Amazing experience. Josh and his team turnd my home into the best in the circle. Anyone who tells you Garden Oasis isn't spectacular at what they do is lying. They did a retaining wall, backyard drainage, and plant and flower installation.

I called to get an appointment and Joshua called me an hour before our time scheduled to tell me he wasn’t able to make it. I tried to reschedule but when told I him I had gotten two other bids, he said he doesn’t have time to deal with shoppers. Aren’t all customers shoppers? Is what I thought, and getting two other bids for me is called smart. I am a remodeling specialist and I encourage my customers to get more than one bid. This to me was not professional and disappointing for me after thinking this is a highly rated company to use. They may do great work, but they obviously don’t want anymore clients.

Joshua and team did an AMAZING job at a very fair price. Highly recommend! They were were very responsive, on time, and completed the work when promised. Joshua was very helpful in planning and designing the changes I wanted to make and offered really great advice. Professional, great to work with, overall great experience - I will be using Garden Oasis for all of my future landscaping needs - super happy my neighbor recommended them!

Buyer beware of this business. I did a large landscaping project and installation of sprinklers. They are unable even to program a simple sprinkler system to turn on properly. They also planted a number of stone dead plants and then wanted me to pay more to replace them. Simply not particularly interested in providing a proper service in my experience.

Joe K. is an excellent technician who is very professional and has thorough knowledge about sprinkler system! He came to turn off our system today, and also taught us on turning off outdoor faucets for cold weather, tips of properly watering lawn in warm/hot seasons, and prevent control panel from damaging weather. He is such a warm and kind guy to work with. Thank you, Joe!

I had this company fix a broken fence that was in my backyard. These guys are professionals! The price was reasonable and it literally took them no time to fix my fence.

I was cooking breakfast at the time they started and they had finished the job in cutting everything down, putting the pipes up and put the fence up by the time I finished cooking breakfast.

So, by the time it took me to cook some eggs, grits and sausages, they had my fence done!

The entire experience was excellent. The owner Steve, personally came to my house to look at my project and give me his bid. He listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, very professional. The office workers were very good about scheduling and payment options. I was not home to witness the installation, but Ron the foreman called me to let me know the project was finished and gave me watering instructions and answered all my questions. 😊👍

This company was fantastic. Steve came out and listened to what we wanted. He made a few helpful suggestions, but did not pressure us to do more than we needed. Everyone who took part in completing the job was polite, helpful, and happy. It seems like everyone working today has something to complain about, but not this crew. We had a slight delay due to weather at one point, and this was communicated in a timely manner. Everything was made to be convenient for our schedule. I have no reservations giving them a five star rating.

I have worked with Allen Outdoor Solutions for several years. They installed and have maintained our system. This past year there was a problem with our pump. Their GM, Gary, got involved and the problem was resolved. He worked with the pump manufacturer and distributor to sort out the issue. They installed a replacement pump and activated the system. All before the worst of the heat hit.

Justin the service tech was a delight to work with on my mid season checkup. He was attentive to many details, showed me an upgrade that I needed for a new rain sensor and is a very personable and friendly person to work with! Definitely knows the meaning of good customer service!

Allen Outdoor Solutions has been the only company we’ve used for all our irrigation, lighting, and lawn needs for over 21 years!!! Steve Allen is always prompt, professional, and accommodating! He listens to what you want and executes it!! Melissa is AMAZING - she will stop everything to help you resolve an issue or get you to the right person who can! She is professional, knowledgeable, a perfectionist, problem solver, schedule keeper, and yet another reason why we have been with this awesome company for so long!! Oh, and I can’t forget about Joe! He is the smartest, nicest, most professional, timely, and the man to goto with all lighting and irrigation issues!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Had an emergency situation and thought I was well cared for only to have the whole job backfire in my face. After spending 3 days digging in my yard and fixing their work I found they used the wrong parts and didn't do half of what I was told was done. Now I have to pay a professional thousands to fix it. To top it off I found the crews beer cans buried in the hole they had dug. I brought it up to the owner and he lies about the whole thing. A full refund is on order. Do yourself the favor of simply avoiding this company. It's a mess!!

Originally hired this company to do spring and fall maintenance service on a sprinkler system for a home we purchased in December 2022. Below is what has transpired since paying for our maintenance plan.

The services were supposed to begin at the end of April. However, when the first tech came out ,he said that our backflow preventer needed to be REPAIRED and that he didn't have the part on him. Okay, no problem. So we scheduled a second appointment for the person to come and repair it.

2nd appointment and the technician had not been told which part he needed for the repair. No service was performed that day.

3rd appointment last week. Technician came by, again no communication. Stated that he did not have the part needed to repair the backflow preventer

I called and spoke with manager Bryan (Brian?) who stated that it turns out we needed a replacement backflow preventer. He had stated during our phone conversation that I could review the quote and decide if I still wanted to continue with Allen. He explained that if I chose not to remain with Allen that my maintenance plan would be able to be refunded.

Called today to update Allen outdoor on my decision not to continue with them as a customer. Customer service rep (Jamie) stated that the plan was non-refundable. I offered to remain on hold rather than be transferred. However, she hung up on me.

I did call back and was able to reach Brian(Bryan) who stated he would put a refund in the mail tomorrow morning.

Poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend this company.

Blake and his partner have done an excellent stone work in our backyard.
Blake worked very hard and never complained about the difficulties of the job meaning he had to adapt the way of working since there is construction going on in our house. He was always attentive and responded my many questions.
I highly recommend Blake. The craftsmanship of his masonry work is excellent and we will enjoy it for years to come!!

Matt is an amazing guy and knows about sprinkler system in and out. Very professional and he finished the job in an hour which I think other would take at least 2 hours. Great service!! Only reason I am giving 4 star because the parts cost is 3-4 times higher than what we can buy in general store. If you know what you need then buy the parts and then call them for a great service. I had to change 4 parts and eventually paid $100 more than If I had bought the correct parts beforehand :(
