Timely response, was able to come out the next day even though our issue was not an emergency. John S. was wonderful and answered all our questions. Educated us and performed a thorough job. Would definitely recommend his services and will use again if we have any issues in the future!

I wish I had option for 0 star. I am a real estate investor and has dealt a lot with sewer drain issues.
I paid for 1hr of sewer clabling 3 weeks ago. the technician did 15 min of clabling and left. I asked him are you sure that the line is open and he said yes. He said you did not for camera but I looked with camera and nothing is there. Today, the drain line backed up again. I called them and they said you need to pay $169 for another cabling. They said it is not our problem that it backed up. I have been living in this house for 5 years. I cabled once 4 years ago and had not issue until now. these people cabled three weeks ago and the issue is not resolved.

Don't fall for their marketing and go with bigger better know companies that stay behind their work, like The Sewer Pros or Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup company.
    DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Quick and great communication through the process. They did great work at my moms and now at my house. Also - appreciate the bid process and that it was truly just bidding the work that needs to be done and not trying to oversell or pressure, that’s always a win for me! Thank you for making this quick and easy!

Same day service! My tech was kind, patient, and very helpful! Took a couple tries to figure out which stack needed to be used to get the problem cleared (it’s an old building with weird plumbing) but he never got frustrated or gave up! Have used them in the past for cabling and will definitely call again in the future if needed!

Edit: In addition to the below miss (not a huge deal), they also missed a break in the lateral that cost thousands to repair. I got the line rooted and part of the line had so much water intrusion that the rest of the line couldn't be rooted (water was saturating the 6 inch line). This was clearly visible during their video inspection and they didn't even note it in the report. They refuse to acknowledge they missed anything stating water intrusion in clay joints is "normal". I agree that ground water seeping in is no big deal, water POURING into the lateral, both during the inspection and the rooting, is NOT normal. They refuse to acknowledge any fault or even refund the cost of the inspection even though their miss cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Don't use them.

Original: Unfortunately I don't think I can recommend them. I had a sewer inspection done by them and while they scoped where they could (outside cleanout) and said access to the stack was needed, they failed to mention anything about the secondary line. It actually said, "Secondary Line Not Present." This is clearly false if you look at any plumbing in the basement and it turns out one of the branches has a slow drain that would have been caught if they had inspected (or mentioned a need to inspect) that secondary line. This mistake on their part will cost a lot of money.

Very timely response. We wanted routine maintenance to make sure our sewer line was clear. Scheduling was easy and they even accommodated a reschedule when our schedules changed.

John came in and got the job done and was courteous and professional. Communicated with us with how the job went and gave us a simple plan for the future with no crazy sales pitch.

We will use again in the future.

I would highly recommend Superior Sewer Co. to any of my clients/friends/family. It was great to work with John, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was more than happy to talk me through what options were available. They were priced very reasonable and the work was done in less time than we anticipated.

Great work! Would highly recommend to anyone. Full crew out to work a sewer liner install. Had four other companies tell me they wouldn't be able to install a liner due to a turn in my pipes, and that instead I'd have to dig and replace everything. Very happy this company was recommended, and that they responded with an expert team!

Andrew and Clayton performed our subterranean plumbing inspection on our new home. They were excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Andrew took the time to explain everything thoroughly and showed me what he was talking about. I appreciated his patience with me! We will definitely use this company for future needs!

I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of this inspection company. When I needed two re-inspections, they were able to schedule me within a day on both occasions. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a thorough and timely inspection. Ask for Carter very professional and was able to answer all my questions.
    Thanks again.

To not bury the lede: There was sewage everywhere! We recently had Superior Sewer out to hydrojet our stacks and lateral. We have a back door with direct access to our basement that is 10 feet from our stack, but the technician chose to enter the basement through our garage, through our family room (which includes our 6 year old's play area and toys), and down the basement stairs. I asked him if he would like me to move anything out of his way and he said no. He did not put down any tarps, or any protective barriers as he ran the hydrojet line through these living areas and down to the basement to reach the stack. The technician was very friendly, so I don't attribute anything to malicious intent, but the level of disregard and negligence in maintaining a clean environment was appalling. After he completed his work, he called me into the family room to make payment. When I walked in, I saw dark brown/black sludge on the walls, the door frame, the door, the floors, my daughter's dress up clothes, her foam floor tiles, her dolls, many of her figurine-type toys, her play table & chair, and her toy storage shelf. I said to the technician, "Is that sewage?" and he replied "yes ma'am, that's sewage." He then proceeded to take mostly dry looking paper towels and started rubbing at the door frame. However, the amount of sewage that was strewn about the room was so great that I said, "I think that needs to be Lysol'd and mopped" at which point he took payment and left. In hindsight, I should have taken photos of everything and/or refused payment. However, I think I was in shock, as well as near tears, and just began cleaning with disinfectant.

