Tech came out for yearly maintenance check on furnace. Tech called ahead and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Midwest Comfort to anyone.

Got home furnace humidifier installed and APCO UV Light air purifier installed.
Mick did a great job and cleaned up fully!

Four years ago, I purchased a new furnace, A/C and water heater from them. I have stayed with them since because I have had no problems. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was referred to Brian over 16 years ago and have been with his company ever since. I just replaced an old HVAC unit that was no longer safe to run. Brian scheduled me last minute and just in time. The next day a cold snap and the Thanksgiving snow storm was on its way. Jordan and Caleb installed the units and they did a wonderful job. I went with the variable gold series unit and could not be happier. Brian and his team are worth every penny!

Midwest Comfort is always reliable - always. Appointments are easy to get, they always call ahead and they provide top-notch service. The part I have appreciated the most because of my busy schedule is that they call me to schedule routine maintenance appointments. Great to work with and very professional!

Eli or Jordan ( sorry the reports had 2 names) came back to our home as we didn’t have any heat going. He had amazing energy and was very kind. Will be using this service for any future needs and will recommend to anyone. Lots of scamming companies out there that just want your money, this is not one. They make sure the job is done.

I had my furnace serviced in extremely cold weather. The problem was resolved right away. Joel replaced my filter and explained the cause of my problem. I had used a steam humidifier to add moisture to my house and it had clogged my filter.
Midwest is the most customer reliable heating and air company I have ever known and I recommend it to everyone!

I am very happy with Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling. Jordan & Brian are both very pleasant to work with. My AC went out last summer & my furnace was very old. I’ve just about replaced all that could be replaced on it & it often had standing water in the bottom. Best deal ever to replace both with Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling and I was able to get my WiFi thermostat plus full home humidifier, no more dry nose. I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Brian & Jordan you both have really made a single parent feel Blessed.

Midwest Comfort’s new furnace installation for our 100+ year old Beaverdale home was timely, professional and dramatically thorough. The furnace heats well and is responsive to any temperature adjustments we ask of it.

Importantly, it also is the quietest furnace we have ever had in any home we have lived in. We often realize we have an extremely comfortable temperature in our house but wonder “when did the furnace actually go on?” So many furnaces in former homes were inherently noisy but thanks to Midwest Comfort’s efforts we have a dramatically quiet but efficient heating system.

We have the utmost respect for Midwest Comfort and their workmanship. They are truly a first class business.

I reached out at 8:30AM because my AC was not working and it was supposed to be a 90 degree day. DSM Heating & Cooling was to our house by 10AM and worked promptly and politely to get us up and running. Sergio was great and updated me on the status of our AC/Furnace as well. Very satisfied and thankful that they got out here quickly!

UPDATE: The property owner opted to buy an entire new central A/C unit over a temporary fix. Once we had that decision , Justin of DMHC, used all his authority to secure and install the unit within 24 hours. He was pleasant, answered my questions clearly, thorough and yet fast. And this ends my 4-day long experience of having no A/C and my house being 85 degrees inside! So grateful to DMHC, Sergio, Justin and Justin's teammate (didn't catch his name). Job well done!👏🏽😊

Sergio with Des Moines Heating and Cooling was amazing! He was friendly and professional. He did an awesome job of checking everything and recommending things that could improve the life of my AC and furnace. I have lived in my home for 8 years and don't get routine check ups. I try to keep everything clean myself. I was so happy with the service today. I will be recommending this company and Sergio to everyone I know.
