Update to first post: TDI finally sent a different person (Asher) out to assess my weed problem. Asher was very friendly and polite, knowledgeable, correctly identifed my weed problem, and then set about doing a highly detailed and thorough treatment. I would give Asher a 5-star, but it will take a week or two to see if this actually fixed the problem to bring my yard back up to standard.

I've been using TDI for close to 8-10 years and something has changed. My yard is full of weeds. There are about 50 homes in my subdivision being serviced by at least five different lawn treatment companies and my yard is literally the only one in the entire neighborhood full of weeds. Every other yard looks great. This is embarrasing and unnacceptable.

I have been using TDI for over a year and my lawn has not improved. As a matter of fact, it looks worse. I will not renew my contract after it expires.

Update 6/23/2025: Thanks for your recommendations, however, this is the first time I heard of this recommendation from anyone on your team. The reasoning for this is apparent to me now, because your company does not offer the recommended services (I.e tree trimming, sodding).

We’ve been using TDI for our lawn care for several years. Our lawn was a mess before, but Orion at TDI has been very diligent and helpful to answer all of our questions and meet the needs of our lawn. Orion is very professional and responsive! I completed an online request for more information about TDI lawncare services thinking it was a "local" company. I started receiving calls from a call center within a few hours and they continue to come for months despite my having asked them repeatedly to stop calling. I decided to go with another local provider after the experience with TDI and I now realize the "local" company was sold to a national business that aggressively calls and solicits even after you tell them to place you on a no call list. Do not communicate with TDI unless you want to receive sales calls by telephone at all hours of the day. They are relentless, even months later. No idea why TDI thinks this strategy is effective.

I had the privilege to work with Nick so far. He went out of his way to make sure I had the competitive pricing with a comprehensive service package. Per his promise I had yard treatment that afternoon. Had to leverage him because it rained the week before. And the yard need treatment ASAP. I told Nick, TDI had till end of the year to make a beautiful yard. Keep you all posted. Amazing service and pricing so far.

We have been using TDI for over three and a half years. They always let us know when they are going to spray our yard which is great since we have outside pets. Our technician is always friendly and ready to ask if we have any questions or problem areas that need attention. We have been very pleased with their service.

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from TDI. I've used them for two years. I've had zero issues with weeds or bugs/insects. Even better, TDI doesn't enter your home to spray for bugs. This makes it safer if you have pets and convenient because you don't have to be home.

The person that services my yard is fantastic! He even picks up or moves the dog toys in the yard and I appreciate that so much. I don’t always know the exact day he will come and don’t pick up the dogs toys in the yard every night. They always take such good care of my yard. I added the mosquito service last summer and it made a HUGE difference. 100% recommend TDI!

The Petunias I bought in mid April had a bad case of Grey Mold, they infected my Impatiens as well. Tonight I cleared my garden and will be going somewhere else to purchase my flowers.

The Petunias looked infected when I purchased them, I did bring this up to the individual who worked there, and he convinced me otherwise.

Boy was he wrong.

Even in the rain I went to Rockin E for my Spring plants and a month later they are doing so well. Finally I have found a place for my gardening and pet needs.

This place is kind of cool and I didn't know flowers were there.

Horrible service, all my vegetable ants died and they wouldn't return them. How can you be a nursery and not guarantee your plants. It was only after a week they died. Really horrible.

Great place for plants, they have their own greenhouses and have a very knowledgeable staff. They have helped us out with a lot of questions we had about our garden super helpful staff.

Love this store!! They have baby birds and seed potatoes....what!! Yes they do. Plus all sorts of other awesome garden and farm supply. Come check em out

Cute place! Lots of items that change up seasonally. A bit pricey, but not awfully so.

Love this place! There is a super nice young man who helps me load the chicken bedding into my car every time without me having to even ask. They have great customer service and goods!

I'm new to the area and was missing IFA, but now that I've discovered Rockin E it's my new go-to for garden needs: seeds, tools, fertilizers, and pesticides. They also have a nursery with at least two greenhouses with annuals and perennials as well as shrubs and trees. If you need something for your yard or garden, chances are Rockin E has it!

I have been to this store on a few occasions. I do not live near this store but I have always found what I am looking for when other stores did not carry the item in question. The selection is great and the customer service has always been outstanding. I will be visiting more regularly. The travel is worth it!! I would highly recommend a visit.

We love getting our lawn and garden stuff here, but they have a variety of yard improvement and light duty farming stuff too.

Great Nursery that has filled the void left by J&L closing. Great knowledgeable staff many former employees of J&L. Better selection of plants than the big box stores.
