Jordan came riding in here like the Lone Ranger and saved the day. We had an emergency with the gas hot water heater. Called Bell Brothers and Jordan was here within a half hour. (And I'm pretty sure he was on his way home for the day.) Extremely thorough. Explained everything fully and more than once when I needed it. Answered every question in a way I easily understood. Offered options with complete details. He was down-to-earth, honest, pleasant, a gentleman, respected our home, and went out of his way to make sure we were set up properly and safely before end of day. We appreciated all his efforts. We woke up to a broken heater and Bell Brothers was able to get a tech to us on a Sunday in just a couple of hours. Jesus was great! He took his time to explain what was happening and was quick with the repair. He never felt pushy trying to sell additional parts or a whole new unit. We will be using Bell Brothers again in the future.

Bell Brothers came out the same day I called for an appointment. Quick diagnosis of the heating element needing replaced. My service tech was able to find the part needed quickly after making a few calls and had the heat restored in my house within hours. Cost was reasonable and service was great. I will use this company again for future issues and would highly recommend.

Adnan and Aidan did an excellent job installing our humidifier. They were quick, worked clean and did a great job explaining everything once done. We will never call anyone else and are excited to hear they are doing residential plumbing now also.

Roberto was very thorough in his inspection of my plumbing. He discovered to a problem with my water heater and came back to repair it. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. It I encounter any other plumbing issues I would ask for him to do the repairs.

We found ourselves needing emergency service for a Geothermal Unit on a weekend, after business hours. The gentleman I spoke with in the service department over the phone was very pleasant and assured me that they would do their best to have someone out as soon as possible. Within a short timeframe, a tech called to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and had our issue diagnosed quickly. I am SO thankful for a company that could come to our rescue during a time many businesses are closed- great experience all around and I would absolutely recommend them!

You technicians are well trained with well stocked service vehicles with parts to onboard to solve my issue in one quick visit. Megan, your AI digital assistance , did an excellent job of figuring out I am repeat customer and in understanding my service needs and dispatched your technician Adnan (who was knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose the issue) with 30 minutes advanced notice so I could go about my day getting personal errands done.

Austin and Z did an amazing installation. Nice tin work tying in the upstairs 10” supply. They came in got things replaced and up and running before the end of the day. Austin went through the operation of the system and how to operate the thermostat. Thanks guys, job well done!

Bell Brothers, once again, came to my rescue! A cracked outside water faucet led to an inch of water in my basement. I called Bell Brothers and they were able to fit me same day. Their technician was thoughtful, thorough, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended giving them a call!

I contacted Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing after noticing a leak in an upstairs toilet & was able to get an appointment quickly. Roberto Rosas came out to assess the situation. Both toilets had cracks in the tanks, so Roberto provided me with a number of options once I had decided to replace both. Roberto was informative on the various types and their price range. I appreciated him giving me his honest opinion. He is going to purchase the toilets and will then set up appointment for delivery and installation. Roberto was courteous & so helpful in resolving my issues. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to help plumbing issues!

They were very professional ,three of them showed up came in looked things over ,asked a few questions. They got to work. Very well 3man team. They all worked well today,knew what each one needed to do. I was totally amazed ,very happy with the install on furnace and central air unit. Very nice and hard working, very professional. Salomon was great, took care of everything I asked of him in a timely manner within the same day on an urgent main water line leak & was very informative with any questions asked. He made sure that I was ok with everything prior to completing the work. Very processional job.

I came home after work one day to find out our heat had quit working, I called Bell Brothers. It was very easy to schedule and once done they sent Adnan Kanlic, he showed up very quickly to the house. Explained what was going on and he diagnosed the problem very fast and was able to get heat going again! Was very grateful for the quick service and reasonable price. Thank you again for your awesome customer service!

First off if I could give more than 5 stars this team would have 10 🌟 from me!! I’ve lived in this house since 2006, and our old AC/heating system dated all the way back to 2003—so getting a brand-new system installed today has truly been a blessing.

We had our new AC and heating system installed by Bell Brothers, and I cannot thank them enough for their fast, professional, and courteous service! From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine care. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home.

Definitely would recommend. Bryan F was a great comfort experience expert. I knew I needed a total system replacement (both heat and AC). Made the process super quick and got things moving. He also made sure I knew what I was getting and understood pros and cons of different systems. Then Austin C and Zivko C came for the install. Super professional throughout the install. Also quoted me 8 hours but were SUPER efficient and done in less than that. Overall a wonderful experience and will use them again. The previous owner used them and the install system lasted 22 years so it was an easy call when I realized where it was from!!!

We had such a great experience with Bell Brothers! Andrew showed up less than 30 minutes after we placed our call and quickly fixed our faucet. He was professional, efficient, and super friendly. We signed up for their maintenance membership and it was reasonably priced. Truly above and beyond service, we’ll definitely be calling Bell Brothers again for any future needs!

Evan was super thorough. He continued checking for issues with our furnace even after he found the main problem, just so all bases were covered. He explained everything very well, at least twice, until I was sure I understood the options for repair. He was professional and seemed very genuine. No hard sell on anything, which makes a huge difference. Great experience.

Husein came over and he was very knowledgeable. Helped show me my heating system (Carrier) and that it basically has a computer system and was throwing some error codes. Cleaned out exhaust and return ventilation and replaced the drain hose. I was impressed and signed up for their plumbing (water heater), heater and air conditioning yearly maintenance plan. Told me some of the items that I could do improve my system. Very knowledgable dude. Thank you Husein and Bell Brothers! 🙏

Smooth and simple. Called for quote for new HVAC, guy showed up. Gave me a few options giving me multiple discounts and explaining how everything would go. After that I had a few other companies come out to see what they had to offer. After comparing everything I decided to go through Bell brothers for a new HVAC system. The price was fair but most of all I love the communication and peace of mind. They replaced old and cleaned up nicely within a day. Very respectful.
