Andrew was amazing! I had an emergency as a super host for Airbnb in NE Minneapolis with my Toto toilet overflowing and creating a really bad situation. He showed up quickly, handled everything professionally, and fixed the problem fast. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. Elliot was at our house promptly after a Sunday morning call and was quick to diagnose the problem. He had the main line serviced very quickly and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing fast and professional service!

Clint was awesome with installing my new sink & faucet after I was experiencing a leak. Quick turnaround time for service. A bit pricey, but good quality.

Had the guys out today they were at my house quickly after my call after we had a backup and got to work right away. Everyone was friendly and willing to educate me on what was going on and they came up with a solution quickly and the cost was competitive.

Jordan was great and he was very helpful while trying to unclog our kitchen sink. They offer 6-month guarantee on their work, so that is also a plus!

Called Roto Rooter to schedule an appnt for a main drain cleaning.., thankfully they had an opening the next day. Met with Luke & Allen, both were excellent in the review process and as the job was being managed. Highly recommend them accordingly!

Service is great so far, work still in progress. Had a pipe clog issue causing some flooding, and the team also discovered a cracked pipe inside the wall contributing even more to the flooding, along with some floor/wall damage and mold, thus turning into a much more complex project. Team immediately worked on water removal, and the team is doing great coordination for the rest of the work and being helpful. Good comms and very good assistance with payment/insurance stuff too.

We had an excellent experience working with Clint on our sump pump. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide options to fix it. He was professional, and he took the time to explain his work and answer all our questions.

Jordan was kind and knowledgeable. Service time was very fast and I was kept informed on arrival through text. The app also is helpful as you can see where your person is at in their day and when they will arrive at your place. Price was higher than I expected yet I am not positive on average pricing for unclogging a drain.

Technician was very professional and friendly. Was willing to spend the time needed to explain everything I needed to know about what the issue was And how he was going to resolve. Also gave me very helpful information about maintaining my drains going forward. Excellent technician, excellent service!

Jordan did a fantastic job and was here after doing another big job. He had to go to 3 places to find a part and was here for over 3 hours in the cold, making sure all was repaired. He was a pleasure to work with and Roto Rooter is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

Roto-Rooter was very responsive and got a specialist out to see my problem asap. Andrew was an excellent communicator, explaining to me exactly how my problem occurred and how he could resolve it. He was thorough. I was very satisfied with the final product and feel that they were fair on pricing, exotically given the promptness and quality of work. Will refer them and use Roto again if needed!

Made sure I understood why pricing went up slightly because additional work was needed that only became visible after work was in progress. Great job Jordan! I tried replacing my own garbage disposal. It ended with me very frustrated so I called Roto. I was going to get same day service but the tech that was there late had to leave. So then we had to wait two more days when we were both available. I was annoyed but understood. Stuff happens. The tech came out and helped me with the cost - giving coupons. I already had the new garbage disposal so for them to install was $489. Would have been more if it didn't have the replacement. It needed to be done and I didn't want to mess anything up and make it worse. The tech that came out was wonderful. Would recommend to others. I'm not sure how much these things cost in general so I'm not sure what is considered good pricing.

Contacted Roto-Rooter for a main drain clean, they were very courteous/professional, had an opening the following day. The tech (Luke) called 30 min prior to arrival which was great! He assessed the drain and quoted an good price-they did a great job explaining the entire process. In addition, received a complimentary "camera inspection" showing pipe cracks etc.., was informed of an epoxy repair service which is under consideration. I recommend their Services!
