My wife and I were very pleased with their customer service. The technician made sure we understood what was going on . There wasn’t any pressure on trying to sell us something that we didn’t need. They did recommend some service and due to the high temperatures coming so we decided to do the recommendations. I would highly recommend them .

Eddie was very professional and helpful. Will use service again if needed in the future.
Our AC stopped working yesterday and I called first thing this morning. Eddie arrived as scheduled and service was great!

First off Jesse the owner is hands down the best in the biz. He was on a vacation/wedding get away and still took the time to consult with me and get everything scheduled and handled. Super knowledgeable and backs up his word with quality work and quality products.

His team was amazing as well. Couldn’t be happier with the results. King Cooling was actually my second call to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. If I had went with the other company I would have been charged more for never heard of off brand units and dodgy work.

I don’t understand how you guys have such great reviews yet your customer service for my family is crazy.

Speaking for my mom who’s 72 and English is her second language.

My parents encountered King Cooling 4 times in person.

Her and my father are on a fixed income. Promising $280 will be the cost yet charged $350. Said they didn’t know when the unit was gonna go out in the next week, next month etc but it will. 45 mins later it did…. 45 MINS LATER after you left.

Called them over the phone to ask for them to come out and look at it again or if not $100 back to purchase fans. Refused both. And only countered with if you want to make a payment plan to get a new unit we would gladly set that up for you and give you $150 discount.

Mind you it’s 3 digit degrees outside when this went.

Next day another company came out fixed it within 30 minuets at a low cost. It’s the best it’s ever worked. And placed a guarantee it will work for another summer or two.

My upstairs heater stoped working and would only cycle. I called and talked to the owner Deanna and she had a tech out to the house within 1 hour. Eddie the tech was very nice and knowledgeable he had my heater up and running within 15 minutes and can’t thank you guys enough for the great service and exceptional customer service.

We have used King cooling and heating twice last summer for two different reasons and once this summer. They responded quickly and promptly. The technician arrived on time and was able to fix each of our issues within no time. Eddie was super helpful with all my husband’s questions. Luke !!!!!! came out to my home promptly and troubleshooted my A/C unit. They called me with a 30 minute arrival time. Luke arrived professional manner. He was supper cool and very knowledgeable. He explained all the units and different stages of controls. He went up into the attic and accessed the issue.
I highly recommend this company and the service level was beyond what most companies offer.

With just the quote and value of time that was spent explaining what I can do and what I need this company gets 5 stars.

Our experience with King Cooling & Heating was extremely disappointing. Their technician came out last month and spent less than 15 minutes with our unit, charging us $450 just to “clean a contact” using a brush & soap. This did absolutely nothing to solve the issue.

He then suggested we consider installing an additional unit—a major upgrade costing between $10,000 to $15,000—to help keep up with the heat and the size of our commercial space. No further diagnostics or suggestions were made.

Frustrated, we called a different HVAC company that’s been in Las Vegas for over 30 years, specializing in commercial A/C. They found the real issue in less than an hour: a register was randomly opening during the afternoon heat, letting in 110-degree air. They fixed it permanently for just $150, and the system has worked perfectly for the past three weeks.

We had to bring in another company less than 24 hours after paying King Cooling and Heating for a visit that provided no results. We would not recommend them based on this experience.

I had my home on the market and had a potential buyer. One of the steps in selling your home is an inspection. There were issues with one of the air condition units. My agent linked me to King Cooling and Heating. A gentleman by the name of Luke was exceptional in his knowledge of the problems I was having. My old unit was making a rattling noise out of the blue. When I called they were able to get someone out later the same day. Luke arrived and I explained the situation. He climbed up on the roof and checked it out. Lucky for me there wasn't any obvious issues. Something hit the fan and caused the noise but it had stopped shortly after I called King. Luke was very polite and professional the whole way. He never tried to sell me extras and made sure I was set before leaving. I'll use King again in the future! Very good and honest company!

Luke did one hell of a job. The first day he showed up he was personable, understood the frustration between Home Insurance, and fixed the small hiccup my system was having. Hence why I scheduled for just a full HVAC System Maintenance. Again was smooth, very well priced, and the work was done quickly and correctly. Luke did an amazing job, please let him know.
