Maykol and the entire Ambient Edge staff were punctual and professional throughout our service. They responded immediately to my initial request and were very accommodating in finding a time that worked for me to come over and check things out. Maykol made sure to put his booties on before entering my house and kept me informed and updated while troubleshooting the problem with our heating system. He was able to fix my furnace quickly and efficiently, saving me both valuable time and money. He then presented me with additional service options while not pressuring me into buying anything extra that I didn’t really need. I would absolutely recommend Ambient Edge for any of your HVAC needs!

I called to report a problem. They had a service tech here in just a couple hours. He was very pleasant courteous knowledgeable diagnosed the problem and had the repairs completed within 2 hours. We have used Ambient previously and have always been pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

Had 2 Full Complete AC and Heating systems Installed both upstairs and down stairs. Called around got a few quotes and then decided to go with Ambient Edge. They seemed honest and trustworthy no BS sales pitches.. I am so glad that i did. It was no pressure from the beginning, Jesse the sales consultant who came out to do the quote for me did a thorough inspection of my old units and then took measurements of the whole house (BTW.. The other AC/heating businesses didn't do that). He gave Me several options and explained the differences for me to understand each one. I went with a full replacement. The guys on the install team were awesome, polite kind respectful crew. They went right to work answered any questions i had, you can tell these guys knew their stuff! Installed quicker then expected. If i could give this company a better rating I would. They crushed it! I totally recommend this company. They earned my business by being Honest Professional and Trusting. BTW the price was right also. GREAT JOB Ambient Edge!!!

Brian is Great!!! Knowledgeable and conscientious. He is the reason we stay with the company. The company's scheduling practice is the pits!!! Our appointment today was between 12-5. Brian showed up at 4:45pm!!! He didn't finish until almost 8 pm!!! So, for us as the customer, we lost productive time all afternoon and then lost our evening as well. If our system weren't so complex, we would find another company that has some consideration for their customers.

Brian the technician was very knowledgeable and very professional, quick and you could tell he was very good at his job. Ambient Edge is a large well run business and they charge for this service. I've used them many times and have always been satisfied with the work.

Kevin Rice did the.annual maintenance service on my furnace. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the furnace operation, safety features, thermostat panel, and he checked that the air cleaner installed on the furnace was in good working order. Kevin was very patient with my many questions and he did not rush with his explanations.

Kevin Rice had done the service earlier this year on my air conditioning unit. He did the same thorough job and answered my many questions at that time, too. It was because of the great service I received that I decided to have the air cleaner installed and signed up for the Ambient Edge VIP service.

I hope Kevin Rice will be the Ambient Edge technician that services my equipment in the future. Kevin did a great job and he doesn't rush the process. He is professional and can answer your questions.

My experience with Ambient Edge was exceptional. Jay Frias gave me an honest assessment of what was going on with my AC system. He was able to repair our system and what to look for moving forward. I would recommend this company in the Las Vegas area.

Johnathon was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to diagnose our problem and make the repair immediately. His service was excellent.
However, the dispatch did not send him with our correct air filter for the service and quoted me another trip charge to special order and install a new filter $628. While I was pleased with the repair I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me with the filter replacement. This is disappointing since Ambient Edge was the company that put in our new system 8 years ago and they have been trusted with all our maintenance since. I am obviously replacing my own filter.

Ambient Edge dispatched the technician immediately, and I'm more than happy with the results. He was professional, fast and knowledgeable, and took care of everything in less than an hour.

Great communication from original call to the office until it was completed. Service Tech Derek was fantastic. Very thorough in spite of 115 degree weather and being behind schedule on a Friday. Very trustworthy too.

A great and honest company to work with! Tom was extremely knowledgeable and not-pressuring to buy immediately, the dispatch folks were also very kind and courteous, and if you need an honest HVAC company that you can trust, these are really nice folks to work with!

James came out and did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. Explained all his findings clearly and did not push any products or sales on me. Overall a great experience.

Ambient edge this is the worst ac company in business, out to Robb you,Rafael Rodriguez was charging 400$ for a capacitor change, it's a plug in part,don't do business with abiant edge, will high price you on everything ,bad business abiant edge.

Amazing experience. These guys spent so much time making sure we got exactly what we needed, not just what was easy or convenient. They spent so much time making little adjustments to make sure our whole system was working in the best way for us and we couldn’t be happier. For the first time in years our house is actually enjoyable in the summer without over-running our AC. We are so thankful for the service they provided

Ambient Edge is a total scam. Their "flat rate" charges for service are double to triple what other AC repair services cost, large company and small.

I had thier VIP service for 12 months, as they charge nearly $100 if you would like to cancel early. I called a week before my renewal to cancel, but lo and behold, they charged me. I called for my refund but only managers can approve one, and thuer managers don't work past two. Called back another day, apperently managers don't work on Tuesdays either. Total scam company, they grant thier workers zero rights and leave them to get chewed out by unhappy customers and the managers hide.

The 5 star reviews are only due to the technicians requesting one with a smile, the techs are fine but the company is a joke. Also, each of the 5 technicians I had thurout the year all found random problems. Problems that only they saw and no one else could, and none of them found the same two issues. How can you trust a company like this?

They did a great job removing an old Evaporative Cooler from the roof top and fulfilling the request to install a new one with placement on the ground. Very excited to have access to the unit without having to climb on the roof top anymore. Definitely would recommend their services.

He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and had it repaired in no time — just in time for the hottest day of the year. Great HVAC company. Fixed issues for a fraction of the cost other places quoted me. All their service techs are great and have solid knowledge and amazing customer service

Rafael Rodriguez came for our semi annual maintenance check. He ended up resolving our low coolant and corrected a problem with a filter. He did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.

My downstairs AC stopped blowing. I had Simply come out and check. Armando and Steve came to investigate. They explained it well and didn't make me feel like they were selling me. They got me multiple quotes the next day. I got a second opinion, which fully agreed with them.

Ultimately, I decided to replace the entire system. They came out and replaced my entire unit the next day. Ryley, Alex, and Marcus were all excellent and polite. They even installed my Nest thermostats for me and made sure they worked properly, free of charge.

I've been looking for a trustworthy HVAC company (I asked everyone, and NOBODY had a recommendation). Simply has my full support. I will be shouting to everyone I know about how great this company is.
