My husband and I highly recommend this heater repair company to anyone in Las Vegas looking for reliable service. Wesley came out to check our old heating unit, listened carefully to our budget concerns, and gave us three different price options for a top-quality replacement. Whenever I called the office with questions, Jesse was always helpful and explained everything clearly. When it was time for the installation, Luke and Wesley arrived as scheduled, removed our old unit, and put in the new heater. They were polite, professional, and took great care while working in our home. We appreciated that they used shoe covers every time they stepped inside and kept our floors clean. The whole process went smoothly, and they made sure everything was spotless before they left. Our new heater works perfectly, and we are very pleased with the results. Our first experience with this company was when Wesley came out a few years ago to give our old heater a tune-up. He did a great job back then, so when it was time to replace the unit, we knew exactly who to call. We are so happy with their heater repair and installation services, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating work in Las Vegas.

I had the servicemen here this morning. After 449 dollars later and new igniter and cleaned flame sensor( according to them) the heater started working and when it has reached the desired temperature stopped but now it’s not working again. Horrible! I will never trust you guys again. Inconsistent service men about pricing and diagnosis. So I am 449 short and no heater! This will be reported to better business bureau also.

All I will say, is get more than one estimate, if you get one from YES! We needed a few(3) fittings replaced and was given a ridiculous route to replace a perfectly good pipe at an outlandish fee! When we questioned the quote, we were told there's more to it than just replacing the pipe. Such as, purging the system. Which amounts to opening faucets to let the air out. I can only imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by this company.

Professional, Kind, Friendly, and knowledgeable.. Mark was great & Jesse was even better, as he needs to be promoted. His detailed explanation of what I needed and why made me feel comfortable with making an immediate decision to move forward with his suggestions by having a new complete A/C unit installed the same day.

Got bullied into buying a water heater at a price we could not afford because they used scare tactics and pushy sales techniques. Then tried to up-sale products and services we did not need. Then they hounded us for a year to come do services we did not ask for. Finally, when our yearly flush came due that was included with our new water heater, the technician again tried to push services we did not ask for, stripped the bolt on top so bad he could not complete part of the service and then said we didn't need to check that part anyway because it's still so new. Overall I would not recommend due to their shady sales tactics and inexperienced technicians.

Technician performed a high quality job. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. I think I should have been informed about what to expect with the permit process before the rough-in work was completed and I did not know how long it would be before the crew came back and finished the work. I did not get multiple quotes, but I think the price for the work was pretty high. But they were able to start immediately and did a quality job.

The two gentlemen arrived at 9 am - after we called at 7 am. They were able to pop the clog out at the clean out valve quickly and were done! They explained our options to avoid this issue in the future. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I had Charlie & Richard out yesterday to do maintenance. Today I had Alberto Meza out for a follow up. Alberto took time to explain about my unit, since I just bought my condo in July. I really appreciated his patience and kindness. I will recommend Yes. It’s hard to find a company thats been in business for a long time. They also put in my hot water heater & garbage disposal. I can’t stress enough the value of a regular maintenance plan. Not only for the longevity of the unit, but also when you go to sell, buyers want proof of maintenance invoices. Thank you YES!!!

We had a FREE Hot Water Heater Flush for our 1 & 1/2 year old Hot Water Heater. They did a GREAT JOB! Very Professional & they were very helpful! I WILL CALL YES again this Year to have another Free Flush, & my Anod Rod replaced. Thank you!

My plumbing technician Ivo provided great customer service. He inspected my entire home and was honest with the repairs I'll eventually need. The customer service/dispatch team kept me in the loop regarding my window time status and to let me know that technician was in route. I truly appreciate the communication and awesome service.

Great, fast service. No hidden fees or scams. Friendly gentleman who are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Photos are of old water heater configuration and new more efficient configuration.

I’ll be calling a different company next time I need service.

So I called Yes a few times and finally got in touch with customer service. They made me feel better. And they ultimately made good on making their work look better.

(Added photos) I am happier with end results now.
I still had to pay a third party to come out and do drywall and paint their work.

