We had Deandrew from Simply AC come by to inspect our heating unit, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, took his time checking everything carefully, and explained what he was doing in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t rush the visit and even gave us really useful maintenance advice to help the system last longer. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. Five stars

I have been using Simply since I purchased my home. They have always been amazing. Terrance was very through and explained everything he did. And he went over how to keep everything working well.

Nate is friendly and professional. He was honest and worked to fix the issues in a timely manner. When the original diagnosis seemed off he made sure to reevaluate and diagnose correctly.

Thomas was an amazing representative of the company. Thoroughly explained and educated us on the best options for our home!! Amazing tech!!

Victor Nicodemo came out to do a free inspection of my plumbing and service my water heater as my annual service. He took time to show me my possible failures with some shutoff valves. He took time to explain and give me a estimate for services. After seeing what was needed and financial opportunities I proceeded with repairs. At no time did I feel pressured. The company also sent out Angel Castillo do do the repairs on my shutoff valves along with installing new faucet combination on my tub and shower. Angel was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. My home is older so it took a lot of extra time and hard work on his part to complete repairs. I thank both of them for improving my life and home.

This review is a commendation of BRYANT KEARNEY, HVAC Technician at SIMPLY - Cooling-Heating-Plumbing. Today was our first follow-up maintenance service on the amazing Lennox, 4-ton, inverter, energy efficient saving, HVAC system that we purchased from SIMPLY 6 months ago. Bryant Kearney was just as amazing as the Lennox system and the SIMPLY -Cooling-Heating-Plumbing company! He provided us (as seniors) with instructions and information on the use and care of our Lennox system. Great Company, Great Technicians, High Quality Products and Service.

I was having problems with my AC unit and they were able to come diagnose the problem the same day. Gavin was my technician, he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining what the problem was with my air conditioning unit. He helped me make an educated guess to what my air conditioner needed, and I didn’t feel pressured into making a large purchase on the spot. The ladies I spoke with in the office to complete my scheduling were knowledgeable and nice as well. I was fortunate to be able to get the new unit installed the same day. The installation crew was just as kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Gavin and his company!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing after our 21-year-old air conditioning system broke down. We decided to replace the entire system, and Derek provided us with a range of efficient options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each. Their financing options made it easy to manage the cost, which was a huge relief.
The service was impressively quick; they managed to install the new system the very next day, as we were in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures hitting 104 degrees. The crew was exceptional—Ryley, Kyler, Sam B, Brayden, Samuel, Mike, and the crane operator (and anyone else I may have forgotten to mention) were all professional and respectful. They treated our home with care, covering our floors and appliances to ensure no mess was left behind.
Overall, I can’t recommend Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing highly enough. They delivered top-notch service and made a stressful situation much easier. If you need HVAC work, this is the company to call!

When our air went out on the hottest day of the year (120 deg) Gavin was here in a half hour even though it was a Sunday night at 7pm. He gave us different options to either fix our unit, replace the a/c, or replace the whole unit including the heater without any pressure on our decision. We opted to replace everything since our unit was 25 yrs old and he gave us a fair price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. The installation team was here at 8am and knocked out the job in only 3 1/2 hrs.
Everyone was very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Gavin to come if possible . Thank you to all the guys for doing this so quickly and efficiently!

I recently had my Home serviced by simply AC. My furnace and air-conditioning was no longer working, and it was time to change it all out. They came and gave me a fair price, and I paid them. The next day when they came to install, they were extremely friendly, John, who was there answered all of my questions with a smile, and, they did their jaw properly. They truly go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I felt that they really cared about my business, and taking care of me. Not only did they provide an excellent service, but they truly made me feel happy. I did have two minor inconveniences, but they promised to work things with me to reconcile with those concerns. Overall, they did a great job, and I thank them quite a bit. If you’re looking for an air-conditioning company to work with, I would definitely recommend them. There’s also a reason why they have 4.9 stars, It’s because they put customer satisfaction above and beyond. Again, if you’re looking for a great place to work with, they are the place to be. Also props to Aram and Jon.

I have had 5 different companies to do my a/c tune up and they all were terrible. Tried to scam me, lied to me, and I had lost hope of finding a reputable, honest company. I can say I am pleasantly surprised with this company and especially DeAndrew. He arrived on time, was very courteous and did an amazing job. Highly recommend using this company, they have my business now.

We’re always well taken care of with Simply Air. They give us fast appointments when we need them, they arrive on time, do the job well, and are always very pleasant. Victor also showed us how to install our reverse osmosis system. He was great!

