Shopping for new air conditioning units is never fun.

It’s a major financial investment, and in the back of your mind, you’re just hoping your old system doesn’t fail before you figure things out. But more than anything, it’s psychologically intimidating—not knowing who to trust can make the whole process feel overwhelming.

After meeting with three other companies, choosing Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning was an easy decision.

Austin was the first to visit and gave a thorough inspection of my 25-year-old units. Unlike two other companies, he took the extra step to check the furnaces in my attic and clearly explained the issues and what my options were. He quickly reached out to Jordan, who generously came out the same day to walk me through several system options that fit both my budget and lifestyle. Even while I was out of the country, Jordan stayed in touch, responding promptly and communicating patiently and professionally.

That kind of service builds trust. I’ve always believed that the first impression is critical in any business interaction, and Austin and Jordan delivered. They were confident, compassionate, patient, and professional. I’d already had a great experience with Air Supply earlier this year when they cleaned my air ducts, so going back to them felt like the right move—and it absolutely was.

The installation process was just as impressive. Victor, Jose, and Julio—who installed the new AC unit and furnace—were punctual, professional, polite, and extremely patient with my (100+) questions and requests.

They all deserve top reviews on every platform. But here’s the best part: just a week after the first unit was installed, I was so satisfied that I called Air Supply back to replace the second old unit too. That speaks volumes. I couldn’t be more confident in the decision.

We purchased a new Amana 2 unit AC/Heater system June 2025. We had a mild summer so we actually never turned the system on until January 14,2026. The heater would turn on and then run for a few minutes and then shut off 🤔🤪It was 62 degrees in the house 🥶 I called the number on the unit and a technician was scheduled to come out that same afternoon. The technician Eric was knowledgeable, safe, and answered all the questions I asked, he performed a few diagnostic tests and found that the gas valve was faulty 🙃😶. He ordered a replacement and it is scheduled to arrive the following day. I chose this company after getting 12 other quotes. The reasons I chose Air Supply were that they had good reviews, the sales and customer service team were knowledgeable, they have numerous technicians that can service their products and they offered a competitive price. I am slightly surprised/frustrated by the Amana product not working and being brand new….the system is under warranty 🙏🏻, we have a second unit on the second floor and we will be testing it out tonight to make sure it works. I will update after the system is fixed 👍🏻

We just had our ducts cleaned by Michael and Joshua from Air Supply. They did a great job and made a few suggestions to improve our air quality.

I can’t say enough great things about our service technician, Danny. He was absolutely outstanding—professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained everything step by step, making sure we understood both what he was doing and what we needed to do moving forward.

When Danny first called, I unfortunately missed the call. Instead of moving on like many companies would, he waited about 10 minutes for me to call him back. That small act of consideration made a huge difference, because missing that appointment would have seriously impacted my business. I truly appreciated his patience and commitment to customer service.

The bottom line is this: Air Supply has A-1 employees and top-tier customer service. They will always be my first choice because of people like Danny. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service and a company that truly cares about its customers.

Today (3/5/26) I scheduled a tune up. Eric S. was the tech that serviced my units. He was very respectful and professional entering my home. I would recommend him to service your units if you choose air supply. Honestly, that guy needs a raise.

Best price and service in Vegas! After a parade of different HVAC companies came into my home and gave me prices from $9000 to $14,000 , Issac was able to tell me what his best price was for the job over the phone. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and I really liked the fact that I could stop by and talk to him, the owner.
Victor, Jose and Juan were amazing! They were all friendly and efficient even when my dogs tried to help! They installed the whole system in about 3 hours.

I had Air Supply install a couple of AC units back in July! The consult, Lisa, was fantastically knowledgeable and able to answer my questions perfectly! The team that put in my units were very efficient and courteous, as was the remote team that kept me in the communication loop for the after-install care. There have been no problems with the units thus far, and I am more than confident that should I have any problems in the future, Air Supply will do their best to resolve any issues. I have had nothing but good experiences with the whole team, and I wish them the continued success of their business!

Erik was very friendly, honest & knowledgeable! He fixed my Air Conditioner unit timely and gave me confidence that it would have a longer life. He is a very nice young man, with integrity, and has s a great future ahead!

