I have trusted my heating/air conditioning needs to Sun Country for 11 or 12 years and they are tremendous. I highly recommend them.

Their prices are reasonable and, most importantly, they are honest and their customers' welfare tops their list. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to explain things in layman's terms. I don't know what I would do without them.

Wow, where do I even begin? From the very first phone call to the very end of the service, they were absolutely incredible! Michael, the schedule coordinator (I’m so sorry I forgot her name), and Aaron, the technician, made this experience truly unforgettable. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for almost 30 years and have worked with other HVAC companies, but this Sun Country Heating and Cooling truly stands out. They’re so efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. They’re the ones I’ll definitely call again! My family and I are so grateful for your quick response.

Sun country was recommended to me by a current customer. Making an appointment was just a simple phone call. The technician was very thorough and respectful of my property. Carlos answered all my questions. My parents also had Sum country at their property. They had other companies come out for service and because they are elderly it was recommended they replace the entire unit. The technician reassured them that at this time replacement of the system is not necessary. We are going to stay with Sun country for our HVAC Company;)

I called at 6pm. They were still in the office. They sent a tech at 8:30am the next day and he fixed the AC w/o up charging. They are an excellent value. I would use & recommend them w/o hesitation.

I called to get my AC units serviced before the summer heat kicks in. Sun Country was very responsive in getting me in their schedule. Same day appointment in fact! The tech (Shay-sp?) was very good. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He definitely was not just going through the motions or tried to upsell me on something that I did not need (unlike other not so reputable AC companies). Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service, responsiveness, overall feeling of trust. Thank you, Sun Country!

I decided I wanted to go with this company. I talked to Cheryl (I hope the name is correct) and she was so nice and helpful. Cameron the technician came and looked at both of my units. I have been having some problems with my air conditioner. After the inspection, Cameron explained the results and everything so far looks good. He sent me pictures. Cameron was professional and straight forward. I couldn't be happier. I feel very postive with this company and I will only have them working on my air conditioner in the future.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Sun County Heating and Cooling, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Our AC unit went kaput, and from the moment I called, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive.
Cameron, the technician who came out, was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and most importantly, he quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and walked me through the repair process step-by-step. Cameron was efficient, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. He got our AC up and running perfectly in no time, and he even offered some helpful tips for maintenance to prevent future problems.
It's truly refreshing to encounter such a skilled and courteous professional. Sun County Heating and Cooling, and specifically Cameron, provided top-notch service that exceeded my expectations. If you're in need of any HVAC services, do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Cameron showed up within 30 minutes from the time I called Sun Country. He diagnosed the problem with my units and had both of them working in an hour. I was very pleased with his expertise. I would definitely recommend Sun Country for your Air Conditioning needs.

I had my A/C not cooling for over a week, this company responded immediately on short notice. Cheryl went out of her way to coordinate getting the tech scheduled and access to property You can't go wrong with this professional company. I highly recommend them if you are having A/C issues.

I am so glad I called Sun Country AC for help. My unit was not blowing cool air and it was Saturday afternoon, I called and 25 minutes later Martin from Sun Country was at my house inspecting my unit. He was accurate and very knowledgeable.. Can't believe all of the 5 star reviews. I am the only one that received bad service on a preventative maintenance inspection? My one year old system was not running appropriately so I called for preventative maintenance service. Received a report and was told ALL was good. Well, apparently evaluating the level of refrigerant is NOT part of PM as about a month and a half later a leak was found in the unit. My power bill for the coolest July in 10 years is more than the power bill from July 2024, which had 9 record HIGH days. Just crazy. Ray continued to tell me how efficient my NEW system was, totally ignoring the fact that it ran 22% of the time July 2024 and 57% of the time this July. So now I have a 1-year old system that may not last as long as it should since it ran almost ALL of the time when the day heated up June, July, and the first few days of August. Maybe their PM service doesn't cover checking refrigerant? Hard to tell. Tried to get someone to tell me where on the report I received, it stated the refrigerant was at an adequate level in June, but no one will respond. Talking to Rachel on the phone is a HUGE waste of time. And don't send emails to the service email as they receive too many and cannot respond beyond a one time, "Busy Monday. Will look into this" but then NEVER did.

Our AC started blowing hot air and it got super hot in our house. Martin came out right away and was in and out in under an hour! Helped us understand what happened and gave us a very honest and fair price for the repair. We will definitely be using Sun City for all of our HVAC repairs and maintenance from now on!

My AC went out of course on one of the hottest days of the summer. Sun Country responded quickly and professionally and determined that the compressor was shot. They had it replaced by the next morning. I’ve found them quick and professional, I would say that they are the very best.

We have used Sun Country multiple times. Excellent service whether it is an emergency or non-emergency situation. All the techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to sell you things you don't need.

We have had an entire new system installed as well as repairs on an old system and we have been happy with everything.

Ray and Cheryl treat you like family.

Very professional and fast service. My tech was young, but knew his business. Probably going to try to get him to work for me if he ever decides to move to Los Angeles.

Arrived Thursday evening for a birthday weekend Las Vegas adventure to a very HOT apartment with the AC not working. Called Sun Country that evening, Cheryl was very helpful and scheduled service for the following morning. The technician arrived first thing, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and got the AC unit cooling again...saved the weekend! Many thanks, I will use them again!

I had a leak after some DIY and called for some backup. They were so nice and the rep said she would call me back right away and let me know when they could come. She called back in a few minutes and said someone could be out that evening. So relieved! I finally managed to fix the issue right before the tech Carlos showed up. He was so so nice and just seemed happy everything was ok.
