Sergio was fast and efficient. Found a loose wire connection on my board. Repaired and cycled my furnace 3 times to insure it was working correctly.
I would definitely recommend him.

Having dated many repair guys, and formerly married to an HVAC tech, I’ve, rightly, long been leery of repair techs. Lol! I’m also diy and don’t like relying on others for anything. Sergio went above and beyond in putting my mind at ease. So much so, I even signed on to for bi-annual maintenance, which goes against my nature. Deciding where to call was stressful. Glad I called DSM H&C. I’ll continue using your services. Highly recommend to others.

Flack Friday morning I called a little after 8am, office person super nice and friendly. Justin was here by 9am and fixed furnace less than 20 minutes later. It’s 21° out and my family and I are very appreciative!

I called this morning to have my furnace looked at because it wasn’t working right! Left a voicemail and they got ahold of me right away and got me schedule in that day! Sergio came out this afternoon he had been to my house one other time and had the problem fixed in no time! He even went above and beyond. I have worked with them a handful of times and Can’t say I could give one negative thing to say about Des Moines heating and cooling!!! I will always recommend them!!

Sergio was great! Came in real quick assessed the problem. He kept me clued in every step of the way about what was going on and what he was doing. In and out in less than an hour! He took the extra step to clean out the stink bugs from inside the furnace. The company was able to work something out for me for payment and now I have heat for the winter! I know who I'm going to from now on!!

We had a technician come out to look at our furnace, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very down-to-earth, friendly, and well-mannered, just an all-around cool guy. He asked the right questions, listened, and once he figured out what was going on, he got straight to the problem and fixed it.

He took the time to show me exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left. On top of that, he even took the trash out for me, which was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do.