The guys came in and cleaned my two units. I have a two story home and 4 dogs and 2 cats, iv been living in my home for 6 years, my niece has asthma so we thought it might be a good idea to get the vents cleaned. He came in and cleaned both units and I felt like it was a very professional job. He showed me before and after photos. My family said they can feel the difference in air quality, plus I have peace of mind knowing I got them clean. I highly recommend this company!!

Eric S was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to what was going on, and explained everything clearly.

He worked quickly but didn’t rush the job, and his attitude was professional and positive the entire time.

It’s not always easy to find service techs who communicate this well and actually seem to care/enjoy what they do, but Eric definitely does.

5 stars all the way. I won’t hesitate to call Air Supply again. Keep up the excellent work.

Install was today! Our A/C units were 16 years old and needed replacing. Replaced a 3 Ton and a 2 Ton. The Installation Crew was very professional and finished the job in under 8 hours. Thank you Air Supply for a job well done!

Jordan came out to my business to inspect our units. He was absolutely great, pointed out things that previous businesses overlooked or simply didn’t care about. Took the time to explain everything also. Very happy with the service he provided!

Thank you for your free estimate on replacing my existing mobile home's water heater. Phillip, your estimator, was prompt, professional, thorough and gave me a great overview of the replacement process, current code requirements and all of the pluses with going with Ambient Edge/Plumbing by Jake.

As I explained to the original scheduler, my water heater is currently working properly, but it's getting old and will need to be replaced within the next few months. While I liked everything Phillip said, the replacement cost far exceeded all others. In some cases the overall cost was almost double what other certified plumbers in the area quoted. I've only invited estimates from local plumbing business with excellent rating and customer service. I haven't made a final decision yet but am finding it difficult to justify such a huge discrepancy between your business and all of the others I've talked to.

My AC stopped working at some point while I was out of town. I came home at 9:30 pm to a 74° ac temp, but an actual indoor temp of 87°. Ugh.

I called multiple “24 hour service” places to be told their first available was tomorrow. Not helpful. I got a call back from Joel at Ambient Edge. He asked for all my info, said he’d call in a work order and update me. He text me and said he’d be here in an hour. He showed up right on time at 11:20 pm on a Saturday. So, so thankful!

Took a little over an hour + he had it figured out + fixed. I have AC again!! Joel was great + so thankful he called me back. Now I can sleep comfortably!

The technicians of Ambient Air are excellent. On this occasion technician Corey came to my home. He was courteous, respectful and well qualified. Twice I have used Ambient Air and twice they could have taken financial advantage of me but that has never happened. It's like having a good friend fix your problems. He did a complete evaluation of our system .
He found the condenser fan motor was failing.
Unfortunately your company has a flat rate for the replacement of this part . $900.00.
A $300.00 repair with most other company's.
Four nuts, & three wires to swap out.
Seems pretty excessive.
Your guy is great.
Your prices are another matter.

Brian and Steven are excellent technicians, were very professional, and got the job done the same day they arrived on scene! The only reason Ambient Edge loses a star is because the technicians used my hose without checking with me and it exploded, rendering it useless without offering a discount or to pay for a replacement hose. I would highly recommend this company!

A subsidiary, Plumbing by Jake, repaired a blockage in the line to the septic tank, which was preventing me from using my kitchen sink and dish washer. They came at the time promised and replaced the line and moved the clean-out pipe out from under the porch. They fit me in at the end of the day but made it possible for me to use my sink until they could come back. Today, I noticed a leak under my sink - water was bubbling slowly out of the trap. Someone was here in less than 2 hours and replaced old worn parts at no charge. I like the way this business cares for its customers: they send info with a picture telling you about the technician assigned to your work. The worker calls when 15 minutes away to let you know he's on his way. They take pictures of the work that was done. Everything is checked and double-checked to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Plumbing by Jake!

Ambient Edge is the only company that I call when it comes to servicing my heating system and AC unit. Every time I call and speak to a customer service rep to make a non emergency appointment very often she can schedule a technician the same day. All technicians call before they arrive at my house. The technician always show up on time and greets me with a smile. He then proceeds to ask me about the symptoms and gets to work to resolve the issue. Today Brian Asbjorn took the time to thoroughly check out my furnace. He answered any and all questions I presented to him. Brian has many years of experience and does an excellent job. I highly recommend Ambient Edge to my friends, neighbors, and anyone that is considering using their services.