Derek Schwark and his associate came out two weeks ago to help with my broken AC and they were GREAT! Derek was very knowledgeable about his craft. He was easily able to answer any question I had about my current issue, and anything else I could think of. Everything was explained in full. Efficient and effective work with an above an beyond mentality.

Victor was extremely knowledgeable when he flushed my tankless water heater. He explained the process and was very helpful. I’ve had your company fix a plugged dishwasher too and I’m scheduled for a winter inspection on my heater. I am a life long customer.

I called Super Service out to my house twice, for a tankless water heater flush and a plumbing issue with my toilet. Juan Avila responded both times. He was very nice and took the time to explain the questions I had about the water heater and plumbing issue. He was efficient and diagnosed the problems with my toilet and offered suggestions to fix it. You do not have to be worried about price gouging with Super Service they are transparent about pricing and straightforward with their services. Give them a call you will not regret it!

I’m posting this review to caution other consumers—especially seniors—about my experience with Simply Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. While some work was eventually completed correctly, the overall experience involved serious licensing concerns, inspection failures, documentation gaps, and a lack of upfront transparency.

In September 2025, I hired this company for two major projects: an approximately $9,000 attic insulation job and an $11,000 full ductwork replacement.

After the insulation was installed, I reviewed the Nevada State Contractors Board’s public licensing records and could not find that the company holds the C-3C (Insulation and Weather Stripping) classification typically associated with attic insulation work. An independent, licensed energy auditor later evaluated the installation and found it to be materially deficient. Required items such as insulation certificates and depth markers were not provided, and the insulation R-values, quantities installed, and energy-rebate claims did not align with what was represented during the sale.

The ductwork replacement initially failed the local permit inspection because required duct sealing and third-party leakage testing were not performed. When 100% of ductwork is replaced, current energy-efficiency codes require sealing and testing. The company did not appear to be aware of this requirement until I raised it after obtaining an independent energy audit. They returned to rework the system, and the installers who completed the corrective work were professional and competent. The ductwork is now compliant—but a licensed HVAC contractor’s unfamiliarity with basic code requirements is concerning.

I also had concerns about sales and business practices. During a “free” maintenance visit, sales representations appeared to overstate energy-rebate programs and strongly emphasized 0% financing, creating pressure to sign a large contract without adequate time for due diligence. After invoicing, I learned that 7.1% of the total price went toward upfront financing fees tied to a third-party loan—costs that were not clearly disclosed in advance. Had I known this, I would not have accepted the financing.

When I raised the insulation issues, the company offered a partial refund rather than corrective insulation work. Payment was initially conditioned on my agreement to waive the right to file complaints with regulators, lenders, or public forums. While I ultimately accepted a partial refund to close the matter, it did not resolve the underlying concerns.

Ultimately, some work was completed satisfactorily—but only after inspection failure, rework, independent audits, and undisclosed costs. I strongly recommend that consumers check the company’s record with the Better Business Bureau (this company *is not* BBB-accredited), verify licensing with the Nevada State Contractors Board, obtain multiple written quotes, insist on full documentation, request fully itemized estimates, and be cautious of pressure tactics—especially when financing is involved.

For these reasons, I do *not recommend* Simply Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC.

We're skeptical people.
How could we not be after being screwed over by so many other companies?!
Simply came out in June 2025 to do an ac tune up and explained why our old system won't work with the new unit that was installed a year ago by a crappy home warranty company.
We reluctantly went ahead and had Simply install a whole new system. And could not be happier that we bit the bullet and did it!

While they did a water heater drain and plumbing check, they found ALL the water safety shut off valves were stuck. Eventually they'd break and we'd have flooding. They explained the water heater, which was barely 4 years old was rusting.. Why? Because the water softener system uses SALT which corrodes the metal. The home warranty KNEW this but approved a cheap, and I mean cheap, replacement that was not water softener compatible!
We opted out at that time. Trying to save money. We regret that decision.

Now, a few months later, we're having Simply replace the newish water heater with a tankless and all safety shut off valves in the house, before they burst too..

This is the first company we've done business with that's actually been honest with us and upfront.
We will happily be doing business with them in the future.

They help with financing and assigned someone to come out to give a free estimate for water damage to submit to the homeowners insurance.

Finally, I canceled our home warranty policy after 9 years of loyalty, they showed us none.

We were treated respectfully and listened to by Simply. We appreciate that and the friendly, honest truth they provide.

Danny was professional and courteous. He did the inspection of our plumbing efficiently and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Unfortunately he located a root growing into out drain and was even able to tell me approximately where it was under my slab.

I had an excellent experience working with this AC company. They were professional,knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The repair was done correctly and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing reliable, AC work.
