highly recommend True Comfort! Great company!

I called right away at 8 AM. Left a message. Matt returned my call immediately He told me he would have somebody at my house at 9:30 as my furnace has stopped working. Mitch showed up at 9 AM and started immediately working on the furnace. He had to return to the shop to get a piece to fix the furnace and was done quickly and efficiently will for sure. Call TruComfort again.

My furnace has been temperamental the last week or so, shutting off and such at night. I requested an appointment and 45 minutes later a tech was on his way. Christian fixed and serviced my furnace in an impressive amount of time while entertaining conversation with my three year old. This is the second run-in I’ve had with the True Comfort team and I’ll never have another hvac company in my house as long as they are around!

Logan was extremely helpful throughout this process. Even after the initial work was completed, he stopped by multiple times to ensure everything was progressing properly. Several individuals came out saying they would take care of the issue, but they were unable to figure it out. Logan, however, took full ownership, assessed the situation carefully, and was able to identify and move the solution forward.
He coordinated directly with Ferguson, addressed our concerns regarding the under-cabinet hood installation, and ensured proper follow-up. His persistence, accountability, and hands-on approach truly made the difference. We sincerely appreciate his dedication in getting this resolved.

We discovered True Comfort a few years and have never been disappointed! They are true to their mission statement and treat everyone with exceptional kindness. We’ve had Christian service our units in the past and yesterday, Diego serviced our furnace. In every service call, they are thorough, honest, respectful and you feel as if they’re part of your family. Highly recommend! In fact, my brother had furnace issues the next day and used them.. and signed up!! Bonus.. on both our service call and my brothers, they didn’t charge a service or clean out fee but signed us up for the maintenance plan… (which I had forgot to renew)… I don’t know of any other company that would do this.

True Comfort was amazing! Christian was fantastic to work with on the furnace sale and worked with us on the best product and price to fit our needs. He really went above and beyond and was very responsive.

The techs, Nathan and Jason, were incredible. They arrived right on time, laid out the literal red carpet, and installed the new furnace beautifully. They were so personable and respectful. It felt like a family friend came to visit and help us out. They covered every detail and showed great professionalism.

We had Devin come over to fix our kitchen faucet, and the project ended up being much more complex than expected. Devin handled everything extremely professionally, with a lot of patience, and troubleshot several issues that were either not working or complicating the situation.

He completed the entire project the same day, even providing some needed equipment from his van, and left our home just as clean as when he arrived.

Overall we LOVE the service and people. This is our second time using True Comfort, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their work and their customers - not just the money.

Service was Excellent! Quick response time and Cameron got the repair done quick! The lady in the office that took the call was very nice and polite when I called! Definitely would recommend for your heating and cooling needs.

My central air stopped yesterday afternoon. I called at 4 yesterday and someone was here this morning at 9.

Great company came out same day and got me taken care of.

Northway was so kind and helpful. When scheduling I was called and even called again when they can come earlier. We have a reactive dog so the heads up was super appreciated. The tech was super nice, went out of his way to double check everything and explain what was happening too. It was a very good experience

Replacing the HVAC system in your home is expensive and can be a frustrating process. Always get at least 3 quotes and make sure Northway's is one of them. Working with Charles and his crew was easy. There was no upselling or pressure tactics. He came to the house, looked at everything, asked me some questions and gave me a few options with a cost for each. We agreed on a price and time. They showed up on time, did a great job, and finished everything in one day. Northway's will be my first call from now on.

Little disappointed. Man very nice but the furnace is not keeping house warm. Said everything was working ok.

Everyone was very friendly great to deal with. Was able to work me in right away and completed the job as promised. When the tech arrived, he immediately found the problem and pointed it out to me. He then explained my repair options and pricing with absolutely no pressure.
I highly recommend Northway Heating & Cooling.

Called Nothways when our normal service company only had after hours availability. Quick to respond and was able to repair my AC within an hour. Very polite, friendly and reasonably priced! Will be a repeat customer.

Outstanding service. Had Cameron come out to fix/start a finicky ac compressor. Got it going temporarily but said the fan motor would probably need to be replaced. Sure enough a day later it gave out completely. Even though we had a warm weekend, Northway’s got the part first thing Monday morning and got us back up and running before noon. Thanks for the continued great service - really appreciate it!!

A/C broke down while I was out of town and I had them come out upon a friend’s referral. My unit is over 25 years old and I believe any other large company would’ve told me the full unit needed replacing. They just replaced the capacitor and got me up and running very quickly. Thorough and trustworthy. Will only use their services here on out!
