This is most honest and reasonable service company in town. They are responsive, professional and honest. Will definitely be using them to replace my system within the next two years.

Jay was a professional, and knowledgeable tech. Answered all questions, and explained needed repairs. Furnace repair done in a timely manner. Explained and gave rationale for possible future upgrade to system.

I have had the great fortune to know the owner of Air Tech, Rusty Kirby, most of my life; I grew up next door to him. I always admired his passions, and they were obvious: He was an incredibly caring parent, an avid hot-rod fan, and a very hard working technician. I never imagined that we’d be working on projects together 20 years later. He has serviced all of my business and personal HVAC needs marvelously, but I have one, beyond 5 star story, that should be shared. 8 years ago, while I was just settling into my business, I ran into an acquaintance from a previous occupation I had known well. Her son-in-law and her were Thanksgiving shopping in Meijer, as was I, and when I saw them, I gave them a big smile and a jolly “great to see you” but they were unable to respond with such delight. Looking closely at my old friend, I could see she had the look of a woman who has been crying for months. Being a direct person, I immediately ask what going on, wondering why they look so pitiful? She shares with me her 28-year-old daughter (not shopping) is terminally ill with an inoperable tumor wrapped around her intestines. I was in such shock. How horrible... but there was more. Her sick daughter was living with and the caretaker for my friend’s mother, so her grandmother, and while she was suddenly hospitalized, her grandma had no one to care for her and the state took over her elderly care and estate, so my friend's daughter was now homeless on top of sick, and was forced into living/dying in her mother’s house having no where else to go. “And it gets worse…” the husband/son-in-law says. “The heat went out in the house and we can’t afford to fix it, so we are just freezing. Nothing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.” We spent a couple more minutes together and all I could do was apologize over and over for all they’d been through. They didn’t ask, but I knew I had to do something to help them. I remembered that Fayette Heating and Air does charitable work for those in need, so I called them immediately from the parking lot, and they said they had already fulfilled their annual charitable quota, and were not interested in helping. Ouch, some heroes, and now what? The only other person I knew was Rusty, who is a smaller company and probably couldn’t afford to do stuff like this. Still, I wanted to help them bad enough that another “No” wasn’t going to stop me. So I reached out to my old friend, Rusty, and told him the whole gut-wrenching story and to my surprise with ZERO hesitation he did help, as if it was his responsibility. He went out that day to diagnose the problem, called me afterwards, and said he would buy the $900 part if I would absorb the installation, which I happily did. We went in halves together and made a Thanksgiving wish come true 24 hours later, for a family experiencing nothing but heartbreak. I still see them occasionally, and the kindness we extended them and the comfort we gave her daughter in the last month of her life is something they will never forget. I am proud to call Rusty my friend, who is a real superhero and an inspiration. I can personally attest that whether you are a total stranger or a lifelong friend, Air Tech will treat you like gold. Thank you for everything, Rusty.

I use Air Tech because they are locally owned, honest and very professional. The techs are always completely honest with me during Spring and Fall maintenance even when they could take advantage of a situation and make more money.
That fact alone is why I continue to use them.

These guys are so great. First off, they care. That goes a long way with me. No sales tap dance, honest straight to the point diagnostics and realistic options to resolve the issues. They ended up replacing my system and the process was so easy and required so little of me that I called them thinking I had missed something. They have earned a long time customer and spokesperson.

Air Tech just put in a new hvac in my house yesterday. It was a great price, and they did a fantastic job. Even did all the prep work on day one (of 2) so that we weren't without heat overnight (the old unit was still functioning, just very old). I would absolutely recommend them.

Our air conditioner stopped working overnight. We called Air Tech at 8:00 am on a day that 94° temperatures were predicted. Linda had Ryan knocking on our door by 12:30 and within 20 min our air conditioner was working again!! And the service call was
very reasonable! I highly recommend Air Tech!!

My AC stopped working. I called. They sent Jay the next day. Jay was great. He diagnosed the problem. Got my unit running by bypassing the damaged part. Came back when he said he would and replaced the part. Charges were very reasonable. I will use them from now on.

I needed a new system so I got several quotes. I went with Rusty and his guys and I am glad I did. I always took pride in my work and his guys do too. They were very polite and efficient in getting the job done. I have a compromised health situation and they were very considerate of that and wore mask. I love the new system that Rusty suggested to help me with my health issues. These guys are the best and I give them all a thumbs up and I'm a perfectionist. The warranty is great that usually comes with a good product though,

We were considering a whole system replacement based on feedback from other HVAC companies and the fact we didn't have heat - even though our original issue was a noisy AC unit. Rusty came to quote the new system but said it was odd our heat wouldn't be running. He sent a tech out and found the capacitor in our heating unit unwired. Our heat is back on courtesy of Air Tech and they're replacing the motor in our AC unit for hundreds of dollars vs. the whole system for thousands.

The Tech for Air-Tech (Brad) arrived on time for the scheduled clean and check of our gas furnace system. Brad was friendly and professional. I went over what I had experienced when I started the system for the first time a few days earlier. Brad did a thorough examination, cleaned portions of the furnace and replaced the ignitor, a part we had discussed when he initially examined the furnace. Air Tech has been our HVAC service provider for approximately 20 years, including the installation of our current system. Doing the annual clean and check gives us peace of mind and keeps the system running properly.

I've been customer of Air Tech since 2015. Today I noticed my AC was blowing warm air.
I called Air Tech to schedule service, my appointment was scheduled for next day due to the lateness of the day. 10 minutes later I received a call stating Brad finished his assignment
early and was on His way. Brad rang my bell 15 minutes later, he was plesant, professional &
Knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with clogged PVC, replaced & rearranged the saftey trap and completed the work in less than an hour. I highly recommend Air Tech. Thank you!

The technician came a day ahead of schedule which is always nice and by listening to a strange sound that I had recorded, he was able to diagnose the problem with my AC right away. Very professional and friendly. AirTech put in our AC and heating unit and we are so happy with it! I would recommend AirTech to anyone who wants quality service.
