We've had 3 technicians out over the past 2 week.
1st tech was awesome and very knowledgeable. Cleared floor drain and made sure 2 stacks were clear. Ran into an issue with basement bathroom. Had to reschedule an appointment for stronger equipment.
2nd tech tried and failed and left the bathroom in disarray. I don't understand the point of the black gloves if you're just going to touch door handles and leave them around the bathroom and laundry room... ok fine woosah... I can clean that myself. Another appointment set for another day.
3rd tech... forgot the techs name... phone showed his name as "Frank M". He completed the job. Cleared the line... but at a cost. He flooded the line causing the toilet and stand in shower to OVER FLOW. The water went out of the bathroom into my little man cave...into the laundry room... under the steps and into my eldest daughter's room. He claims he did his best to clean up the water with his lil shark vac... he failed to mention that he used MY TOWELS to clean up his mess and left them in the shower. The towels I literally washed and dried the night before.
I spent hours upon hours disinfecting and sucking up water. I didnt expect to be cleaning up a flooded basement after work. Trying to get underneath the steps was a nightmare for a man of my height. Water seeping up through the laminate flooring. Trying my best to make sure things are safe for my family. Drywall wet... wooden frames wet...
"Frank" you Cleared the line awesome... thanks but really my TOWELS man! Come on! Left water everywhere! I could go on and on about this last tech but I'd rather not... just hide your towels from Frank M.

Superior Sewer Co is always reliable. From their technicians to their office personnel, they are professional and helpful in providing information.

Worst service I've ever had from a sewer inspection company. Run far far away! Horrible communication. I paid for a sewer lateral cabling and camera inspection in full. Inspector went out and his cable got stuck in the line and apparently he couldn't get it out. It took him 3 days to finally go back and get the cable out and then the camera inspection was never sent. I called many times and was always told by Mackenzie and Emily, "the technician has already sent it". Then when I would let them know that I still haven't received it again, they would say "I'll call my technician and have him upload it right away." We played this game for an entire week before they ever provided us with the inspection video. The first inspection report that they sent over said that there was a break in the line that needed to be repaired. After further review, this was false information and there was no break in the line after all. Mackenzie thought she was doing me a HUGE favor by not charging me to pull the toilet. That was her peace offering for the horrific service that they provided. Their incompetence caused a delay in the closing of the sale. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last sewer contractor on earth.

The team was really wonderful, they called before they came out, polite nice men. They did the work efficiently and always kept me informed.

I had stress because of the home sale and moving, in addition my friend of over 45 years died last wee,k.

These men were very kind from start to finish.

I would I would definitely recommend superior sewer when you need professional repair work.

My experience with Superior Sewer was great. I had a 2 foot crack and deteriorating joint, but I ended up having all the sewer lines under the house relined. The crew was responsive and respectful. The concrete finish work could have been better, but I'm still satisfied overall.

Excellent service from McKenzie, who helped us over the phone, to the guys Cameron, Henry, Max, and Andrew, who were polite, informative, and went above and beyond to get the job done - plus more. There was an unexpected problem that occurred and they handled it very professionally and had a plan within minutes to solve the problem. They confidently explained how they would proceed, and that’s exactly what they did. Special thanks to Cameron and Henry for answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease and also to Andrew for providing information about our septic system and for the suggestions he gave to help solve our issues. Excellent company to deal with - I’ll not hesitate to use them again if I ever need to.

Dakota is always reliable and straightforward. He goes the extra step to be as accommodating as possible and presents his findings in professionally thought out reports. As a Realtor I value Dakota and rely on his expertise for my clients.

We realized that we needed some last minute plumbing work before we had some waterproofing done. Superiors Sewer took care of the issue and we were grateful. They were able to come out quickly.

I would give more stars if I could. I had 2 plumbers out before contacting superior sewer. John came out and got the problem fixed he never gave up and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He even stayed long enough to fill the washer and drain. I know if I have another problem like this. They will be the only ones I call! Thank you so much John you made this girl happy. :)

The videos they provided were well-narrated and easy to view, which was a huge plus. Furthermore, when I had a question, Josh called me back promptly and provided a clear explanation. They took multiple videos and gave me tips about future maintenance to avoid issues. They went as far as finding a third clean out vent which previous companies hadn’t noticed.
The pricing was super reasonable and will 100% have them come back to do any future maintenance work. 10/10 would recommend.

The office staff, master plumber Jeff, and tech were wonderfully responsive to my need for a pretty quick turnaround. They were cheerful and kind with a last minute request and provided great, timely documentation so I was able to close on time.

Superior is wonderful! As a new homeowner with little understanding of the sewer systems, they talked me through every detail of the process and made sure I was well-informed with each step which was extremely appreciated. And they got the job done quickly and successfully! Highly, highly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came out did a scope on my toilet and the guy that did it put the toilet on brand new rug and let the toilet water drain on rug and left some brown residue all over rug. The next day my 2 dogs got severely sick and had to take them to the ER after one started passing blood. I spoke to Brandon Frazier who is the operational manager (if that's what you want to call him) and he proceeded to tell me that the rug was soak and wet from water splashing from the toilet. When the rug was across the room. Then he told me that my dogs didn't get sick from them. Please do not use this company because they are very incompetent and do not care about your stuff. **Update** No you did not try and work with me!!! You told me that my dogs got sick from something else. You asked me if I got the rug analyzed. You also could not explain to me how the rug was soak and wet and was originally across the room and amazingly it was next to the toilet when I got home with reminisce of wax ring on it. And you told me the water from the toilet was from splashing and that's how the rug got wet. But you could never explain how the rug was across the room in front of the sink but was sideways next to the toilet soak and wet. The pictures I'm posting is the rug that was wet. and blood my dog was passing. You were here on a Monday, and for 4 days after they had straight diarrhea and then started passing blood. So tell me again how you tried to work with me?
