We had nothing but a professional and pleasant (if there is such a thing in the plumbing world) experience with Cocos Plumbing. I just left the home improvement industry. It's hard to find professional people like Joe who did the estimate, ran the project, his company and his employee Derek. Joe and Derek did a fantastic job, were courteous, on time with their appointments and estimate. They also were always responsive if we had any questions. Pricing was competitive for a professional plumbing company. We have referred them already to other family members.

I had Cocos Plumbing come out & give an estimate for a Hot Water Heater & replace kitchen Drain stack in basement. Response was very fast to get estimate. (I also called 3 other plumbers the prior day & never heard from 2 of them yet & 1 called after Mr. Cocos already gave me an estimate. I told him don't bother, I hired another plumber.) Cocos Plumbing was very fast to come out & do all the work in a very professional manor. Joe R. did the replacement & kitchen drain repair in a very short time & did a great job. I would recommend Cocos Plumbing To anyone needing plumbing repairs.

A horrible company to try to do business with! I closed on my house in Nov 2024 . This company was listed on the disclosure for the septic system . I wanted to use the same company because I really didn't know what I was getting into with septic! The reception Sue is who I talked to and ensured me that I would get a return phone call. Weeks later, no return phone call. I called again and spoke to ( he said the owner) saying he would be buy and look around... never has come by , no return phone call!
Beware you will be waiting for ever ! No respect for any one else's time!! We are now 5 months later!

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. He worked efficiently and even gave me free estimates in two other jobs while he was there. Cocos came recommended and I would use them again.

I wasn’t really sure what I expected, but saw a lot of good reviews on the Internet so I decided to call to get an estimate for a cast iron replacement of my full stack. I was told that an estimator would be in contact with me two weeks ago and I was never called back. I recalled again Monday last week to and the woman told me she would call me right back and never did. I’m literally ready to give you over five grand in business but you don’t have the time to even call me back? You could just tell me that you don’t have the capability to service me. Don’t just blow me off. Bad business practices; Goes to show why it’s very important to know who is working for you and representing your business

I have been dealing with water leaking from under my kitchen floor for months. Had my apartment complex called a plumber in the first place, the problem could have been rectified sooner. Joe, an employee within this company, was very professional, informative, and friendly. I am truly grateful, and satisfied.

I called this company on thursday to replace a sprayer on my kitchen sink. They assured me they would be at my home Friday or Saturday at the latest. I sent them my address as requested. No reply either day. I called back Sunday and left another message. No reply. I do not recommend this company.

I am only doing a review because i don't have any other avenue to get my work finished. My home was set to be worked through st louis' city sewer lateral program and j mess was the contractor who contacted me to do the work. Once they made contact with me they were very quick to get onsite and start. They replaced my sewer lateral and had to take up my newly laid block patio. I mailed them a check to pay off the amount due and they still knew they had to finish the connection of my sewer lateral at the point under the alley which is the city's property. They also had to come back as the work they did on the patio was very uneven. They acknowledged both of these things. They said it probably settled but it was noticeable right after they finished that they didn't do it right. This was on july 9th. Since then I've texted and called several times. I keep getting promised that the work would be done on such and such date but they never come and no communication. The only communication i have with them is when i call the number online from my work phone and then i get told they will have it done soon. I understand employee issues and staffing issues. The problem is no communication. It seems like since I've already paid them they have no intention to come finish the work. The patio, which was laid one year ago and was close to perfect needs to be fixed and the connection at the alley still needs to be completed.

Nick came out quickly, gave me a bid, was responsive and communitive. I talked with him, then hired him. After I hired him, he spent weeks giving me stories. Didn't even pull a permit for the work. Now he is nonresponsive and I am weeks behind due to him. Save yourself the trouble, pay the few extra bucks for someone else.
