I was in need of a new hot water heater, because my old one died with water all over the basement. I looked up Angie’s list and got about 6 calls from different companies. Some wanted $80 just to come out. I think if a company wants your business there is no need to charge them even if you do not choose their company and Please, do not go into their homes and start saying THIS ARE THAT NEED TO BE UP TO CODE. We as home owners don’t know, are care at that time about codes. A BIG THANKS YOU to WATER HEATER NOW! SHOUT OUT ,THANK YOU goes to John who talked to me over the phone and had me take pictures of the damage and message them to him, and another Big THANKS YOU goes to Paul who installed my water heater. Paul came in and put on plastic shoe cover, laid down floor covers from the door all the way down the stairs and into the furnace room. Paul also cleanup behind himself. Paul also left a little surprise which was hiding behind my curtains. It was a thermal coffee cup! THANK YOU SO MUCH, WATER HEATER NOW!! Count on me. I will be passing you name wherever I go!!

We had an excellent experience with Water Heaters Now. Our water heater was 22 years old, still working, but ready for replacement. The WHN phone sales team was extremely helpful when I had questions about the different options for water heaters (e.g. instant vs. heat pump vs. conventional). I dd not feel any pressure during these conversations to buy something that I did not want or need. When we decided to move ahead, they asked appropriate questions about the installation site to avoid problems or delays during the install. The installer was prompt, efficient, competent and clean. We had a new water heater and water softener by early afternoon the next day and their installation easily passed the city inspection.

Nate was very professional and his skill set and quality of work reinforces my opinion that we need more tradesmen in lieu of baristas with college degrees. He even gave a couple troubleshooting tips for DIY maintenance that I was struggling with on a different water heater.

Tony was extremely thorough in his explanation of the work needing to be performed. The work was expertly performed in a timely fashion so we didn’t have to give a full day away. He also took time to talk through post-installation care with my wife, which she greatly appreciated! Lastly, we had misplaced something of importance and the entire team at Water Heaters Now took time to assist us in locating it. I can’t say enough about this organization - top shelf all the way!

Tony's great. We shopped around for quotes for a new water heater and they beat the competition on price. Agreed to the quote and the water heater was installed about 14 hours later. Remember to always shop around y'all, but I had a good experience with this company

Water Heaters Now’s was very timely with the repair. Called for service about 9 am and had an afternoon appointment. Tech was available sooner so job was completed by 1:00.
Tech was very courteous and explained his process upfront, offered additional maintenance at a discount. He showed me the corrosion on the rod that was replaced. He checked all faucets water flow, reset temp on water heater and recommended increase on softener.
His work area was left clean and I will have hot water in 45 minutes!

Tou Vang did an outstanding job. Very professional and completed the install very fast. He is friendly and I believe an individual that has a great future.
I want to thank Jon for his professional help with going beyond my expectations of getting a new water heater. WHN showed up on time and did a good job of communication. They were able to source the model of air source heat pump water heater I was looking for and installed it faster than expected. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent them a faulty unit, and they had to return two more times over three days to get it right. They remained professional and prioritized us as clients.

Super prompt service, helpful and informative techs, very reasonable prices. I called several places to get an urgent heater replacement but this was the only company that could get it done fast and right. Very glad to have found them and highly recommend.

This crew was great; we found out that our water heater was leaking yesterday.

Between several frantic phone calls from me, and clear direction from the sales person, Nate, we figured out the best possible option for replacement.

The next day (today), Brooks did the installation with a minor miracle worked to get the new heat pump water heater into the basement. About 27 hours later, we're back with more efficient hot water and have converted from a Gas water heater to a heat pump water heater.

I had water all over my basement from a 20 year old water heater that finally had enough. I needed same day service and got it without issue from water heaters now. Nate took my call and Tony did my instal. Nate was patient, honest and got me scheduled within 2 hours from my call. Tony was so nice, fast and gave me great instruction on the new water heater before he left. He did two safety checks and really went above and beyond to assure my comfort. Highly recommend.

Incredible how fast and painless the process was to get my leaky water heater replaced. Nate was upfront about the estimate over the phone. He was great at answering all the questions I had before agreeing for them to come out. Tony was efficient and transparent during the whole install. He was also was great with explaining maintenance and what to expect next with inspection/permit process.

I used Water Heaters Now to install a new water softener and a heat pump water heater in place of an old gas one. Nate was very helpful during the sales process and Brooks was excellent on the install. He came back the next day after I had my drain cleaned to finish installing the softener. The cost was less than expected and I liked the idea of getting an email reminder to do the annual maintenance with self-service videos.

Very professional, shoe covers while walking on the carpet and laid out materials to protect flooring/ carpet during service. Cleaned up after themselves and dried everything off. Even noticed a few extra things the technicians did for security. Shows they care for their customers and their trade. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and great product! My existing water heater was leaking and I needed to figure out a solution quickly before leaving on an upcoming trip. I called Water Heaters Now! and talked with a sales rep (Ray) and he was able to answer all of my questions and lay out my options, without being sales-y one bit. He explained that currently heat pump water heaters are popular and more efficient, but are overall more expensive up-front. However, the savings of the heat-pump units in electricity alone over the life of the unit more than make up for the up-front cost; additionally, these units are eligible for federal tax credits of 30% of the unit and $2k on installation, as well as hundreds of $$ of credit by participating utility companies. He said most people figure out how long they'll be staying at their current home to find out if these heat pump units are worth it for them. Again Ray wasn't pushy in trying to get me to buy the most expensive product, he kept saying he just wanted me to get what was right for me and my situation. I ended up going with a traditional unit because I didn't think I'd be staying at my current place more than 3 years. Once I gave Ray the go, a crew member showed up on the day I had scheduled with the unit ready for installation. I'll definitely recommend Water Heaters Now! to all of my family and friends, for sure!
