Northway is the only company I will let through my family’s doors when it comes to my HVAC or plumbing needs. After multiple quotes on a new furnace, A/C and some other issues, it was a no brainer after I met Charles and Charles Jr. I immediately trusted that they were gonna get the job done right at a fair price. Enjoyed having these gentlemen in my home and will definitely know who to call first when I have any needs in the future. Thanks to Kyler Krogman as well for leading the installation process. Thanks for helping me check that off my list.

Northways replaced our water heater and the experience we had was incredible. They were able to replace it next day and were very efficient in installation. The team was even willing to help us with our home warranty company. Above and beyond service and communication!

They worked with me to get the work completed around my busy appointment filled days. I always feel better when the worker notices my bully right away and has no problem showing her love and attention. Both times I have had a guy out to install and repair were done right and been very quick.

I was absolutely pleased from start to finish of the installation of my furnace and air conditioner!!! Very considerate of my home and do kind and pleasant!! Great group of young men and once again very punctual and always text when they were in route.. did an awesome job of all cleanup as you could not tell I had anyone here!

They were amazing! They were recommended by a coworker, called them this morning after our normal HVAC company couldn't get us in when the outside unit stopped working. They were here within a couple of hours, polite, explained everything and was very very budget friendly! Replaced our compressor with in a hour! Highly recommend them!!!! Thank you!!

They came and gave a quote quickly. Also the quote was cheaper than 2 other quotes. The installation went smoothly. Everyone was friendly.

Awesome company. Great communication. Easy to work with. Cameron had my new AC in and running quick and clean! Did not get his assistants name but that kid worked his butt off also. Hands down would recommend these guys to everyone I know!

Northway’s replaced my furnace & air conditioner. Great service! The furnace was installed the first day & air conditioner in the morning of second day. They are very trustworthy, friendly, respectful & family owned business. I highly recommend them. Cameron did the installation & did an amazing job. He took the time to do things right. The price was exactly as quoted.

I was stressed out about my furnace suddenly going out, I called Northways for a quote. They came out very promptly, gave me a very reasonable price. Came out at 8 and I had heat by 3:30. Whole new furnace and central air. Technicians were very professional and informative about what they doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone having heating and cooling issues.

My water heater started to leak at the water inlet. We attempted a repair but the threads were too far corroded. Since It was not an emergency we scheduled a time a couple days later that was convenient for me to replace the water heater. The showed up on time, the crew was professional and answered all my questions, and was completed in 2 hours. The new install looked great and brought me up to code as the previous install was installed properly. The water heater quote was extremely competitive. Was a pleasure to do business with and will continue to utilize them for any heating/cooling needs.

Fast and Accurate diagnosis of heating system during coldest time of season. Timely removal and replacement of old furnace. Clean job site at end of install too. I interviewed 3 other HVAC contractors and Northway's Heating and Cooling is the only contractor I would call for HVAC work.

Technician was able to come out same day to take a look at an error code from our furnace. Great communication from company via text and phone call to let me know when they would be arriving, earlier than stated when I called. Found the issue and fixed quickly.
