Two technicians came to conduct a Quality Inspection of 2 recently installed HVAC systems. During the inspection, a water leak was observed. Rather than calling the office to have another appointment to fix the issue, they went back to the office to get the parts needed, returned, and completed the repair today. I really appreciated this outstanding customer service. The 2 systems were found to be operating as expected. City permits were signed off by a City inspector and all is good to go. Sierra HVAC is very customer focused and I highly recommend them for HVAC issues. This Quality Inspection was included in the price of the systems.

I first want to say that my parents have used Sierra Air and Plumbing for decades. They are a very reputable company when it comes to quality work and professionalism. However, they are very overpriced ($3,700 estimate) when it comes to 40 gal gas water tank installation. Shop around for estimates. I requested 2 other estimates from reputable companies that have been around as long as Sierra, and both were within $150 of each other, did the same work necessary for city code inspection that Sierra intended to do and were $1,500 cheaper than Sierra.

He was very professional and nice. Although the service window was from 8am-8pm, they notified me about an hour before his arrival and he also reached out to me to let me know far away he was when he was on his way. Mike reviewed all the findings with me and made recommendations on what to look out for in regards to potential concerns. I appreciated that he went back out to his truck to get shoe covers before entering the house, even though I said it was ok to enter.

Our service technician Ricardo was excellent. He was courteous, respectful and careful of our household. He explained everything thoroughly and maintained a pleasant attitude the entire time he was here.

Daniel was amazing. Very professional and friendly. We sat and he explained everything and answered all questions until I felt comfortable. Went over all my options and took his time. Appreciate you. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great company to give them a shot.

The techs were nice guys. Those guys were 5 stars. That’s where it stops. Their prices are insanity!! Know this trade well. They also don’t diagnose well. I already knew what the issue was and pointed them in the wrong direction a little because I knew it was a more expensive repair. They bit and came back with a price triple what it should have been, if that were indeed the problem, which is wasn’t. Shame on Sierra

Winter was fabulous to work with. She was determined to solve our problem with multiple faucet leaks, and her team stuck with it until every faucet in our house was working properly. This was a major effort. They were calm and professional and made sure we were satisfied and informed about all the repairs that had been made.

Sierra Air has been our go to company since they replaced our AC unit in 2020. We had the new unit die while in warranty and they were on top of getting it fixed ASAP with no cost to us. This time we got a new gas dryer and the valve was frozen shut after last being used 16 years ago when we got the house and dryer. We think it was the original 1984 valve. So we had to replace it. I usually do what I can when it comes to home repairs but gas lines are not my specialty. I recommend Sierra whenever I can. I would have preferred a real person when I called instead of the AI virtual assistant they used but did have a real person call be back and confirm things. 5 stars for everyone involved at Sierra.

I met the most fantastic individual from Sierra A. C. & Plumbing. Glenn is a very knowledgeable technician! After checking for a gas leak which I did not end up having and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which was much appreciated. Glenn completed a WHOLE HOME plumbing inspection. I told him about another company that I used to have a maintenance contract with and he told me what Sierra had to offer. Sierra is more cost friendly, better work and so much friendlier. We are more than satisfied with Glenn's professionalism, personality and cleanliness that I truly trust him in my home and recommend his services through Sierra A. C. & Plumbing!!!

Appreciate Mr. Jay Dagadag’s professional presentation and introduction of himself when he arrived at our place. From the very start, he told us what he’ll be doing including estimated time. He was very thorough in performing our HVAC system inspection and maintenance evidenced by videos, pictures as he talked of our HVAC system including recommended preventive maintenance. Very professional, communicative and excellent listening skills. Before leaving, he made sure system is working, including the upgraded filtering system he installed. Highly recommended.

Our intake filter grate was installed with faulty hinges and recently fell on one of our heads. Sierra refuses to cover the repair, despite being the installer of the HVAC system in a barely two year old house. They advised us to contact the builder....even though it was their low quality product and/or lackadaisical installation.

Glenn is a great guy, very thorough and courteous with going through our needed repairs. He broke down the different options we had and was willing to listen to what best fit our budget. Highly recommend Sierra air-conditioning and plumbing.

Alex was here yesterday. He was amazing! He did a VERY thorough job of inspecting every bit of plumbing we have in the house and took pictures of everything. At the end of his comprehensive visit, he went over each picture and showed me what he found. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He also did a couple of extra things I asked for like testing all of our 3 reverse osmosis systems and the water softener equipment. You couldn't ask for a better service and I will always ask for him for all my future plumbing needs!

Kevin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and honest during the AC inspection, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish from Matthew. My AC downstairs went out and it’s been unbearable the last few days. I saw the number for Sierra air conditioning and plumbing on my thermostat and decided to give them a call instead of going through my home warranty. They sent Matthew over the very next day. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He gave me several options at different price points. I decided to use Sierra’s AC control. Not only was it 1/8th the price of my old models price, it had more features. Unfortunately, Matthew didn’t have the AC control in his truck. What does he do? He calls a coworker to see if they were able to drop one off. Unfortunately they were out. At this point, I say we could reschedule for another day. For Matthew, that wasn’t good enough. Probably because he could see the temperature downstairs was pretty uncomfortable. He takes it upon himself to drive 40 minutes back to work to get me two ac controllers. He had them installed in half the time. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere. The reason why these guys have such great reviews is because they do a great job. I was so impressed, I decided to buy the monthly maintenance package. If something goes wrong, this is the company you want in your corner.

First time with Andrew Trujillo. He is thorough; he explains things well by breaking things down and making sure one understands what has and is transpiring; a great communicator and very personable. they arrived on time and listened to my description of my problem. They evaluated my needs and recommended a better product at a great price. They completed the installation, tested it for proper function, and instructed me on the modes of operation. They cleaned up any debris resulting from the installation. Communication was effective during the entire process. The are my choice for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

I recently had a plumbing issue where tree roots from our front lawn had infiltrated the sewer pipe, causing a blockage. I called Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and Mark Trevon and Luis were assigned to fix the problem. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly informative throughout the process.

They expertly dug up, removed, and replaced the affected section of the pipe, cutting away the roots and refilling the hole efficiently. What impressed me most was how quickly they completed the job—much faster than I had anticipated!

I even had a question after hours and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response. I would definitely recommend Mark and Luis, along with Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They deserve a solid 10 out of 10!