End result is Yes worked hard to make things right for me. I don’t think I was asking a lot for the amount I paid. I’d still think twice about using them as I had to do a lot of communicating back and forth to get their work to look professional.

Yes! Did a tankless water heater install (sub contracted via Lowe’s)

I was informed about cuts that were needed to be made in the drywall. Ok. And new vent housing on exterior (though there was a mistake made, a second “half” hole to the left of now correct hole on interior dry wall).

They do not repair dray wall or paint holes/cuts whatnots. They install, they don’t make it pretty post.
I was given a number of a handy man they recommended (NOT included in 10k price)

I really appreciated the quick work of restoring hot water to my house.

Not quite sure why the new gas line was run the way it was (last pic). maybe once it’s painted to match the house it will be less an eye soar.

The installer was professional, courteous and informative. A nice guy. I really appreciated the work he preformed.

-1 star Due to gas line being the way it was without consultation.
-1 star for repairs/paint not being included within the price of this.

At this price I wouldn’t have balked if it was 100 or 200 more for drywall and paint repair. I have to now call someone to come out and make their work look nice.

I might have them come back and re run the exterior gas line. Why approval wasn’t asked before drilling and mounting? I don’t know.

I suppose am satisfied with the work preformed. The tankless water heater works as it is supposed to. I just don’t like the condition things are left after the fact and that it’s now op to me to clean up their work.

If I were to hire Yes! again, I’d pay closer attention to all the work preformed and make sure it’s done exactly as specified.

These guys are top notch professionals! One of the first HONEST companies that I’ve found here in Vegas.
They were on time, worked quickly and stuck to their quote without trying to upsell me anything. The best part is they finish the job and I made it to work on time.

YES installed a AC and Furnace for $14k at my home at the end of March. They’ve been out 4 times since to “repair” it. The first time saying we needed to buy a $1,500 part to fix it, which wasn’t under warranty. Fortunately I didn’t because it wasn’t the problem. However they have struggled to fix it. Hopefully after today it will be resolved. They did try to sell me on a $1,000 filter system today and claimed that the Costco filters are bad. I would steer clear from YES and go with Super Service Air if you are trying to decide.

Update: Still not working and being called out again.

That was all on a Saturday and now Sunday afternoon it starts leaking through my ceiling. The third technician that was sent out on Saturday said that when the other two technicians pitched the furnace to drain properly that most likely one of the pvc pipes had become disconnected and was leaking. He sent me that video. So he bypassed it to go out the second backup drain to let the water drain out into our garage. Just to get us through the weekend until he could speak with his manager or someone who had more experience than him. His words. The water did go through the secondary but we also now have water coming out through our ceiling underneath our drain pan. Another technician is on their way.

Had 2 new A/C-heating units installed. Worked a great price for me thanks to Robert. Everything went great and install was fast and quality work before, during and after the install was completed. Been in Vegas all my life so I knew the YES name well. They will stand behind their work 24/7. Peace of mind is big for me.

Eric and Manny came to do a maintenance air duct cleaning today and I was incredibly impressed by their politeness and their kindness. Two very sweet and respectful young men who made me feel comfortable and informed. I really can't say enough how kind and polite these two were! If you are a manager please give these two their praises!

Outstanding Service from YES AC and Technician Jacob Madril!

I’ve trusted YES AC for years — they replaced the entire AC unit at my previous home, and because of their excellent service, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my new home. Today, technician Jacob Madril came out for a routine inspection and maintenance on my heating system, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Jacob went above and beyond during the visit. Not only did he complete a full maintenance check to prepare my heating system for the upcoming Fall and Winter months, but he also took the time to troubleshoot and fix my Honeywell thermostat, which had been giving me issues. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain what he was doing throughout the process.

It’s rare these days to find technicians who truly care about their customers, but Jacob is one of them. His professionalism and attention to detail reflect exactly why I continue to use YES AC for all of my HVAC, heating, and water-heater needs.

Had a Possible water leak in 2 Bathroom walls. they inspected and diagnosed it was from shower curtain, constantly water hitting the wall thus damaging the drywall inside. Just need clean all mold etc and new drywall. Thank you!
