What a great experience. First off, I contacted a big company, who originally gave me a price that I thought was high. So a good friend told me to call Air Tech, Inc. I called, and they priced it $5000 cheaper than the big company. They scheduled the install around my time-frame, and completed two HVAC system installs in one work day. Furthermore, I had mentioned some areas withing the ventilation ducts that were seperated and leaking air. I asked what they recommended to fix it. They told me, but fixed it themselves anyway. Very professional group. I highly recommend this company.

Air Tech is wonderful. I came into work on a December Friday morning to find out the heat in our building was not working. We are a preschool and we have to have heat to remain open. Air Tech made us a priority and came out right away and was able to get the heat back on. The technician was very informative about what the issue was and any other recommendations he had. Thank You!

My old furnace stopped working on Friday afternoon during the recent ice storm. Luckily second furnace keeps the back of the house livable. I called Air Tech on Monday morning, a service tech was out Tuesday morning and luckily for less than $200 furnace was back up and running. Thank You!

In this day and age it is wonderful to find good service from technicians, especially when it is 95° and everyone is having HVAC troubles. I had two service calls in one day and both technicians were patient, responsible, knowledgeable, and in the end, fixed my HVAC issues by going the extra mile during a very bust heatwave—-And they did not overcharge!

Air Tech is THE BEST! The most honest company I have ever dealt with. A few years ago, my unit needed a replacement part and other companies told me it couldn't be fixed and I needed to buy a $9,000 replacement unit from them. Air Tech FIXED IT! Recently I was afraid my unit had gone out but they went to the trouble of looking up its age and found it to be a lot newer than I thought, and they FIXED IT AGAIN! I thought I was going to have to purchase a new unit but they found that the problem was small and charged $150. There is no other HVAC company anyone in Lexington should call unless they want to risk being ripped off!!!!

I had a defrost panel go bad on heat pump. Air Tech came out and evaluated to see what actual issue was, answered my questions to where I could understand, and successfully made the repair at a reasonable price based on other companies I checked with. Will definitely use them again.

Airtech has done work for us twice. Easy to work with and efficient. We will continue to give them our business. Excellent customer service from the office, technician and owner.

These folks truly care about their customers. Professional, ready at a moments notice - I’m so grateful they were recommended to me. I bought a house with two older units (I knew this going in), and I wanted a pro to come give me more details on how much more life I could squeeze out of them - and an estimate for if/when they inevitably go to the big furnace recycler in the sky. Jay was available the next day and spared no excuse to crawl into nooks and crannies and fully inspect my systems end to end. The news is bleak, I’m on borrowed time, but I’m seriously relieved to find a local hvac group that is reliable, honest, and ready to get new systems going for me.

I had a problem with my furnace and called Air Tech. Having used BP Heating and Air for decades, the bar is set really high, and I was not disapointed. (When Bruce retired he recommended Air Tech.) Jeff was my tech and he was friendly, respectful, helpful, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Making the appointment was super easy as well. The employee who initially took my call and scheduled me was very pleasant and helpful.

As an older, single woman, I am not fond of the behavior of many of the men I pay to come in and fix things in my house. It's taken me years to find a select group of professionals who do their jobs and act professionally. I am very pleased to recommend Air Tech to any and everyone.

I love this company! Mr. Kirby does a great job to provide the best equipment for your situation and everyone is efficient and respectful. I've called them several times over @20 years. Hottest week of the year and our ac goes out. Go figure. Air Tech had recently replaced my downstairs unit in the winter so I called them to check on the upstairs one. They had it diagnosed and fixed in an hour, they came within 24 hours of calling. Amazing service from amazing folks.

They were hard working, professional, and nice! We had to get a new unit to replace our 20 year old one and everything seems to be working perfectly!

Rusty and team are responsive, professional and trustworthy. We've used them for seasonal maintenance, general repairs and just replaced and entire 15 year old unit. They were on time, efficient and respectful of our home and time. Highly recommend!!!

Air Tech Inc. responded quickly to my thermostat being broke, found the problem and fixed it efficiently! The original problem then triggered another issue with my outside unit being frozen and shorting the circuit and a new part had to be ordered‼️ I have been using their services for years and have always been pleased!

I can’t say enough great things about Air Tec. Rusty and Jeff are absolutely 💯 % honest and caring people… hard to find nowadays. Their prices are reasonable too. I was almost swindled by another local company and someone recommended Air Tec to me. I am so glad I called. I would never go anywhere else.

My heat went out on Friday and I couldn't run my emergency heat because the blower fuse was blown. I called Air Tech at 3.17 PM . At 3.55 PM Jeff the tech called me and said I will be there in 10 minutes and sure enough he was at my house checked the heat pump out and said I had a bad defrost sensor and board. He disabled the outside unit and replaced the blower fuse and I had electric heat . He was a life saver, we had heat on and didn't have to worry about freezing water pipes. He came back Tuesday morning around 8.30 and installed the new parts and it runs like a new one. Would definitely recommend fast and honest. Another company looked at it around 1.00 PM and recommend a new unit and said he couldn't fix it. Air Tech Saved me a lot of money.

Air Tech installed a complete HVAC system today and did an excellent job. Seth and Dawson were very thorough and knowledgeable. Doug also was a very good technician who reviewed my previous system and advised what extensive repairs would be needed if I chose repair vs replace. Excellent personnel and honest, reliable local family owned business, highly recommend.

Service is great from Initial. Call to the office to schedule appointment to the tech coming to the house, being professional and friendly. Making sure that he put on boot covers before he entered the house and cleaning up everything before he left. He was very efficient and explained what he found during the service to our furnaces.
Felt that the fee charged was very reasonable. We’ll definitely continue using them.

This is a great company ran by great people. The only service I will be using.
