Todd and his team were very responsive, communicative, and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Southtown.

I was very impressed with Todd, the plumber who came to my home. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and he explained everything that was the going on. Good job all around.

Brent stopped out after a couple of other plumbers told us what they thought was wrong, without doing anything to fix it. Brent was different. He searched out and found everything that was leaking, explained and showed us what was happening, and then fixed it all in one visit. Would definitely recommend them.

South Town plumbing inc. recently completed a job at our home. Mike came out and done the initial site inspection, I had the quote the following day, the installation was completed within one day, I am happy with the work and it was done “at a fair price” - I would recommend this company without hesitation. Two years ago I had a flood in my lower level due to failure of my sump pump. Southtown (Brent) came out right away and replaced the pump with a Zoeller M53 pump. I found out later that this is an excellent pump (one of the best) and so I was very appreciative. Recently, I have been in contact with Vern, who I believe owns the company, and he has given me some advice on backup sump pumps. I rate this company highly, based on these experiences.

Called Southtown Plumbing to take a look at a few minor issues in our bathroom, kitchen and outside spigot. They gave specific recommendations on how to resolve all the issues and then went above & beyond by fixing our screen door that kept banging every time they went in & out of the house!

The office manager is very rude. The owner should probably look into an answering service or some type professional scheduling service because she obviously can’t handle the work load.

This is the 3rd time I've used their services. I can't praise them enough. Professional repairs and extremely fast. I called with a severe problem under my kitchen sink. It was all rebuilt which was long overdue and I am very happy. They came out the same day!

These guys are awesome. Very honest,. professional and friendly. I had called a different plumbing company for my job and they tried to rip me off with an outrageous estimate for work that didn't need to be done. I didn't fall for it and called Southtown Plumbing and they got it done quickly and was reasonably priced. Very honest people. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs. I would give them 20 star rating if I could.

We remodeled our kitchen and had the pleasure of using Southtown Plumbing for all of our plumbing. We were on their schedule for general install of the sink + dishwasher + etc., but after demoing our old soffits, we found we needed a pipe rerouted - and ASAP, before the drywaller got here a few days later. They were able to fit us in no problem!

They were very thoughtful in their rough ins (thought about what would be easiest and most convenient for every step of the way) and thorough and *clean* during install. Everyone we interacted with - from the scheduler, to the guys who were in our home - were fantastic. Patient, thorough, clean, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am still stunned with how great of an experience I had today! They were able to fit in our house sooner than anyone else I had contacted. The tech was amazing at answering all of my questions and finished all of the repairs quickly even though was pestering him. The pricing was much more affordable than I had anticipated. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again for a while but they will be my first call next time something comes up.

I called Southtown Plumbing today, and Mitch responded right away! He was personable, professional, and timely, explaining everything he did. After an hour and a half, my leaky plumbing was fixed! I highly recommend Southtown Plumbing and Mitch!

I was so very stressed out about having a plumber come to my house and install my new toilet. I know how much they cost and I was worried he would not be able to remove the toilet from the tile. He worked hard to make me feel calm about the project. He worked efficiently and did an absolutely lovely job in a highly skilled manner. He missed no details. Nate promptly answered my call and scheduled a water heater installation the same day. Tony did the installation, he was very professional and efficient. Were very happy with the work.

I called around 4pm on Thursday and my new water heater was functioning by 2pm on Friday. I spent more than I've ever spent before on a water heater. However, my new unit is better made and should far out last my previous two that quit after 5 years and 7 years. The installer (Tony) was very professional and efficient, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Bruce the technician did a great job. He explained the service being done and kept me informed as he was doing the job. After the installation was completed, he explained the required maintenance schedule.

Tony was efficient and on time and provided me we with a great explanation of what to do to maintain and operate our new water heater! Nate was very helpful in helping us schedule and answer questions on the weekend prior to booking!

Our service person was polite and performed the requested service. He arrived on time and there was good communication in advance on who would be coming and when they would arrive. The service person did wander around the house a bit to turn faucets on and off as part of the service he was performing, which I would have preferred that he asked me to do. Otherwise, an adequate and timely service, albeit overpriced.
