They were early to my home and diagnosed the problem and explained several options. I went with a new heating and cooling system and they worked very hard for two days. Always prompt always professional and the price was better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I called AC Pro as my last ditch effort to fix a leaking coil in my air handler for my condo unit.. Others have quoted me almost 4k to just replace the coil and part/labor. Matt and Mike came out and they really are honest and try to save you money. I bought the part and they only charged me for a fair labor charge. It was a lifesaver for our family without heat. Ive checked with numerous other HVAC and they all seemed to try to sell me a new unit...7k plus. It only costed me 1k...total. These guys are rare in this business..to be honest and reliable. Don't shop other rip off places.

They were fairly prompt considering the holidays. Seriously 2 hours later they were at my house. And were fairly quick to diagnose the issue. The pressure switch and a vent motor... which confused me because the motor was obviously running. (Could visibly see the motor fan turning.) So i declined the $800 quote... that i had to ask for. And decided to investigate myself.
There was corrosion built up on the vent tube going to the switch. 20 seconds and a can of air later everything works with original parts. My recommendation? Avoid unless you like wasting money for parts you don't need.

Very responsive company here. These gentlemen aren't afraid to crawl around in the attic even in the summer time to truly understand your system. They will present information objectively and offer a range of options. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I had some simple questions that no one seemed to be able to give a moment to answer when calling around. I called this company for an estimate and spoke with Matt, and he took a moment to listen to my issues and was more than able to answer them with confidence and without hesitation. This tells me these guys, or at least Matt, knows what they're doing. I WILL be going to them should I need any AC/Heating services, as my current issue did not require repair, more so a re-route of the drip line.

Matt is my hero! Had another guy from a different company out who sounded like he either didn't know what he was doing or was trying to mark me up. Matt and Francisco were both very quick to respond. Matt got out here quickly, walked me through everything, and explained what the issue was. Very friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with for sure. AC Plus is now my go to for any HVAC needs.

I called two companies as I just purchased a older home and was from out of town. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years but did not have any relationships here in Vegas , I know when I find a good company and Matt was very professional. The finish product tearing out the old system and installing a new heating and cooling was done to perfection.

I called after hours expecting to get voicemail and was pleasantly surprised when Matt answered. I had to work the next morning so he had his team come out early to look at my heat and get it running. Francisco was great and even installed a thermostat I had purchased at Lowes intending to do it myself. Matt stopped by in person to check the progress and give me the quote for options to fix the problems more permanantly or to replace the unit. (It is a very old unit) the price for both options were very reasonable. Highly recommend Matt and his team.

Just got my AC fixed after 2 nights of no AC in this 110 degree weather. It was very rough but I called AC plus first thing this morning, technician to my house within 30 minutes, the technician left to get parts and was back to my house with AC up and running within 4 hrs of my initial call and the price was very fair and honest, as a single mom in the house I didn't worry that I was being taken advantage of, which sometimes happens with these home repairs I feel like! The communication was spot on and I'm just so so thankful that I called these guys!! Would def recommend their work! Thanks!!

I'd just like to say that I've had great experiences with AC Plus.
Our AC has gone out and later our furnace on our older home -
of course, both at the worst times.

There was a failure of one of the ac units which was not a fault of AC plus but rather the manufacturer. They came back in and replaced the faulty equipment.

Matt and company provided quick service and very reasonable prices.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Matt has gone out of his way to help me with my AC repair for two months because my home warranty has been horrible! I don't usually write reviews but I am writing reviews all over the place for this company. Matt (the owner) and Francisco are trustworthy and caring for their customers, a breath of fresh air these days! I found them a bit over a year ago after dealing with other air conditioning companies who were nothing more than sharks trying to sell new units. I know this not just by our experience but by others also. I had an old heat pump and AC Plus babied it for us and kept it going as long as they could until finally, even we had to admit it was time to replace it. They were there with us, did what they could to save us as much as they could, had the old one out and the new one in, in a day with a new stand! These guys are polite, dependable, respectful, and know their business. We chose them on reviews and ratings alone and they are every bit of 5 stars and more. You won't be disappointed in this company!

My neighbor recommended AC Plus when she heard I need to replace my entire AC unit. The best decision I made was following her recommendation. Matt and Francisco at AC Plus is top notch. If you're looking for a family-owned business who's techs want to genuinely help you, then AC Plus is who you need to call. Matt (the owner) and Travis (his son) both came out in the evening, working around my work schedule, to help me solve an issue with my outside condenser unit. They were both knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly honest with me about what services I could and should have done. They walked me through the problem I was having, gave me realistic options about what my next steps were, and they were emphatic that, given the current state of my particular condenser, I did NOT need to completely overhaul my system. The entire time they were working they were very informative about what they were doing and answered all of my questions, even the ones that were somewhat ridiculous, lol. A great experience from start to finish. AC Plus is a company you can trust with your AC needs!

Very knowledgeable owner Matt came to my house after I called at 5:30 AM. He came quick! He fixed our AC for a reasonable price. He’s so good, he already knew what was wrong from me explaining on the phone and fixed it 5 minutes after showing up.

My AC was no longer blowing hot air. Smoke came out the AC Unit. It was a problem since I have a pregnant wife. So it was crucial for someone like AC Plus to arrive quickly.

I have been using this company for years, and recently my AC went out in the 110° summer heat. I called and got great service and a quick appointment. My unit was repaired for a reasonable price, and the technicians were polite and respectful of my property. I highly recommend this local company.

I`m going to give a big shout out to AC Plus for the amazing customer service they provided yesterday. We`ve been having temps of 110+ lately, and we woke up to noticing that one of our AC`s were not working, yikes. I got online and found a few companies that were closest to me with great reviews, then reached out to AC Plus hoping they could swing by to take a look when they could fit me in. The owner Matt answered and just happened to be not too far from the house, finishing up a job, he said he could come by within the hour. WOW! Matt not only came by within the hour, but he was at our place in 30, checked our thermostat, went out to the unit in question, and ran a few tests. He quickly determined that we just had a capacitor that went bad, swapped it out, and had the unit back running within minutes. Matt, thank you for your great customer service and honesty, you run a great company, I`ll be sure to let the neighbors know!

The repairman i believe his name was Alredo or Alberto was professional and very pleasant. Very honest also... Highly recommended. i wish all repair people were like him....

Spoke to yaddi, very rude hung up on me and when I called back to get the manager she acted as if there was something wrong with the phone and hung up again. She literally went off on me on the phone because I wasn't pleased with their service! Why is she working with customers???? Not good! By the way no A/C until the end of next week possibly the week after that because of the holiday. 4 children in a home and it's already 90 degrees in the house.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repairs he completed in an understandable way. Very good customer service and office did great job to follow up after service. Would highly recommend.
