I had a great experience with Superior start to finish. From the moment I scheduled, everyone was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand—something I really appreciated.

Today, Miguel and Monty came out to fix a crack in the cast-iron pipe under my house, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and made sure the job was done right. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing I was in good hands.

Do not use Superior Sewer! Used them when I got inspections done while buying a house. They missed a broken pipe and now I’m out 7500$ we would have never bought this house if we knew all the damage there was. They turned this experience into a complete nightmare! To answer to your response YES you offered to come water jet it AGAIN and said you would look at the pipe. You never said you would fix it for free you only said that after I had someone else fix it and I contacted a lawyer. That would have been the THIRD time you came out since you missed the broken pipe the first two times. I’m sorry but at that point I don’t trust your company to do the work and had to call someone else to handle the problem the first time. You guys dropped the ball you admitted to missing a whole men’s belt stuck in the pipe. All around it was a joke and all I asked was you pay half of the damages and you couldn’t even do that. Horrible company!

Jake did a sewer scope for my company and made it incredibly painless on us. He was running a little late, and I got a call from the office and from Jake about his ETA. Then when he arrived, he was kind and got right to work, and finished quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Superior.

Great company with a very knowledgeable team! They fit me into their schedule within a reasonable amount of time and beat everyone's prices... When I say everyone I mean I called 21 septic/sewer companies in 5 different counties and they beat EVERY SINGLE ONE in price & timeframe! Our technician Monte was a huge help and did a very wonderful throughout job! I will definitely be using them again!

In addition to fixing our broken valves he pointed out some potential concerns for the future, gave us some tips for preventing issues in the future, and didnt try to upsell us on work that could be done but isnt necessary at the moment.

Very responsive in scheduling. I wasn’t able to be home and he graciously texted me (as I can’t answer the phone while at work) and kept me updated. Allowed payment remotely through Venmo or PayPal. Pipe isn’t leaking anymore, so what else could I ask for. Would definitely use again.

I put out an SOS to SOS. Robert came out NEXT DAY to help connect my copper pipe to flex for my new fridge. Very courteous, honest, and fair. When we connected pipe-to-flex with compression union, we didn't achieve immediate success, so he pivoted to find a problem in my basement water valve. He cleaned some calcium deposits out of it, and, presto---the ice maker and water dispenser works like a charm...

Further, he gave me great tips on "breaking in" the new appliance. Can't imagine needing anyone else for my plumbing needs...If I could give more than 5 stars...I would!
