I recently had Marlowe out for a system inspection as part of my routine preventative maintenance, and I couldn't be more impressed. It’s a relief to work with someone so thorough and professional.

Mathew White with Yes! Plumbing was prompt. He wore shoe covers to protect my home. Mathew told me what was wrong with my 14 year old tankless water heater. He told me what it would cost to fix it vs buying brand new. The following day he installed my new tankless water heater and pump. He went to all the bathrooms to check the hot water and corrosion on the faucets and replaced the screens as needed. He gave me his card if I have any concerns. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Having my water heater was a quick process from beginning to end. Chris who came out to assess the job was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. Nick and his partner ( didn’t get his name) came out and did the install were also friendly and knowledgeable. They got the tank installed very efficiently and answered all my questions. From the time I walked into Lowe’s to ask about getting a water tank installed and the time the install was complete was about three and a half hours!

Max was wonderful from beginning to end. Wonderful customer service, introduction, communication from the company, friendly, knowledgeable, questions answered and much more. He gave us answers on the next step of what should be done and even showed us the areas he was checking out and recommendations through pictures of work that should be done, ie. duct cleaning and how filthy the dust was in the attic. We had a check-up on our AC/ heating unit. Perfect timing. We chose to get an upgraded filter through them, which is a newer filter that lasts longer than the regular cardboard filter. All- in- all, I'm excited to have had this done.

I needed a drain snaked, I had used Yes in the past many times, the last two time I called the service was not good. Again, I tend to use the same company for things I need as I consider myself fairly loyal. However I was quoted over $1000 for a simple snake, a 5 minute job. It was highway robbery. I declined the service and called someone else that did the same job for $100. Beware of Yes, and get a second opinion before using them. I do not recommend them any longer.

USA was the vendor who Lowe’s sent out to give me a quote to replace an aging gas hot water heater. The two person crew was professional and offered me a couple of options. They were able to the job same day and left everything spotless. We had ample hot water within an hour after the work was finished. The price was higher than I anticipated but I’m happy the work got done.

Living here in Vegas comes with the challenge of having to survive the heat from maybe May to September. Last year the heat lasted until October. The house we live in is 30 years old and the HVAC hasnt been replaced since. My wife and i decided that we would seek out 3 installers but ultimately decided with Yes. Yes knew what was important to us given our budget and that they had a commitment to make get everything right and earn our trust. From George, to Angie, Dalton, Tadd and his two other teammates who did the install and Mike who replaced our dry wall, nothing short of great.

Their job is backed by their guarantees. And they take time to addrss any questions as this is a huge financial investment for the home. I recommend yes for their HVAC install. They also have plumbing and electrical which i might also seek out in the future just because of the good experience we had with their HvAc team.

Excellent professional service. The technicians explained what they were doing before the start of work and showed me camera footage of the present drain pipe. After the work was done they showed me footage of the clean drains. I'm glad I got to see what was done. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad I got it done.

We called this company because our heater wasn’t working and needed a diagnostic. From the start, the experience was a mess. We made multiple appointments, and they would either delay them or not show up at all. I had to call several times just to get someone out to the house. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

When the technician finally did come out, he did nothing to fix the issue. In fact, he actually unplugged a wire, making the system appear worse than it was, which felt extremely dishonest and manipulative.

They then tried to charge us $1,600 for repairs. Later we found out the actual issue was just a sensor that costs around $50. When we asked if we could simply buy the part from them and have someone else install it, they refused. They wouldn’t even tell us what part was needed, claiming only they could do the repair. Huge red flag.

I also asked the technician about the job, and he said it was very hard and time-consuming, which turned out to be completely untrue. We ended up calling another company who replaced the sensor and completed the repair in about 2 hours, parts and labor included, for $300 total. No complications, no scare tactics, and no nonsense.

This company feels like it relies on delays, misinformation, and pressure tactics to overcharge customers. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money—go with a more honest HVAC company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Called Yes Heat, Air & Plumbing to replace 2 hydronic units in a vacation condo we purchased. They did the work immediately in one day as we are seldom there being a vacation unit. But the plumber didn't purge the air from the lines after making the connections to the hot water heater because he finished right at the end of day, so the heat didn't work when first needed. But they did come and get that corrected.

