My husband and I’s furnace went out right before our wedding. Not ideal. We had some repairs done by Bell Brothers earlier in the year and they were happy to help us with a financial plan. They replaced our furnace while we were away on our honeymoon. They were very respectful of our home and updated us appropriately. We returned to a warm home. Additionally, we got a very thoughtful letter and wedding gift in the mail. Truly a great experience working with them.

These guys were great to work with and so friendly. From someone that doesn’t know anything when it comes to this stuff, they didn’t make me feel stupid or small. They answered all questions I had and was able to educate me on small inspections! 10/10 will stay with them

I got a text with the name and a picture of the technician about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The repair technician was there promptly and had diagnosed and completed all the repairs in under an hour. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

True Comfort sent Devon to install a new kitchen faucet, repair an outside hose faucet and install a replacement faucet for outside. Devon was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was very careful to explain everything to me and keep me informed of what was going on during his visit. I plan on using True Comfort Plumbing again

They were very informative and professional. The prices weren't outrageous as I had obtained a few quotes prior to theirs. They were punctual and respectful throughout the entire time I worked with them. Great company, highly recommend.

I called after our previous HVAC contractor closed it's doors and we were crazy worried as we had a 4yo system that had failed. Sarah answered quickly when I called and was super nice. They were the ONLY shop that not only told me not to worry as they could help if we were under warranty with the manufacturer, but assured me they'd help get us sorted regardless. Fast forward two weeks, they not only handled getting our replacement furnace from Luxaire, but also have it installed. Their techs are super courteous, clean and efficient workers, and were all very good communicators about what all they needed to do before and during their work.

We are thrilled to have found a wonderful company to work with and look forward to getting our maintenance done in the future.

I had two technicians come in at different times to evaluate my furnace. The first technician performed a tuneup because the unit was performing erratically. He did not find anything that seemed to caused the problem. The second technician came to evaluate the situation further. He found soot buildup in the lower heat exchanger and the lower gas pressure set too low. It appeared not to be set properly when the unit was installed five years before I purchased this property. The technician adjusted the gas pressure properly and has been operating great since then.

Very thankful for everything they do! They come out on an emergency basis and walk you through everything from your heating and cooling to water heaters. Never had a long wait time- even during the busy holiday season. Can't recommend them enough. Christian is fantastic.

Technician, Diego, was very professional. Explained what HVAC checkup would entail and cost. I like receiving text messages confirming appointment, letting me know when technician is on their way and also including photo of technician.

Office staff was spot on. Sent Diego out to service my furnace. I am 4 hours away from location. They scheduled me for 2pm. Called at noon that he was on his way. Fixed me in timely manner. Both Office and technician communicated throughout process. This is the company you want to call. Honest people.

I called in the morning and they had someone out within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Christian was great to work with and explained every step of the way what he was going to do to attempt to fix the issues. These guys are my go to for any home related issue for heating, plumbing, and cooling.

Devin was very professional and offered a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He cleaned his work area when complete and even offered to test our water pressure to ensure repairs wouldn’t be needed in the future.

From the booking process to the finished product, everything was very seamless and professional. The plumber, (Devin) was very friendly and knowledgable and explained the repairs that he did. The pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.

They gave us a fair price on a new furnace and even came late at night to patch up our old furnace to make sure that our house didn't freeze while we waited for the new one. Highly recommend this company over all the other companies in town. Very honest and fair.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Friday evening. I called True Comfort on Saturday morning to request a service appointment. Service Tech Christain Abbott arrived later that morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in short order. He was very pleasant to deal with and a fine representative for True Comfort. Five stars all around! Excellent customer service. Christain performed seasonal maintenance on our furnace this morning and did an excellent job. He showed me how to replace the furnace filter and humidity pad and answered all of our questions about the furnace. He provides excellent service and is very personable too. We are very satisfied with the personal service provided by True Comfort.
