Kenny offered us an excellent service! He came the very next day I called them, on Sunday. Offered a good rate to fix our old garage heater, saving us about US$1,000. In less than an hour fixed our problem, we are extremely satisfied with his service!

Grant and his assistant did a wonderful job putting in our new AC today! They were efficient with their time and took the time to explain everything to me once they were finished. We would highly recommend Service Legends!

Kenzy with Service Legends did a wonderful job diagnosing, explaining, and repairing an issue we had unexpectedly come up with our furnace. He was knowledgeable and laid out the options and pricing up front to address our questions and concerns. Definitely will be using services again.

The day was a little stressful but I really appreciate all that Steven did at Inspirations on Thursday to make sure our system was okay. I appreciate all the Service Legends employees that helped us that day. We are comforted to know we will always get topnotch service.

Adam H was so easy to work with on this estimate. He explained everything in detail and left us with the feeling that if we don't go with Service Legends, we are missing the boat! If he is any indication of how all the company team workers operate, they will be an outstanding company to work with in the future.

Nick is very professional and an expert. His experience showed when he fixed the root problem quickly and was upfront about what needed done. Very appreciative to have him out to the house.

Just had Kurin out for plumbing inspection. Great guy. Knows his trade and spoke with clarity. No hidden agenda or anything like that. Appreciate the honest recommendations.

Jason came to diagnose our boiler issues and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and clearly explained how the system operates. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again when needed.

The folks that came from Service Legends were awesome. They were very professional and efficient. I got to see pictures of my "before" and "after" which was eye opening! They were very careful to protect my floor and walls from their equipment, which I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician (Nick). Was so helpful in answering all questions and even took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Definitely pleased with Service Legends and highly recommend.

Just did the annual maintenance on our furnace and Jake was awesome! He explained everything that was done and was very thorough--he caught a setting that was incorrect and changed it to the correct setting for better operation of our furnace. He was polite and arrived on time! This service was free with our annual maintenance contract that we have. Service Legends has always gone above and beyond and I know from personal experience that they stand behind the work they do!

We had a new furnace and a new air conditioner installed today. There was a two man team. Miguel and Jay did a great job!
They were friendly and respectful. They were very careful about protecting our property by not banging into any doors or walls and not tracking in any dirt/mud.

The install was done in an efficient and timely manner, and they did a very clear job of communicating anything we needed to know about the new systems. They were patient about answering any questions we had, and they were very good natured/tolerant of our big dog who was such a pain during their visit. 😂

They cleaned up so well that nobody would ever know they were here today! We were extremely pleased with their customer service and competence.

Jeff was fantastic! Very personable and no fluff! No sales game in pricing and was transparent about the needs, realities of hvac problems, and maintenance down the road. He was amazing with our young children and really took time to build a relationship vs obtain a sale. We went with an air duct cleaning and a monthly membership for services by the end of our appointment. I can’t recommend Jeff as a salesman enough-just a great all around guy with class and appreciated the time he spent with our family today!

Drew was great! He explained the process and explained the results of the inspection. He explained the recommendations and helped to schedule a followup visit to address the recommendations.
Drew was very professional and took great care of the system.

Dec 17, 2025 second review: Adam checked the air quality today. He showed me the condition of the ducts and returns and helped explain the filter options. He helped schedule duct cleaning and electrostatic filter purchase. I feel confident about the quality of my home air for several years ro come.

December 23
Rose and crew came to clean air ducts and dryer vent. They explained the process, took before and after photos of the vents, and took care to avoid any damage to floors or furnishings. Everything is all clean now so I can breathe freely. It was quick and I was able to work while they worked.

Grant was awesome, quickly found the problem and reasonable with the fix. All on Valentine's Day and hope he wasn't too late to his event with his sweetheart. We truly appreciated him coming out and not rushing through it. Very professional, top employee!

Alex is not only kind, personable, and professional; she is also the best technician I have encountered in years. She is honest and direct, and doesn't cut corners when explaining the cost to clean and maintain excellent home air quality. I was left feeling extremely confident about going forward with the premium cleaning and maintenance package that Service Legends offers. I plan to get on their schedule soon for later this summer as they are filling up FAST! Thank you Service Legends and Alex for EVERYTHING!! I can't wait to finally breathe pure quality air in my own home!

Fantastic service once again! Not only did he just resolve our issue, but he took the time to explain to us How this system works and why we had our issues. He had wiped down the whole Unit, removing all dust that had built up as well. We are sold on this business! Service Ledgends has knowledgeable and trustworthy reps, and we are once again completely satisfied! If it were an option, I would give them 20 stars.

My experience with Service Legends has been great from start to finish! Jeff was a courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable sales rep. Then Rose and her team came to do the duct cleaning and they were awesome as well. The team was efficient and worked well together. The before and after pictures proved that duct cleaning needed to be done and was done very well.

Chad Sepich helped at my house today. He was very pleasant as I greeted him at the door. I didn’t have to ask him to put his booties on. He was very knowledgeable about some of the plumbing issues in the house and even caught an issue I didn’t know existed. He explained my options to repair my issues and gave me simple estimates. I’m looking forward to having Chad back for repairs.

Service Legends has always treated us well. Our heat quit working, and they were out very quickly to work on it. Identified the problem and after going over options had us back in working order in no time.

I would recommend this team to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Jeff was great. We bought new hvac system and went over each model and it's advantages and disadvantages. Very nice to work with and took his time explaining everything. Highly recommend.
