Had my AC unit take a dive in August of this year. Called this company and they were fixing my unit within an hour. I expected to get the typical up sell on the replacement and/or repair and what I received was honesty and the job done correctly the first time. My unit was back blowing cold within 2 hours of my initial phone call and for a fraction of what I anticipated spending. If A/C unit companies could give themselves awards and hold banquets in their own honor, this company would be the KING of awards banquets! Thanks for the straight forward honest work!

P.S. They are now working on my heating unit for the first freeze of the season. Getting things done and for a very fair price!

BEST HVAC company in town...King Cooling and Heating came out the same day and fixed my AC within 30 minutes!!! My AC has been blowing hot air for almost eleven days. I called my warranty company who sent out an AC company that was deceitful and frankly the technician made me feel uncomfortable. Fast forward 10 minutes after that company left my home, without my business. I called King Cooling and Heating at 12:30 pm. The owner called me back directly and said he could get a technician out within 2 hours. They arrived at 2:00 pm and my AC was fixed at 2:30 pm!!! Ivan and Job were both respectful and honest. They took the time to show me what was wrong, explain how they were going to fix it, and showed me the work after the repair. Ivan showed me the pressure gauge after the refrigerant was replaced to ensure me the there was no more leaking. The owner took the time to follow up with me after the repair to ensure I was satisfied. I am 100% satisfied! Thank you Jesse, Ivan and Job for your quick assessment and repair. We are cool again!

On Tuesday night I realized my ac wasn't blowing any cold air so I called around a few places and luckily found King Cooling. They answered the phone professionally and efficiently. I then got a call from a technician (Allen) within 5 minutes. He understood my urgency and came over right away to help. Im a new homeowner so I have a lot to learn but Allen educated me the whole way. The price was also fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend King Cooling and really appreciate the service.

I called King Cooling after “Fast Affordable Air” told us that it would cost us 7-10k to get the unit working.
Alan from King Cooling came and within minutes of looking at the unit told us that it was just a coolant leak, our unit was in good shape. He did some quick repairs and maintenance. My AC went out late on a Saturday and King Cooling and Heating was responsive and got me back up and running by 9am on Monday morning. They came out and were able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and had the complete repair done in under 1 hour. Both techs were professional and very friendly. I couldn't be more pleased!

We had our warehouse swamp coolers serviced before starting them up for the 2022 summer season. Our mechanic was super excited because they are putting out more cold air than previous years. The only problem is that they get BUSY. We waited 2 months for our appointment because multiple wind days kept pushing their work days back. They were alyways helpful when I called.

AC unit stopped functioning, was referred to King Cool, Eddie(Their tech) came out, checked everything out, tried a few quick fixes, but alas the old unit had "expired"! Next step estimate for replacement. Eddie was thorough, went up into attic to check furnace stats and to measure opening for new equipment. With full estimate, shopped for second opinion, all higher. New units installed today, Eddie and his co-workers, worked hard and got the new outdoor unit through a very tight walkway to side yard. Entire process was clean and we are very happy to have a/c back on on the bedroom side of house. King Cool was the right choice and I am glad to be able to pass on my recommendation.

Marissa and her team have been amazing, thorough, and helpful throughout the process of obtaining and installing an evaporative cooling system at my facility. There were a couple of mishaps with one of the evaporative coolers; however, Marissa organized her team to get things checked out and fixed within 48-72 hours of me emailing her. I recently signed a lease for a new restaurant space, the walk in refrigerator was not working when I signed the lease and didn't have a clue to what was wrong with it.
When I had a different a company diagnose it they told me I would need to replace the evaporator coil and condenser coil and who knows what else...i don't really understand refrigeration, but basically replace all but the base. I also had a sandwich refrigerated prep table that I was told to toss out and start looking for a new one, it would cost more to repair than to buy one. Second bid...I was told since the unit did not have refrigerant, they would have to go searching for a leak that can take up to 8 hours!
I happen to see the King Cooling and Heating van while driving, and decided to give them a call. I am so happy I did! Its so refreshing to find honest people. Alan not only repaired the leaks in the walk in refrigerator, which did not take 8 hours! (Also: SURPRISE! no need to replace the coils, they work just fine) but also got the sandwich prep table to work!
As a new business owner (for ANY biz owner) this equipment is expensive to replace and Alan not only repaired it for a fair price, he advised on how to get a longer life on these appliances. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!

We highly recommend King Cooling and Heating. We called to get a quote on replacement of both our a/c units, furnace's, and some duct work. They scheduled us for a next day appt. Jesse, the owner, came out and quoted us a very reasonable price so we said lets do it! Our installation appt was set for the same week. All work was completed in one business day by Eddie and his partner. They were very polite and professional. They went over all the work that was done with us in detail. Great family owned business. We are extremely happy and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

This company is amazing! We unfortunately had work done last year by someone who wasn't competent and it destroyed our entire hvac system. King Cooling saved us. They had to replace our entire system and did it in such a timely and professional way. They were respectful to us and our home and we couldn't be happier with how well our system runs now.

Just had condenser (AC), coil and furnace replaced in my home. Techs were on time for installation. They removed old unit and replaced with new Amana. Job took about 6 hours. Very clean install on both indoor and outdoor units. Covered floors to ensure install areas remained clean. Tech took pictures when completed. Unit is working great with newly installed smart thermostat. Couldn't be happier with the service. Very courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend.
