Great company, especially for any emergency service needs!

Awesome service! A once in lifetime arctic freeze (- 30 wind chill) with a burst basement pipe and they were here in 2 hours when no other service would respond. Fair price and I highly recommend them- Silvio was great.

Let me just say how amazed I was with Flow King's efficiency and responsiveness. I had already called two other places only to reach their voicemail. When I called Flow King, I didn't reach them immediately but they called me back within minutes and came to my house the next morning. Someone in their office called to confirm the time within the promised window.

The fix was efficient and well done. Not only that, I asked Silvio for advice on one of my toilets, which was running slow and he ran an auger to fix it, FREE of CHARGE!

Price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes. Thanks!

These guys crushed it! Our sewage lift system failed on a Friday afternoon and, when almost everyone else said they couldn't make it over, Silvio came by later that evening. They made an extra effort to find us a new pump over the weekend to avoid further ordering/shipping delays and had that thing up and running Monday morning.

The whole crew was awesome and Silvio really takes time to make sure you know what they're doing and why they are doing it.

Our service man,Mike, was courteous and very professional. He completed the repairs and made sure I understood what he had done.
I would highly recommend the company

Michael was an absolute heaven sent , as he was working on a neighbors house and saw us having some difficulty with our outside faucet. Came over , took a look, told us what was wrong and was able to come back the following more and got it taken care of in no time. So friendly, and professional. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

I was told one amount for a service fee out of area, $120.
They came out for one problem, Frozen water line under my house. I told them it was a crawl space under the house. They acted like they would solve the problem .
They were here for about maybe an hour and took pictures apparently showing us, what...I dont know unless I was under the house and knew what I was looking at.
I was charged $795.00 for them to tell me my water line was frozen and I would need to wait for it to thaw out. They did absolutely nothing. Fixed nothing. Just charged me $795 for driving to my house. Three men came out. What a rip off!!!

This explanation by the company is full of lies. They were here maybe sn hour. No it's not hazardous underneath of my house I have pictures how clean it is. Complete lies. After floating Rooter left someone else crawled underneath of there and took pictures and showed me how clean it is there isn't anything under there what they're saying. All lies.
I did not decline the $300 refund. Who would do that. Just more Lies.

I had a large plumbing emergency right before the holidays. Silvio and team were extremely responsive in adjusting schedules to assist and resolve the issue. Communication was excellent throughout and work performed well. Without them other work in progress would have been halted and I would not have been able to host the holidays. Definitely my go-to plumbers from now on!

Great company with knowledgeable and personable plumbers. Called Flowking because I was afraid I had a collapsed sewer line in a rehab property I purchased. After jetting out the line and clearing some tough debris I was unable to knock loose, they performed a camera inspection and eased my concerns by confirming the complete line was intact. They used specialized gadgets to locate and mark depth along with providing insight on plumbing concerns I had throughout the property. Silvio and Jerrod helped me out BIGTIME.

I have used Flow King many times. On rental property, my home, children's homes and recommended them several times. They performed work such as: stopped us drain, install sewer laterals, replace faulty hose bibs, repair lift station, pump septic systems, and on. They have been very responsive and timely along with fair rates and courteous personnel. Personally they are the only service I call when I need some work done.

Flow King Rooter Plumbing replaced the old lead water service line for our commercial property (major excavation project), and built us a brand new plumbing system for a new kitchen/restaurant. We also had a clogged sewer/drain problem on our property and Silvio was able to help us check out the issue very quickly. Silvio and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. They put the time and effort into their work. We definitely recommend Flow King over any other companies (so you can stop Googling). Plumbing, sewer, drain, excavating, definitely go with Flow King 👍.

The staff here is very friendly. I do IT work for them and everyone there seems to work together well as a team.

I'm selling my home in Illinois and the buyer hired to have you check the main line, your tech ran a camera in the line and said there was a blockage and talked like there was a possible break, wanted to Jett the line and descale. Cost me 2 potential buyers so I hired Reds Sewer Company from Mascoutah I'll and found nothing wrong with my main line ! Maybe you should hire competent employees!!!!! Got to love the money grabbers!!!

What an amazing experience I had with Superior Sewer. From the first phone call to the technicians John and Diego coming to the house. John and Diego were so helpful and considerate. John explained everything that was going to be done and came back when he was finished to give me an update. I will be calling them again for sure ! Thank you .
