My place of work had a new HVAC installed in March 2025. Fast forward to late May, it's not working. Guess what, still doesn't work. The company ignores requests for repair. Then claims that only one specific technician can fix the issue. This technician seems to always be unavailable for 3 weeks.

We had a late night emergency and called up Around the Clock for assistance on our plumbing issue. They showed up within an hour and corrected the plumbing issue. Great customer experience, will reach out again to them in time of need.

This company replaced our 14 year old furnace on 1/23/15. It was very cold and the furnace was not in good shape and needed repairs. Since having the new furnace installed our electric bill has also dropped. I am very happy with our purchase.

Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The "professional" thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.

We called this guy back in 2018. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. We needed his service again today and he was here within an hour and took care of our needs. We have some work we want done in the near future and he will be the one we call. We were scared because we know places charge more during the holidays but he was more than fair and we are more than pleased. As long as he is in business he will be the ONLY one we will call. Super nice and polite man. Thanks

Today was the second time I've used Around the Clock Service. I literally couldn't be happier. I called Thursday and made an appointment for the next day. Dean was on time and very nice. He got my drain cleaned out in 15 min of being here and since I paid for the first hour he stayed a little longer and double checked his work just to make sure it was done right. After he was done we got to talking and he told me that he does HVAC's and I asked him to give me a quote. It only took him a few minutes and his quote was several hundred dollars less than all the other quotes I've gotten. You couldn't have a better person come to your home and do work for you. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Dean came out and did a great job on my AC unit. It was leaking and they went above and beyond to unclog and clean the coils and even went and bought me a new filter. Pricing was better than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier with them. He will definitely be my AC guy from now on. Also, they were very nice to my 4 year old son and that’s always a plus!

Dean was wonderful. He came quickly when the pipes bust back in early 2015. (I've used him ever since) He fixed the pipes quickly and then he offered to come back when it wasn't "after hours pay".. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful given most business take as much as they can get! He came back immediately. Was always efficient and on time, very thorough. I have called him for every problem we have encountered since. Each time, same thing! Professional, humble, great pricing, excellent work! Would highly recommend to ANYONE! Not once did I ever feel overcharged for the amount of work he did! (And as consumers we know house calls are never cheap!.... So that is saying a lot!)

When I asked the technician if he had a mask and gloves he could wear into our home, he yelled “sadly, I do” to me in a rude and dismissive way. If you’re at all interested in a company that makes an active commitment to keeping customers safe during the pandemic, I would highly recommend continuing your search to an organization that takes these precautions seriously.
