If I could give this company a 10 Star review I would. The owner Jesse it Truly a man of his word, on time very punctual. I had an issue @ my daughters (single mom) home with her hvac unit late Friday night and He had a tech @ her house 1st thing Saturday morning as promised. He sent out a young man named Luke who was kind courteous and very knowledgeable. He had us up and running in a very short time. Luke is a exception to the rule for his generation. He explained everything he was doing and why and even went above and beyond what his expected task was to make sure everything was running perfectly...Thanks Luke, your service and attitude is and was invaluable. I am a LV native of 62 years and this company is an exceptional find.

Received FAST and professional service. They actually did some extra work and did not charge me for it. I have used King Cooling exclusively and will continue to call them first.

I wish visit costs would be disclosed upon scheduling. A simple warranty check that probably could've been done over the phone cost me $89.
If only they recorded calls I could get a refund because it was never mentioned.

My split system was not only due for replacement but it failed on us mid July 2024. King Cooling & Heating came out and installed an upgraded system. Also, who ever installed the old system in the attic space, did NOT mount it correctly. King took the liberty to fix it. Fast forward to today, King came out to take a look at it before mother nature turned it's oven on for Las Vegas. Everything checked out and now time to run it. Thank you King! Would recommend using this company.

I’ve owned homes in Las Vegas for a long time and have dealt with plenty of service companies. Lance from King Air Duct Cleaning was one of the few who actually impressed me.

He showed up exactly on time, walked me through what he was doing, and explained how the system works instead of just rushing through the job.

The dryer duct alone had some massive lint buildup from years of accumulation. Watching what he pulled out of there made me realize how overdue the cleaning was.

What really stood out was that he didn’t just clean and leave. He tested everything afterward, checked connections, tightened a few things that were loose, and made sure the airflow was right before wrapping up.

That extra attention to detail is rare.

Richard from Premier Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job with our AC repairs. When it was finally time to replace the old furnace, Jesse helped me choose a new, energy-efficient unit that keeps every level of our home comfortable and helps save on utility bills, which is really important in the hot Nevada climate. He also installed a filter system that does a great job cleaning the air, which has really helped my kids with allergies and asthma. What a delightful experience working with Jesse and his team. We own a property in Las Vegas and reside elsewhere. This winter, the heater broke down, and together we successfully arranged for the system's repair. When my furnace broke down, I did extensive research on the subject. I received 3 estimates and decided to go with Premier Heating & Cooling. I'd been informed by them that I needed to replace my furnace, which would cost me around $8000. They even went as far as to puncture my ductwork to suggest that I was getting a CO2 reading of ONE ppm. However, I decided to seek a second opinion and contacted Premier Heating & Cooling. Their tech visit cost me half of what the other company charged. They reassured me that my 13-year-old furnace should still be under warranty and that a CO2 reading of 50 ppm is what would actually be concerning. Luke, their technician, adjusted the gas flow and replaced the filter. He even suggested I schedule a maintenance call in a couple of years. In addition to this, Luke went above and beyond, adjusting the temperature on my recently installed hot water tank after it came up in our conversation. I really appreciate their honesty and top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be a returning customer and I can't recommend Premier Heating & Cooling enough!

We had worked with this team previously, and when our old heater from 1999 finally gave out, they still offered the best rates. Wesley's honesty and practical advice on which unit I should go for were much appreciated. They didn't try to push their priciest product on me just to earn extra. Although I wasn't present for the inspection and sales from Richard, I compared prices and decided to go with his services because they were $400 cheaper. My requirement was simple - a single furnace AC/heat unit replacement. The cost was around 9k. Other firms attempted to sell their units with the lure of a 'tax rebate' discount, but I'm not particularly interested in 'tax rebates' as they generally don't benefit me. The team did an excellent job with the installation. Everyone, from those handling phone calls to Jesse, the installer, and other technicians, were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
