This company is the absolute worst! My home warranty is who chose this company to repair our a/c unit. They came out on August 2nd, determined that it was the compressor and capacitor. The warranty company approved, and ordered the parts. The parts are now at Air one. I looked on my home warranty account and it indicated that we owed out of pocket 810.00. Air one told us we owed 910.00. We asked why the difference and they said that Cinch (the home warranty) miss quoted. So we called Cinch. They said it was 810.00.. then cinch said it was 910.00, then 980.00, then 990.00. They got these amounts from Air one because it is the services that aren’t covered on our warranty. Air one kept increasing the amount of our out of pocket expenses and then when we questioned it they completely canceled our repair which was scheduled for tomorrow. They now have our equipment that my home warranty sent and are refusing to complete the work. They won’t answer our calls or emails about how to get our equipment. This is one shady company! Beware

My home warranty company assigned Air One Heating & Air Conditioning. They we able to schedule an appointment the next business day after my downstairs unit went out. The technician was very nice and had my unit up and running within 20 minutes. They were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Our warranty company sent a service request. They called by morning to set an appointment, even came early. AC was fixed super fast and nice cold air again. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions.

Went through home warranty to get our forced air system fixed. These guys are quick, efficient and honest.

Their crew are professional and very respectful to out property. On time with all the appointment times.

I've been without AC since Thursday night, today is Wednesday and it's 110 degrees in Nevada. Air One knew my situation was an emergency and stopped contacting me. I was promised a call in 30 minutes and they just never called me back. I found out through my Warranty company they changed their mind on doing the work because of "legal reasons." The explanation doesn't make any sense to me, and even the person at the warranty company was confused by this. I still have no explanation. So they've strung me along for several days and just ghosted me in then middle of an emergency.

Also when they showed up, they refused to do service until I removed pigeon spikes that were about three inches tall on the roof. When I spoke to my condo's pest control company they said it was the first time they'd heard that in 30+ years because they spikes were so harmless and easy to maneuver around. This slowed the process down by a day.

Best estimate and explanation I've heard on A/C system repairs. Gave several options for repair or modification to our system.

The best.... I tell all my friends to use bonds... I use him every year for tune ups or issues with my Air or heater.

This company is the best at what they do. They are on time, offer the best solution and care about their customers. One of the few honest companies we have found and have used them more than once. Totally honest and reliable.

AC was blowing hot and another company came out five times and could not find the problems. Bond was here on time at the appointed day and had my AC working in a hour. Honest and trustworthy.

Chris Installed a 3.5 ton 13 SEAR Trane unit on the side my house 4 years ago and the price was fair, join done fast and no issues so far. I’m only posting now because it’s getting hot out and thought of my nice cold air conditioning working great

Bond HVAC came to my summer home in Las Vegas, Nevada. He repaired my air conditioning at a very reasonable rate and was very professional. I highly recommend them!!!!!

I live in LV in a high rise building where the HVAC is the condo owner's responsibility to maintain. Searched for a Heating and Air Conditioning expert and found Bond.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but most of all honest AND followed up.
Plan on using him in the future.

The temperature was rising last week my AC did not come on I called Bond heating air they sent out a technician that came and got my AC going and explained everything to me also, and why it happen. I'm very satisfied with their price as well work... Would highly recommend them to anyone having problems with their AC in the Las Vegas area if you want someone you can trust

Would definitely recommend. Was very truthful about my gas was turned off on heating unit by the last company that did my air conditioning maintenance in the spring. Since there was a reasonable service call fee, technician looked over unit as well as thermostat to make sure everything was working correctly.
