As far as I'm concerned AQUA CITY is the ONLY Plumbing Company to call! They're clear in describing an issue and clear in explaining any options. Additionally, their employees are top-notch! ANY time I'm in need of plumbing services, I'll be calling them again!

I have had quite a lot of work done at my home (water softener, pipe replacement, circulator, etc.) and the service was stellar. The quotes were honest and only included what I needed. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and very conscientious; I'm certain they left it cleaner than when they got here. The price was competitive and fair. Being a woman living with my children, I felt very safe and sure that I was being treated in an honest and good manner. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.

After calling three different companies I tried Fast Response and they were the only company that said they could come out within the hour and have it fixed at the regular rate. Since it was Friday afternoon and almost 4 o'clock my options with the other companies were to wait until Monday or pay a ridiculous emergency fee.
My kitchen sink was clogged with no hope of draining even after several of my own attempts. Adrian was at my door 30 minutes after making the service request. He was very professional. He cleared the clog and showed me where it was at as well as educate me on the harmful effects of drano. I will definitely use this company again.

HORRIFIC. I called Aqua City because I wanted a quote on what it would cost to disconnect my old Rheem H2O water heater and hook up my new AO Smith H2O water heater that I had purchased myself. They told me that they couldn't give me a price, or any kind of price range, over the phone because they would have to look at the job first. They told me that there would be a $79.00 charge just to come out and then when we had the work done they would take $79.00 off the final price. I agreed to have them come out because I believed that it would end up costing about $200-$300 to have it installed. They said they would arrive at 10:30 - 11:30am and they didn't end up showing up until 2:20pm AFTER I called them to inquire if they were still coming out. The plumber that came out (he mentioned that his name was Dave and that he was the owner) wrote me up a quote for $1,569.00 to disconnect my current water heater and hook up the new one. $1,569!!!!!! I was astonished that he believed that I would pay that price. After I told him that the price was way too high he handed me a bill for $79.00 for a service charge. The Aqua City plumber (Dave) seemed like a very nice gentleman but I truly believed that he was trying to take advantage of me because he felt as though I had no other options. I ended up going to Home Depot and spending $49.82 on parts and installed it myself. I was really nervous about initially installing it which I why I called Aqua City in the first place. It took me about an hour to do and my neighbor came over and helped me ensure there were no gas or water leaks. I am writing this review so that others can be sure to check prices first and do their due diligence before they commit to Aqua City.

We used Aqua City for the first time today, and they will forever be our go-to plumbing service. Dave V was knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely nice guy to boot! We couldn't have been happier with the service and would highly recommend Aqua City. Thanks, Dave, for the stand up work and the kindness you showed with our bill.

I have had Aqua City out to do a few jobs in my homes. I have had toilets replaced, natural gas grills hooked up, garbage disposals replaced, faucet replaced, and clogged drains cleared. I would highly recommend this company. They show up, are very professional in their appearance, wear shoe protectors to keep your floor clean, and leave the work site cleaner than when they got there. I would highly recommend this company. Plumbing is not something you should try to do yourself. Make sure you hire a competent, highly trained and experienced plumber! Call Aqua City!

Aqua City Plumbing (and Dave the owner in particular) is a classic example of a business that takes advantage of people who need plumbing work done NOW, and who trust that they will get an honest and competitive price. Not the case with this company. Others have noted that Aqua City will NEVER give an estimate over the phone (not even a "rough ballpark" figure). And they charge about $79 just to come out to give an estimate. What kind of business is that? But people who have an Aqua City magnet on their refrigerator or phone book (like my daughter) still fall for this scam. In my daughter's case, they came out and gave her a $700+ estimate to replace two shutoff valves on either side of the water meter. She didn't know how much work was involved, and one valve connection was dripping on the basement carpet, so she accepted. The work took about 1.5 hours. I called later to complain about the outrageous charge, and I told Dave that the valves cost no more than $20 each. I asked him how he came up with the $700+ price, and he basically told me that it was none of my business (he has "high overhead"). He said that my daughter accepted his price quote, so he did nothing wrong. I told him he took advantage of her trust, her lack of plumbing knowledge, and her desperation to get the leak fixed. I also told him I contacted two other plumbers, and they DID give me an estimate over the phone. Both estimates were between $200 and $300. My message: Check out reviews before choosing a plumber, and don't just refer to the magnet on your refrigerator. If my daughter would have done this, she would not have called Aqua City Plumbing to begin with.

Had a wonderful experience with Aqua City Plumbing. I needed a sump pump put in my basement ASAP as a flood was occurring. I called the company and was able to get someone out immediately. I was sure there would be an extra cost, it was later in the evening, but was pleasantly surprised that it was billed at regular rates. The company was up front about pricing, and I only paid what was quoted. The plumber was able to come out and offer me a variety of pumps. It was installed in a timely manor and has worked perfectly. I would recommend this company.

