We hired KG Landscape Management to diagnose issues and redesign our outdoor drainage system, and we could not be more impressed. Russell did a fantastic job estimating what would be required — and he was right on point. There were no surprise costs, even as the team uncovered challenges and needed to adjust the original plan.

The crew was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. They went above and beyond throughout the project and still finished on time, despite the necessary modifications.

As a family new to Minnesota, we had no established contacts or referrals in this space — so trust mattered greatly. After this experience, we can say with confidence that we absolutely trust Russell and the entire KG team. Excellent work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We have used KG Landscaping for 2 large projects. Shortly after moving in to our new home, we discovered we had a significant drainage issue in our backyard that was leading to our detached garage flooding with any heavy rain or snow melt. KG landscaping came out and provided a plan to correct the drainage issue as well as make our small backyard more private, functional and aesthetically pleasing (see before and after photos). KG landscaping completed the project in a timely fashion and Kent provided great communication throughout. We have not had any further drainage issues since (4+ years). We were so happy with the work KG Landscaping did on the first project, we hired them again to update our landscaping along the driveway so that it matched with the beautiful work they did in the backyard. Again, this project was completed quickly and without issue.

We have also used KG Landscaping yard services (spring clean-up, mulching, fertilizing, etc) for the past few years and our yard looks great.

We've hired the KG team for multiple landscaping projects for our home. They initially came as a recommendation from a neighbor, which is always a nice introduction. They most recently fixed some yard repair damage (from another contractor) and did landscape planting. Kent spent a good deal of time explaining the options presented, and working with us to make tweaks. They team was able to get the project completed before the grounds froze. Kent stopped out to make sure the project was going as expected, and as things were ahead of schedule, they had another employee make a special delivery of some of the plants to complete it in one day. Additionally, Kent went above and beyond to coordinate the packaging, delivery and placement of a custom engraved boulder. We are very pleased with the work they've done for us, and plan to have them back this spring to complete more projects for us.

Had a great experience working with Angel. Beautiful work even in a tricky space, quick turnaround, good communication, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for some landscaping and/or paver patio like we did!!

Four seasons landscape did an outstanding job on my patio! Arturo was very prompt, thorough, respectful, professional, detailed and flexible. The crew was always prompt, always cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful of our space and extremely hard-working. I would recommend four seasons in a heartbeat. They did an amazing job!

Arturo is very pleasant and professional. He kept me updated as to time of arrival on the day the work was performed. He asked me how I wanted the tree positioned to be sure I was happy with the presentation before he finished putting it in. He also made sure I liked the spacing of the pavers I had before digging them in. He did work at my friend’s house and the entire yard was landscaped. He did a beautiful job, the plants and trees were beautiful! I strongly recommend hiring him! We will refer him often and will hire him again if we ever need more work done!!

We asked Arturo and his crew to install fencing in the back part of our yard. Also to create a safe area for our two dogs with the installation of artificial turf. The job was done well and in a timely manner. They were efficient competent and pleasant to work with. Our expectations were met. We will be happy to call him again for other jobs as they come up

Arturo did a great job creating an outdoor patio with paving stones. He created a good foundation with gravel and another layer of small stones. He pays attention to detail and was easy to work with.

My husband and I bought our first house this summer. Our inspector recommended we fix the grading right around the foundation. We really wanted to help the area stay dry, so we wanted to remove the mulch and plants next to the house and replace with a rock garden.

We reached out to 4 Seasons and Arturo to discuss our project. From when he came out for the initial estimate to when they did the work in a day, Arturo was easy to communicate with and worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. It was super helpful with us being new to this kind of home maintenance.

The work can be seen in the pictures and speaks volumes to their quality, but I also want to emphasize how helpful and patient Arturo was. We spoke and planned for nearly two months while my husband and I dealt with other more pressing house needs. During that time, we ended up having a tree taken down and the stump ground up, which tore up our patio, pea rock border, and garden bed. Throughout all this, we rescheduled with Arturo and asked if we could change up part of the job we discussed to include repairing the patio area. Arturo was happy to help, even coming out a second time to be sure of the updated plans.

Once everything was ready, we got scheduled quickly. Arturo and his crew came and knocked out the job in one day. They even seeded the fresh topsoil, where the tree was removed, to get us started on repairing the lawn and fixed the plastic border on the nearby garden bed. Everything looks so much better now, and we feel like we really made an improvement to our new home thanks to Arturo. We’ll definitely be reaching out in the future for additional projects.

Biota did a landscape job for us that involved replacing a large section of dead junipers, on a slope too steep to grow grass, with boulders, mulch and a variety of plants. They always showed up when they said they would and finished the job ahead of schedule and under budget. the workers were friendly and professional, The plants have thrived and they have been very reasonable in replacing plants that didn't survive.

We are absolutely thrilled with our landscaping! It’s always been dream to have big gardens and we now have a great foundation to grow with.

Biota was recommended to me by my gardener who was unable to continue. I was nervous about going with a "company" because of the perceived expense and lack of personalization and attention to detail. But I called them because she spoke so highly of them. She was right. Jim Saybolt and his team are AWESOME. Every time they're expected, I get an email letting me know when they're coming and what they plan on doing. After they've left, I get an email letting me know what they've done, and any recommendations they have. Their prices are very reasonable, given the attention to detail and quality of work. Every one of their team members is delightful to work with. (Nick... I'm talking about you! And Gabie!). I highly recommend Biota.