I called the main office and the first woman I spoke with sounded as appalled as I was and said she would have the office manager call me back immediately. I was called back shortly thereafter by Mackenzie. I explained the situation and that I was already busy cleaning the sewage which I had discovered extended all the way down to the basement to include the stair treads, the banister, and the floor in the basement. The technician had also left sewage-soiled gloves on the floor in the basement as well as in our driveway (which I did have my wits about me enough to photograph). She said to me, "I would offer to send someone out to clean it for you, but it sounds like you are already cleaning it, and I'm sure you don't want someone going through your stuff." she then followed the conversation up with "Thank you for being so understanding." I'll admit I'm not one to yell, but in hindsight I should have been more firm in demanding Superior Sewer make this situation right.
I spent HOURS cleaning the mess with Lysol, hot laundering dress up clothes, mopping, cleaning sewage out of my daughter's doll's hair, etc. What should have been a regular work day for me instead was devoted to cleaning sewage in an area that my child plays in. My husband filled out the "how did we do" survey that Superior sent with all of this information and we were never contacted again. Based on this response, with no true efforts on the part of Superior Sewer to make this right or offer any compensation or discount on services for something that created a hazardous environment for us - their client - we will not use Superior Sewer again nor recommend them to anyone.

They cracked a pipe and agreed to fix it but didn’t..

They don’t even know how much business I’ve sent them. As a plumber I always call them to camera sewer lines for me. This time a crew member who seemed fairly new cracked my clients clean out tee on the stack trying to open it.

After dealing with McKenzie being an a hole she finally settled and agreed to have a technician replace the clean out tee that was broken and asked my client to email this agreement.

We emailed it and got no response until the next day. All of a sudden the operations manager says they’re not liable. No discount offered, not even an effort put towards finding a solution.

They have no plumbing department so they can’t really replace anything that they break efficiently so to me, it send like they try to avoid dealing with it

Response: IF YOU RESPONDED AND SAID YOU’RE NOT A PLUMBING COMPANY, THEN WHY ARE YOU UNDER GOOGLE AS A PLUMBER? I see you also skipped over the part about the email that we agreed too if you guys weren’t at fault then why would you agree to fix it and then ghost us for the day and then say the next day you aren’t responsible. The absolute only reason the home owner let it go is because he has a kid on the way and doesn’t have the patience to deal with a company handling it like this.

Your technician Thomas broke the pipe first and then I said “it might have to get replaced because you gotta be able to open it to camera it” A few moments later water everywhere.

McKenzie was more than rude and disrespecting us! We were the nice guys. She barely even let us talk, admitted to Thomas wrong doing no matter if somebody told him that or not. Step your game up as an owner and take care of your people and the promises you give.

Superior Sewer was easy to work with. They got me a bid for a liner right away and scheduled the work quickly once I accepted. Communication was good with both the office and the and the guys that did the work, and the guys were friendly and efficient. This was definitely better than having my basement torn up and as good an experience as I could have expected.

Superior Sewer Co. is an outstanding company for all your sewer and inspection needs! We are honored to have them as part of our organization and community with CAI Heartland and Jasmine has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Superior Sewer Co. for all community associations and community managers.

We had a very positive experience with Superior Sewer. They lined 60ft of old cast-iron pipe in our sewer system. At every point during the process they were courteous, professional, efficient, and timely, and they did all of this at a very reasonable price.

Excellent company. Excellent customer service. Excellent prices for the industry. I sell real estate for a living and deal with sewer line issues on a routine basis. Next time I have an issue, I will go back to Superior.

Our real estate team has been using Supeiror for many projects, and this is the first time I deal with them directly for one of my rental properties. John and Jarrett were there for hydrojet and sewer camera. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time, John explained clearly what was going to happen and explained the video after it was done. The report was detailed. Highly recommended.
