Ben and Joe were great helping with a code violation on the sale of a house. They jumped right on it and had the problem solved and a "passed" inspection in to time. Competent, reliable, personable, a pleasure to work with.

When I called to they told me that a pump truck will cost somewhere around 450 dollars to come out and pump out the sewer and when i got the bill a week later it was like $700. Just be honest with people it goes a long way. When i called back he changed his story and said he is not sure how much it would cost. Never using them again.

Without a doubt, Bill (William Coco's) main objective is to extract the most money from you as possible. My wife and I requested a quote from Cocos plumbing to do some work on our 1900 sqft basement that we are finishing out.

First, it is nearly impossible to get on their schedle without playing "phone tag." They tell you that they cannot book appointments on behalf of the sales team and have to relay to a sales person to find a time that is convinent to them.

Secondly, they will show up late to your appointment. If they can't even show up on time for the estimate, you can figure out the rest.

Lastly, if you have any hopes of cutting costs by providing the fixtures that you, the homeowner, wants; you better forget it. They insist on selling you the entire package, from breaking the slab to installing fixtures and will not budge. After requesting that I provide the fixtures or they do so at cost, Bill became argumentative and we agreed that their way of operating was not a fit for our project.

If you have the desire to have the fixtures that you want, without massive markup, don't call these folks. If you have a hefty bank account and a thirst for unprofessionalism, please call Bill at Cocos Plumbing and give him a blank check.

We have used Cocos Plumbing several times for a line clog. They always come out right away and are very knowledgeable in finding the source of the problem. We also feel the price they charge for their services were fair and in line with others.

Renee is right on the money about Cocos Plumbing. They did some work in my subdivision as well about 7 years ago. The plumbing salesman Bill Cocos is nothing more than a sleazy salesman. The goal for them is to take you for as much money as possible. When I contacted him for poor workmanship and correcting the issues I was having, I got the same response as Renee. I got your money now it is your problem. Don't let this company get in your pocket, I suspect any good reviews are paid for.

joe came out to investigate a noise in our water system which he repaired and checked a problem with our toilets. he was the only plumber who could tell us what was wrong and how it could be fixed. other plumbers who looked at it did not know the problem but joe recommended a solution to repair the problem . he did a great job!

I live in the heart of the city and needed a new lateral line, due do roots in the original clay pipes. Had other plumbers come and say they would call back and never did. Mr. Cocos came out and looked sent bid, did work in a timely manner. And since the baby excavator was there pulled out a 25 year concrete sunk basketball hoop. His crew was professional. No complaints, made my day

Fred called earlier than expected and arrived and discussed the problem and another concern I had. Gave some good information on a future need. Then repaired item needed today, reviewed repair with me which was perfect. Highly recommend Fearless Fred and Cocos Plumbing.

Cocos replaced part of our sewer line from the house to the main. Their quote was very competitive and the work they performed was professional and timely. I would not hesitate to have them do work for me again.

Cocos Plumbing was able to graciously help us recover from a series of DIY bathroom renovation blunders. Ben took the time to locate just the bottom of a two-piece toilet for us, and Joe came out, installed the toilet, and cut/replaced a section of PVC piping (pierced with an overzealous nail gun). They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again.

St. Louis County selected Cocos Plumbing for my “Sewer Lateral Repair Program” work. Cocos employees David and Wally: were professional, readily answered my questions, worked efficiently, and returned my yard to pre-repair condition. I am very pleased with their work.

General Contractor used Cocos Plumbing a number of years ago when we built our home, and we are still dealing with shoddy workmanship many years later. First time we used our dishwasher, it leaked all over new wood floors due to improper hook-up. Most sinks leaked and had to be repaired. Stainless steel screws were not used in shower, resulting in leaks eventually. Toilets were not set right and two out of four had to be reset because they didn't use proper wax rings. And most recently, we have discovered that no shut-off installed in master shower. As plumbing is one of the major expenses in remodeling/building a home, I would steer clear of Cocos.

William G. Cocos Plumbing Co came to the rescue when we experienced a significant, most ghastly plumbing 'event' in our basement.

We received near-immediate service to provide relief on the situation and a prompt follow-up visit to thoroughly detail the repairs needed to restore the system to fully operational. This is where the magic happened - in a most expedient manner, the repair proposal was prepared, submitted, awarded, and brilliantly completed - good as new! The crew were careful during the repair work and treated my property as though it was their own.

I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the professionalism and communication of Mr. Cocos as well as the technical acumen of the plumbing technicians throughout the entire process.

Thank you Cocos Plumbing for making the best of a most unpleasant situation!

    GO NAVY, BEAT ARMY!

We have used Cocos Plumbing for 2 pretty good size jobs and we were completely satisfied. The timeliness, the professionalism and the entire experience was as pleasant as a big plumbing job can be. Bill came to look at both jobs, discussed with us and wrote up the estimates (which were spot on), he came by during both jobs to check on the progress. We were very pleased. Jason did most of the work on both jobs and he did a great job, was friendly yet professional. Cocos Plumbing will be who we calll whenever we have a plumbing issue.