Clint was wonderful to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated exactly what I needed, why, and how it would be done.

Clint did a great job and was very kind and professional with the toilet repairs and shower head installations. He made sure we were comfortable with the water temperature and walked us through the completed work.

Elliot was kind, professional and thoughtful. He fixed the problem and we had a great experience with him.

Our plumber (Clint) did a great job repairing four plumbing problems we had been putting off for quite some time. He was on time, polite, friendly, professional and was very skilled at his job. Scheduling our service call was easy and communication was good from start to finish. We have used Rotor Rooter in the past and will call them again for any future plumbing issues we may have. We highly recommend them.

We had our water heater die and of course it was after 5pm on a Friday. Called Roto-Rooter and dispatch was polite, efficient and got us a tech within 24 hours and no extra charge for weekend labor.
Clint was our plumber and he was FABULOUS. Polite, professional and took the time to answer questions and get us a solution we were happy with…and same day!! As a woman these kind of conversations on major appliance repair can be stressful- but that was not the case. Clint took the time to discuss products, various options and there was no pressure.
Would absolutely call Roto-Rooter again for plumbing needs. Service and speed were A+.

Roto Rooter provided me with an invaluable service when I was in great need. We had a leak in our main incoming waterline and we’re very much wanting a same-day service. Our plumber Clint was efficient friendly and did a wonderful job for us. It’s such a great relief to be able to have this work done and have our house operating again with water. I highly recommend the team.

Technician Elliot was courteous and figured out what was wrong, fixing it quickly. Recommended. Went above and beyond trying to clean out calcium build-up affecting flushing toilet.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are quick to schedule and make everything a big deal. The "technician" walked in and quoted me $1,000.00 (!) for a simple drain snake. INSANITY.

Folks, even if you don't know a single thing about plumbing, you should do some basic research and you will see how outrageous that is. It should not cost more than $200 for a drain diagnostic and basic snaking.

I ended up taking a short drive to Home Depot, buying a good snake/auger for $30, and completing the work myself in 20 minutes. It's not rocket science.

We unfortunately live in a time in which even highly successful companies will take advantage of you. In disbelief that such a big company would be so manipulative. You cannot trust Roto-Rooter. They should be ashamed... which I doubt they are

They showed up when they said they would, once they started, they did their work and finished. Now nothing is cheap anymore and I thought their price was fair and they didn't make a mess. Hopefully their work will have a good effect, and life can be more consistent like before the clog, and we can get back to normal.

They wouldn't share a cost estimate before sending out a plumber, which cost $69, meaning they hooked us and then charged us a whopping $480 for a 10-minute job of capping and removing about one foot of gas pipe. The plumber was very nice, but the gouging practice was unfortunate.

Jordan was great! Friendly, quick, and efficient! He did a great job of explaining everything before he got started and asked if we had any questions afterwards! So glad to have it taken care of less than 5 hours after I realized it was clogged!

Scheduled a cleanout of my kitchen sink drain line online for a Friday afternoon, the crew came out during the middle of the time slot with half an hour of heads up from dispatch. Crew was quick and respectful, cleaned my pipes and flushed them. Unfortunately after they left I found water leaking out of the wall near the main drain line in the basement. I called back within an hour of them leaving to have someone come take a look and they said they would call back within an hour. When I didn't hear from them for 90 minutes I called back and it seemed like they wouldn't be able to get someone out that quickly on a Friday afternoon (understandable). I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, and the tech showed up with 30 minutes notice once again. Unfortunately they weren't yet a licensed plumber and they couldn't fix the issue and said they'd be able to get one out on Monday and would apply the cost of cleaning towards the repair work. I did some demolition Saturday to see the extent of the issue and scheduled a plumber to come out Monday morning. The plumber came on Monday (again with a good amount of notice), listened to my concerns, inspected the damage, confirmed the discount and provided an estimate along with the work he would perform. Within 2 hours he was able to cut out the detoriated pipe and plumb in some new PVC into the existing line. He cleaned up well from the work performed and was communicative about the issues he saw with the plumbing (the previous owner did some lackluster work that is not up to code).

Overall: it was disappointing to have to call multiple times on Friday to get follow up, as well as to have someone come out on Saturday who couldn't do the work required. The drain is not slow anymore and the workmanship on the repair looks good. I appreciated the discount applied to the repair and the priority scheduling on Monday morning. I'd work with the team again, but I'd be more mindful of the age and condition of the plumbing in my house before proceeding with an aggressive cleaning service.

Note: they have you sign a form that removes their liability in the case of damage to older pipes. So just be mindful of the age of your system
