Highway robbery- although they were kind and very responsive, when I called to schedule and asked for a general price range and described my issue i was told they cannot give any idea of cost over the phone. The good news is someone was at my house. In 30 minutes. But then i verbally described same issue to guy who came out and he told me they have a flat rate of $500. He snaked my sink and left about 20 minutes later. He did fix the issue and was prompt but I would never use them again because I feel misled and like I was taken advantage of. Will never use them again. Had their price been reasonable, things would be much different.

Luke & Allen were great! Arrived quickly & clearly knew what they were doing. Very happy with Roto Rooter.

Clint was awesome! He replaced my broken garbage disposal in no time and was super friendly too. Tho was an emergency as we were about to head out on vacation and needed it fixed asap. Thanks again!!

This is now the 2nd time working with Roto. They’re just awesome. The field manager took all the stress out of my epic basement disaster. Clint handled the pipe repair and was amazing. Roto is my go to at this point.

Had an emergency main line back up at 9 pm and called for service. Had 2 workers arrive an hour later and cleared the drains. It was great to have such amazing service late at night.

Elliott did a fantastic job of clearing a clog in our pipe and identifying a minor issue that was easily resolved. He worked efficiently and took a thorough approach, but also took the time to explain the issue and the repair clearly.

Steve was great!! Very knowledgeable and did the repair in a timely fashion. If I ever need anything else done I hope we can get Steve again!

Elliott was great! We originally called a different plumber, who could not unclog our drain. Elliott had us back working perfectly within 20 minutes. Both Elliott and RotoRooter were amazing and super quick. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be calling them if we ever have an issue in the future!

Basement floor drain was consistently backing up. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable and educated us on all our options to fix the problem short and long term. Great service!

Over the phone, I was told there would be a trip fee that was under $100 for my emergency leak. Upon arrival, I was told there is a $500 charge for these emergency leaks! When I expressed shock, he said, "All the other companies have this charge, too." He said he could turn off the leak, but couldn't fix it. For $500. He lowered it to $450 after I expressed shock.

Never again.

Elliott went above and beyond to unplug our drain. He kept trying something else, till he got it running smoothly! So, grateful for his dedication to get the job done and done right! Oh and the cleanup was fantastic! Thanks, again Elliott!!

Luke & Shaun showed up on time & went right to work. I had never experienced a sewer pipe backup before so I was very anxious, but they were both reassuring that they could get to the cause. I appreciated their calm approach to my concern. It helped immensely! They worked hard to get their job done which took patience & persistence, yet were personable & caring. When Jordan arrived with the camera auger we could all see the problem. Jordan was professional & offered options which I could consider. All three men were great to work with & I highly recommend them & Roto Rooter!

Elliot was our technician and he did an excellent job start to finish. Provided an estimate explaining the work detail required before completing the work and helped explain the process throughout. He arrived quick and got to work right away. Thanks again Elliot!

Everybody who came out was very helpful. Super knowledgeable about both the plumbing and insurance information. They went above and beyond just fixing things and gave me some ideas prevent further issues. My questions were answered honestly and work was done promptly. Their timeline was even quicker than they projected.

Luke and Sean came out after hours to inspect a water backup in our downstairs toilet. After quick assessment they knew that the city needed to be contacted to clear a backup in the sewer outside. They then made the calls to the city and waited for an hour and a half for the city to arrive and while they cleared the backup.

Luke and Sean were super impressive with their speed of service and were really personable as well. 10/10

Their guys were friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. I needed a part and the guys didn’t hesitate to go to the hardware store and get it. They replaced all the parts and cleaned up the area and it looks great!!

My friend had a toilet clog, I went out snaked the toilet, pulled the toilet, then power snaked the drain line, and then went to the clean out and snaked the drain line again. There was slurry in the line that I couldn't clear with a snake (it would just go through not pull anything out or push it forward) so I told them to call a plumber that could come and jet the line. They called this company gave them all the information, they came out and agreed it needed to be jetted. The next day they came out to jet the line and charged $3000, which apparently didn't include putting the toilet back in place. The technician stated that he was not listened to attach the waterline for the toilet to the shut off. Not only was most of the work done already but you drastically overcharged and did not complete the job. (the hotel I work for pays $600 for EMERGENCY jetting)

Clint did an amazing job. He explained everything he did and solved the issue in a timely manner. I'm happy I called Roto-Rooter. And will again if I ever need a reliable plummer.

Luke and Allan were dispatched to fix our frozen drain pipe. They diagnosed the problem and provided some needed repaired, as well as advice to remove the ice block when it became apparent it would be a much larger job than anticipated. Overall, they went above and beyond what they were asked to do to help get everything back in order. I highly recommend them.
