I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Andrew and Service Legends. When our hot water heater failed, I was dreading a multi-day ordeal, but Andrew had us back up and running the same day I reported the problem.

From the start, Andrew demonstrated impressive knowledge of the different hot water heater options available. He took the time to walk me through price comparisons and explain the pros and cons of each model, which really helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured.

The installation itself was top-notch. The final install looks professional and neat - you can tell he takes real pride in his work.

It's rare to find a technician who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Andrew delivered on both fronts. If you need any plumbing work done,
I'd highly recommend requesting Andrew specifically. He's a true professional.

I am extremely pleased with Mike's professional, outgoing personality, knowledge, and his desire to complete the repairs to our satisfaction.
We greeted each other when I answered the door. He had a genuine smile and I knew he was the gentleman I wanted in my home tending to the repair work we needed. He put on his booties after some pleasantries and asked me to guide him to the issues at hand. I led him to the two upper bathrooms and the lower level bath, he assessed the issues and confirmed that I had figured them correctly. He told me your process and provided a quote which was reasonable.
He then checked his truck for the necessary repair parts and evidently they weren't on board today. He was gone for a bit and came back and completed the work.
I am very pleased with everything about this Service Legends experience... and Mike. He is doing a wonderful job for your customers and representing and promoting your company!

Almost 2 years ago we used Service Ledgends to purchase a new heating and cooling system. The install was quick and efficient. Their employees were polite and professional and very knowledgeable. When we started having whole home electrical issues we knew we could trust Service Ledgends to solve our problem. He found the issue which ultimately was a problem outside the home and Alliant would need to fix. Because of your electrician's knowledge and thorough troubleshooting Alliant came out same day and repaired the line. I will never call another company again! We were and are still thoroughly impressed with the customer service and expertise of Service Ledgends.

We had a 3-4 year old unit stop working right as we were leaving town for a week. They were quick to get a tech out when I was able to make the service call to see what the issue was. Knowing that it was a newer unit, they were very fair and reasonable in getting the work done. They knew we’d be getting back to a very hot house after a long trip and were here first thing on a Saturday morning to hurry and get it going. The tech was very nice and polite and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the solution. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've used this company 3 times and have been pleased with results all 3 times. This last call to them was for a new gas line install and they were able to get the job done quickly. They went out of their way as I had some timing conflicts with other work being done. The men who worked here were knowledgeable and polite, but I prefer knowledgeable. They were. And they stayed on job until they and I were satisfied with the outcome. I've been at this kind of trade work, in all aspects for 40 years, so I know what I'm seeing. I will hire them again.
The only thing I would change is to have them do the work for free. Sorry, I always have to throw in a joke..

Mick was great. He got our gas fireplace back up and working after a year of frustrations when another company was unable to fix. Friendly, clean, good communication. Overall very happy! They’ve got a new costumer from us!

Brian showed up on time for the estimate. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He got back to me in a very timely manner, and we set up an appointment.
On the day of the appointment, Jordan and Payton were on time, friendly, professional and got right to work. Don't let their young looks fool you. They did a better job than I was ready for. They are very good at their job and take genuine pride in their work. The attention to detail is impressive. I will absolutely recommend this company and these men to everyone.

The prices for a weekend service call was well below competitors. The technician that helped was very friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me.

I was impressed that he took the time to clean the unit explaining the impact it has on my utilities and life of the machine.

I could see his wheels turning as he found ways to explain it so I would understand.

I was given the bill in email after I paid. I had trusted the cost of the part aligned to the amount I paid. I really don’t feel like it did. I was charged $349.31 for a $50 capacitor. That is 700% above cost. That’s not including the cost just to have them come out.

I called and I wasn’t treated with respect. The owners son could not explain to me beyond that I should just pay that amount because that’s just how it is these days. I expected more from an independent company not owned by a holding company.

They did send me a check. I’ve added a second star, but I can’t justify a 3rd because of how my call was handled.

From the initial meeting to discuss products and options, to installation and continuing service, Brian, Jordan, Noah, and the entire team have been friendly, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. It's nice to know that good customer service still exists.

We were referred to Midwest Comfort by a neighbor. Midwest Comfort was the most reasonably priced when we replaced our air conditioning unit and furnace. We’ve since moved and now use them for fall/spring maintenance at our new home. I’ve always felt they’ve been honest when answering questions and with the assessment of our equipment. They provide excellent communication and are efficient with the service they provide. Have recommended them to others.

Caleb and Jordan were professional and got the job done right! I bought a fixer upper and the home sat vacant for years so needed a new HVAC and water heater. The basement and crawl space were disgusting but that did not deter these guys from completing the job in an efficient manner. Highly recommend!

We awoke to a dead air conditioner this morning. I was fully expecting a service call the next day since our weather has been so hot and humid.
We were thrilled when the Midwest van pulled up in front of the house a couple of hours later!!
Eli got right to it and found what was needed. He had to get an additional part but returned in no time. As we get back to what we were doing, the house is cooling down and the humidity is falling!

Outstanding customer service, technician was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and had the AC back to cooling in no time. Company's prices are very fair, no up charging or high pressure to purchase extras, service packages, etc.

Just yesterday (Sunday) I turned on the A/C and found out that the condenser unit outside wasn't turning on. I emailed Midwest and heard back the same day (on a Sunday) and they were able to get me scheduled next day. Mick showed up and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I could tell he wasn't trying to upsell me and only wanted to take care of the problem. They have great communication and though I hope I won't need them again, I will definitely call them if I do.

Nick was great. He installed my furnace and air conditioner and has been here several times since. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Midwest
