The HVAC Tech was good and professional. Leachman does try to market their monthly service subscription by charging a top end premium for replacement parts, offering a 20% discount if you subscribe, which still positions them with a pretty decent profit margin on the replacement parts. Good service but didn’t really appreciate the coercive business practice.

Grant did a great job. He was very professional and personable. I had a few questions and he answered them on point. Very satisfied with the service he performed.

Jason did an excellent job inspecting our furnace before winter comes upon us. He is very knowledgeable and goes beyond what is expected of him. Very professional and personable.

Jeff was super nice while I chose not to use these guys he was no pressure at all. This company may be great at allot of stuff, but they are way over priced on dryer vent cleaning.

Would highly recommend Service Legends! Adam, Brian, Rose and the other young man that came did an amazing job. They were very friendly, professional and informative. They worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We were very happy with the end result!

Scott was very informative, educational, and honest. He broke things down in a way that made us understand. He was up front and honest but not pushy. I truly believe he wanted what was best for our family.

Josh was great! Selling house and home inspection noted ann active leak visible on the exterior wall. Picture showed Dark spot on the foundation, that was under the deck. Josh quickly removed board from deck and noted there were no dark spots. Home inspector had errored as the dark spot Was the shadow of one of the landscape lights.

Drew did a great job in a less-than-ideal environment (crawl space with steep stairs). He was professional, personable, efficient, and thorough. Our experiences with Service Legends is consistently outstanding.

I had a new system installed yesterday, and it wasn’t working properly. A tech came out pretty quickly, and discovered that rusty debris had fallen into the inducer motor, causing it to not work properly. The tech, Tyler, was very friendly and professional. I’ve worked with this company for probably 20 years, and I have no complaints. I pay a monthly membership, so that the service on my furnace and AC are done each year. I also like the discounts, and being moved to the front of the line. :-)

Awesome! Always super knowledgeable and in and out super quickly! Throughout the service would answer questions thoroughly. Flexible and easy to work with! Some financial anxieties last minute on my side. He he knew exactly what to do to help! Gunna became member once able!

BEWARE!
We had a leak under our sink. We have paid to be a member (over $300 per year) for some time now. A plumber came yesterday. After looking under our sink for (I’m not exaggerating) 1.5 minutes, he gave an estimate of nearly $3000 to fix it. He didn’t give an explanation for why it would cost what it does, just what it costs. He did not investigate the materials involved. We also had him look at a shower fixture. He spent an exorbitant amount of time on his iPad and then point blank told my husband that they simply, “do not do that.”

*EDIT TO ADD* the funniest part of all of this, the Service Legends plumber said we could just pay $7000 to replace our entire drain stack *instead* and tried pushing that sale on us.

When we requested to see the bid, it listed “complexity/difficulty” as a price increase per 15 minutes of service 3 times and not much else. We obviously were flabbergasted by $3000 to fix our leak in our sink. We contacted another plumbing company. The plumber came that night, accessed the material the fitting was made of and the cost of the parts was $17.53. It took him 15 minutes to fix. If the Service Legends plumber had actually done any real investigating instead shining a flashlight for 10 seconds, he would have seen the job was simple and quick. The Service Legends plumber also failed to notice other issues with the plumbing under the sink, such as lack of fall, which was also fixed in that 15 minutes the other plumber took to repair the leak.

Do NOT spend your money here. Not only does it feel like a constant money grubbing and high pressure sales, their techs do not care. If you’d like to be treated like an inconvenience go with Service Legends.

Their practices are extremely predatory. Some people don’t have the time to gather quotes from other tradesmen and will feel pressured to spend an unnecessary amount of money.

Grant was extremely kind and very knowledgeable and a very good conversationalist. He was able to walk me through the service in a manner that I could understand and had excellent banter about off topic subjects I brought up. Very good experience with him! 👍

Drew arrived on time, assessed the situation and luckily didn’t find anything wrong with our furnace but a minor setting was off but he was thorough and checked everything to spec. Thanks again for the peace of mind and continued great customer service

Rose and Brian were both very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are good ambassadors for Service Legions. They took the time to show me the results of their work. I was impressed by both of them. Five Stars.

I had signed up to become a member when they replaced my furnace a few months ago- It’s a low monthly price for annual routine services, waived service fees, and priority scheduling during emergencies! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

The service electrician was fantastic . He took his time and was very thorough in finding the issue we were having with a non -functioning outlet. I recommend using this company.

Jared called as to when he would arrive and was on time. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Found the issue immediately and got it fixed quickly. He explained in detail what was broken and not working properly. Found another issue that needed attention and explained in detail what needed fixed and the cost. I agreed to fix this issue, and he immediately got it fixed.

Jake Willis is easily one of the best service techs we’ve ever had at our home for any service that we’ve needed. He was extraordinarily polite and professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and explained everything so now we have a better understanding of our system and how it works. Jake is great and we would highly recommend him and Service Legends.

Efficient, friendly, and informative estimate. Low-pressure but high quality outcome. Moving on to the installation- went fast and there was no inconvenience to me. Everything was cleaned up nicely and we are up and running with a high efficiency system and a great programmable thermostat. We are very happy with our decision to go with Service Legends. Moving on to the vent cleaning - all 3 techs were friendly and efficient. Did a great job working around me, while I was working. So glad we had this cleaning done.
