Had our water heater serviced by Ron today. Incredible customer service…I was blown away. He took the time to go over what was discovered during his inspection. Gave us repair/maintenance options and was not at all pushy or overly sales-y. I really a great experience!

Same day professional, fast 2 ton entire A/C replacement for our condo in a 3 story building! Best price and high quality products. These guys are awesome, from the time I called Mike to the final install was less than 24 hours even with a crane!! Highly recommend, if they could do ours then they can handle your needs..

Technicians Derek & Gasper were prompt, cordial, and professional. They were exceedingly knowledgable; thoroughly examined and evaluated my A/C system, and explained in detail all the results (with pictures and equipment readings). They gave me options and advice for repairs servicing/maintenance. I got their 1 year maintenance package that is a great value. No pressure sales; and I have peace of mind that Simply is a reliable company.

Ron was incredibly personable, kind, and informative. He provided me with information regarding my plumbing needs and answered any and all questions I had. He gave me options for services needed, with an accurate quote.

Angel came out to replace some parts and help with my sink. He was very kind and hardworking! He worked steadily and got the job done!

Two separate issues/visits and both were great. They were quick, professional, nice, and easy to work with. I really appreciate that when we wanted to think about the options and pricing they didn’t push us into anything and said to just give them a call if we were interested. This has not been my experience with other AC and plumbing companies. All of the work was done correctly and they were honest about other parts of the system not needing fixing at this time. Such a relief to have an honest opinion from a service company. Will continue to use them for all of our needs.

I had called this company on behalf of my mother based on a referral from another company that also has 5 star reviews and I couldn’t have been happier. I explained the situation and that it may be covered under warranty and their customer service representative went over the options and costs and possibilities and they were spot on. We decided to go with them and they were fast, affordable and overall had excellent customer service

Arrived promptly. Greeted me with respect and was very courteous. Explain to me what was going place. After explaining what work was to be done he started the job of flushing my water heater. He inspected the water heater to ensure everything was functioning as it should. Everything was good. He informed me that my pressure was a little high and what needed to be done if I eventually wanted to get it fixed. Minimum amount of sediment flushed out of water heater. Ron was very professional throughout the service of my water heater. Outstanding service.

I had some issues with my heat not kicking on and they dispatched Adrian to my house. He was very thorough with his inspection. He found the issue and everything is up and running smoothly. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

I have lived in Henderson for a couple years now and as a new home owner it's amazing to know that I have a reliable cooling, heating, and plumbing company. I have gone through water damage and broken ACs and everyone that I work with is always happy to help and happy to educate. I never pay for maintenance fees or for people to take a look at issues I may have in my house. I love their service and they also have great people. Derek Schwartz was very knowledgeable and took thorough time cleaning my condensers and checking out my furnaces. He showed me future problems that I might have and gonna give me an estimate on those parts and service work. Very nice gentleman and I enjoyed him being here at my property Checking things out for me.

Ozman was the most professional and courteous. He helped diagnose our problem immediately and solve our issues. He was very knowledgeable and would explain everything to us very clearly. Highly recommended!

I took my time and looked for a company that truly cares about their clients and makes you feel like family and I’m so blessed I found Super Service. The office was so helpful when booking and calling back with any questions. They let me know who would be coming to help the next day and he was amazing! He was so thorough when explaining what needed to be repaired and everything that was in perfect condition. I stand by this company and you will understand once you book with them!!

We use Simply for all our household needs. We've needed them multiple times on an emergency basis for our AC and plumbing and they come in an efficient matter every time. We've worked with Byron and Jamal in the past and have had great experiences. Today was yet another plumbing emergency and Danny L. came for the first time and was added to our list of great experiences we've had with Simply. He was punctual, kind, and knowledgeable and this was all on a Sunday. (A day usually difficult to get services done in a timely manner.) He fixed our plumbing issues quickly and educated us in a way so that we can understand the issue. We've had A LOT of plumbing issues come up since moving into our house two years ago and I honestly trust no one else. I had Simply come out to take care of some small plumbing repairs needed at my house. They had such great customer service, something I feel is lacking these days. They offered an annual maintenance service which also includes ac and heating services that I signed up for. If you are looking for an honest and professional company to work with you can’t go wrong with Simply! 5 star company!

This would be the second time I have used Simply. Last year I purchased a new hvac unit for my home. They were great then and didn’t let down again. I had a slab burst and had to plumb the house new because my copper pipes were 30 years old. They were quick, professional and delivered a quality product. They also installed a new tankless water heater and new water softener. Local guys, small business, I’d call in any circumstance that they may do business.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding service Alexander provided today. He came to my home to flush the water heater and ensure everything was in excellent condition, and his attention to detail was remarkable.

Alexander was incredibly thorough throughout the process. He documented everything with videos, numerous pictures, checked every nook and cranny and then followed up with a phone call to review each line item. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all aspects of the work and patiently answered every question I had.