My 2 biggest issues and reasons for the 1 star review was:

1 - Pricing. We could have gotten a much better price from another installer but they couldn't get to it as quickly and we were leaving the next day for an extended period.

2 - Yes Heat & Air enrolled us in their service contract without our knowledge or consent. They started calling & emailing non-stop within a week or two after they had just been there wanting to schedule a service visit. I asked them repeatedly to cancel the service contact and to quit contacting me, but the unwanted contacts continued. I blocked phone #'s but they'd then call from a different phone number.

There is a reason they weren't busy and could get to our install quickly while better companies have constant workloads. There's a reason Yes has to boast of their contract with Home Depot & Lowes to try to get work while legit companies stay busy from better reviews and referral business. There's a reason they enroll you in their service contract without your consent trying to promote future work. There's a reason they charge much more than legit companies.

I wish I had never used them and will never use them again. Even if I need warranty work, I'll pay a legit company for service if needed before I'd let Yes Heat & Air do any warranty work for free.

Christian was amazing. He did a full check of our plumbing and fixed the drainage in our master bathroom. He was very polite and professional. He made us aware of a few things we should address and gave recommendations of how to proceed. He was fantastic. I will specifically ask for him for future needs. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

James & his partner was great. They did a great job flushing our water heater etc. They also check the Anode. Just so you know, they say it should be changed every year & when YES changes it the cost is over $350.00 for $19.99 general flushing. The part only costs $159.00.
Buyer beware.

Had a great experience with Victor, Fernando and Brian from Yes! very professional, and explained the issue with my AC unit clearly. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Rafiq and Chris were amazing and Kind. Rafiq was pretty fast with installing my water heater and he did a fantastic job . Thank you both very much!

Always will go with these guys for repairs. They were fast and honest about all of their work, showing pictures and explaining things through the entire process. Both gentlemen, Aaron and James, who came to the house were friendly and empathetic to our situation and all previous work we have had from this company have held up in quality. I will always 100% recommend Yes! for their services! Thank you!

Pipe was broken when digging for the septic tank so it could be cleaned out. Two very nice men Jason & Tony came out at 8:00am with Chris to give me a price. Jason & Tony left to get parts for the repair. Return 9:00 - 11:00 time working on the system. The price was higher then I had budgeted for.. It had to be done I was without sewer for two days. I'm 72 years old and handicapped, resent widow 3/2025. Whats done is done. Monica Lundeen
Note: Chris & Jason came out yesterday stating the hole needed to be dougout to expose all the pipe to the septic tank. They would return today to do work. No quote was given at that time.

Anyone who lives in Vegas knows that finding the right plumber is a craps game. I was lucky enough to stumble onto YES! My waterheater replacement a year ago was flawless - service was quick and detailed descriptions of everything being done along the way helped put our minds at ease.

This year, our shower became a problem that was easily fixed in Christian's knowledgeable hands. He was professional and his guidance helped us catch a major issue brewing in our pipes. He also took the time to help us finish a project we started and was collecting dust. The best part of all of it was his pleasant nature, and his understanding that these fixes can be super costly. He worked with his manager to get us a great deal which further solidified our feelings that we got the right people to handle our needs. Definitely recommend!!!

I had 2 AC units replaced last year. They were a 2 1/2 1 ton, and a 3 1/2 ton Unit that I've had for the last 31 years.

I bought them at a reasonable price for both units. One was replaced in July, and the other in October. I just had a service person out today. Who checked my AC units to make sure they were okay. No charge.

Next week, I have a plumber coming out to service my tankless water heater. Again, no charge.

YES was amazing! On time, committed to listening and figuring the heat/ac issue out quick! Booked through Lowes and they replaced a thermostat!! Waited four years to figure upstairs situation out unfortunately and SO glad I took Lowes/YES man up on his offer last week. So Happy and blessed by the outcome. Highly recommend them over a competitor that takes money each month!
